GOALIE Jaroslav Halak FD - $8700 DK - $7800 Opponent - FLA Proj Pts FD - 19.76 DK - 14.59 Halak went through some struggles through most of December and January but has bounced back in a big way winning six straight starts coming into tonight. During that stretch, he has also posted a .930 save % and now faces a Panthers team that has lost 11 of their last 15 games while scoring just 2.4 goals per game. I try to not lead off with a goalie on the road but with Bruins are still -150 favorites here and with Halak's form, he is my favorite cash game goalie tonight.  Martin Jones FD - $7700 DK - $7700 Opponent - MIN Proj Pts FD - 16.39 DK - 12.04 If you are looking at going the value route and loading up at skaters you can consider Martin Jones tonight. The season numbers can be tough to look at but the good news is that he has been much better lately winning three straight while stopping 76 of 80 shots( .950 save %) he has faced. There is some risk here as the Wild have been pretty damn good on the road lately but I am willing to overlook this in GPP formats tonight given the upside. Also Consider: Carter Hart(PHI) as a cash game option as he doesn't face a ton of shots on average but the win expectancy is there as the Flyers have been terrific on home ice CENTERS Connor McDavid FD - $8900 DK - $7900 Opponent - CHI Proj Pts FD - 22.59 DK - 17.03 There is no shortage of elite centers in plus spots tonight and choosing which one to ride with is likely the key to cashing. Matthews does give you a bit more shot volume and more goal upside but I lean McDavid tonight who is cheaper on both sites leading to the #1 spot in PTS/$ rankings. McDavid may not be on the same level in terms of shot volume but is...

This creates some exciting hockey to watch and also ramps up the fantasy games as well. GOALIE Andrei Vasilevskiy FD - $9200 DK - $8500 Opponent - CHI Proj Pts FD - 23.72 DK - 17.64 Much like last night, the goalie position is a tricky one for multiple reasons and it starts with Vasilevskiy. I have talked about him and used him a ton lately but his hot streak came to an abrupt end as he has now dropped three straight while giving up 16 goals against. I am not too concerned tonight considering the quality of goalie combined with the matchup against a Blackhawks team that has dropped nine of their last 11 games and rank outside the Top 20 in overall offense on the season. I will have exposure to Vasilevskiy in all formats. Jordan Binnington FD - $8600 DK - $8400 Opponent - NYI Proj Pts FD - 17.43 DK - 12.71 If you are at all concerned about Vasilevskiy(I am not), Jordan Binnington is most definitely in play tonight. He is coming off a game where he gave up five goals but still got the win which was his fourth straight giving him a 28-11-7 record on the season with a .911 save %. Tonight, he is in a plus spot at home as a -165 favorite against a struggling Islanders team that has lost five of their last seven games scoring just 13 goals and rank 29th in road offense overall. Fire up Binnington in all formats, especially on FanDuel in the mid $8K range. CENTERS Dylan Larkin FD - $6600 DK - $7200 Opponent - MIN Proj Pts FD - 14.21 DK - 11.43 There isn't much to get excited about this season if you are a Red...

Before we roll into the weekend, we have a busy Thursday night on the ice with eight games including six of the Top 10 offenses. GOALIE Jordan Binnington FD - $8400 DK - $8400 Opponent - ARI Proj Pts FD - 18.11 DK - 13.21 The Blues go back on track on Tuesday shutting out the Devils at home as Binnington stopped all 17 shots he faced. The shot totals are a little concerning for fantasy but the good news is that he and the Blues get another plus home matchup against the Coyotes who are playing a back to back on the road and third game in four nights while also ranking 26th in road offense on the season. I prefer Binnington in cash games but all things considered, he is viable in all formats. Mackenzie Blackwood FD - $7600 DK - $7700 Opponent - SJ Proj Pts FD - 18.66 DK - 13.94 Shot volume is not something we have to worry about with Blackwood as he has faced just shy of 35 shots per game over his last 10. He also comes in scorching hot having won all four starts in February allowing just four goals and has posted a 5-2-2 record with .925 save % in his last 10 starts. He gets to face a very inconsistent Sharks team that has dropped seven of their last 11 games and rank 25th in road offense on the season. Fire him up in all formats. Also Consider: Braden Holtby(WSH) who is the biggest favorite(-194) on the slate and faces a Habs team that has dropped five straight while scoring just 10 goals CENTERS Blake Wheeler FD - $6600 DK - $6100 Opponent - OTT Proj Pts FD - 16.13 DK - 12.36 At center, I am going to start with Blake Wheeler who gives us a path to a very balanced lineup for cash games. GOALIE Andrei Vasilevskiy FD - $9300 DK - $8500 Opponent - EDM Proj Pts FD - 25.04 DK - 18.88 Vasilevskiy is the most expensive option on both sites and for good reason, as he has returned to Vezina form in a huge way since early December going 20-1-2 in his last 23 starts with an impressive .934 save %. He enters tonight's matchup as an early -205 home favorite as the Oilers come to town without arguably the best player in the world in Connor McDavid who is out 2-3 weeks with a quad injury. Despite some amazing values on both sites tonight, I am locked into Vasilevskiy as my top goalie in all options. Elvis Merzlikins FD - $8800 DK - $7300 Opponent - BUF Proj Pts FD - 21.39 DK - 16.37 One of those values that immediately jumped off the page when I loaded data into the sheet was Elvis Merlizikins in the low $7K range on DraftKings. Joonas Korpisalo is traveling with the team but still unlikely to get a start on Thursday which would get Merlikins another start and he has been nothing short of incredible in Korpisalo's absence. He is coming off back to back losses(one in OT) but only allowed two goals in each of those games and now has a ridiculous .959 save % over his last 10 starts with five(5!!) shutouts. The only hesitation is the start comes on the road but the good news is that he faces the 21st ranked offense in Buffalo. He is GPP only for me on FanDuel but is in play in all formats on DraftKings at just $7,300. Mackenzie Blackwood FD - $7500 DK - $7800 Opponent - DET Proj Pts FD - 20.11 DK - 14.62 On FanDuel, the value play I am targeting is Blackwood who...
