Well, young man you just may be warming the bench when you come back because Fleury has been scorching hot lately. The Penguins haven't played since Christmas Eve which is great for an older goalie so that he can rest his aches and pains. Fleury has won his last four starts while earning an awesome 1.79 goals against average with a shutout. The Lightning come into town to play their third game in four nights, so they will be very tired and they have only scored three goals in their last two games. Tampa is ranked ninth in the league on offense, but a big reason they are ranked so high was when Stamkos and Callahan were healthy. They haven't been good lately so look for Fleury and the Penguins to dominate this game today and Fleury is by far my favorite play in all formats.     Corey Crawford FD - $8800 DK - $8000 Opponent - NAS Proj Pts FD - 18.72 DK - 4.68 It is going to be hard for me to get away from Fleury today, but if you feel that he will be highly owned (which I don't think he will be because Tampa Bay will scare people,) then Crawford is a great tourney play today against the Predators who are playing their third game in...

He has been pretty good filling in for the injured Jonathan Quick with a 17-10-3  record to go with a .921 save percentage. He has been even better lately winning two straight games allowing just one goal total. Wow that's impressive and last game he shut out the Red Wings at home where he will be facing the Coyotes and their 29th ranked offense this evening. There are only 30 teams in the league by the way and if Colorado wasn't as terrible as they are then Arizona would own the worst offense. Look for the Ducks to cruise to an easy victory tonight and Gibson is the top cash game play of the day.     Thomas Greiss FD - $8400 DK - $7500 Opponent - COL Proj Pts FD - 14.67 DK - 3.67 If the Islanders were at home here then this guy would be right up there as the top cash game play. Looking at his splits, he is averaging close to 35% more fantasy points at home where he is 7-2-3 with an impressive .938 save percentage. He is already confirmed and the Blackhawks are the second biggest favorite(-190) on the slate. They get a plus matchup vs. the Sabres who sit at the bottom of the Eastern Conference standings and don't provide much fire power ranking 28th overall in offense. Crawford is safe in all formats.     Peter Budaj FD - $8400 DK - $7900 Opponent - DET Proj Pts FD - 17.62 DK - 4.4 Up next on the PTS/$ scale, when looking at the projections, is Peter Budaj who has been getting a ton of run while Jonathan Quick is out. He has been a key contributor to the Kings #6 ranked defense and has been really good lately winning two straight games and Budaj has not allowed more than two goals in a game since mid-December. The Kings are the biggest favorite(-205) on the slate tonight and get a matchup vs. a struggling Red Wings team who has lost eight of their last 11 games. I probably wouldn't consider him in cash games with Crawford in such a good spot but he makes an excellent high upside GPP play...

Basically, we are just going to pick on a couple of terrible offenses. Miller and the Canucks welcome the Coyotes and their 2nd worst offense to town and Vancouver has actually been playing some good hockey lately. The former Sabres star netminder has won his last three starts while giving up only five goals in that span. Arizona is simply a bad team and because the Canucks have been good lately I'm seriously considering Miller in cash games, and he makes a great play in GPP's today.     Brian Elliott FD - $7700 DK - $8100 Opponent - COL Proj Pts FD - 16.49 DK - 4.12 Holy mackerel I didn't realize that Elliot and the Flames have been playing well until I started writing this piece. Elliot has won his last four starts and today he gets to face Colorado and their league-worst offense in his home barn. He's not a great goalie and not even much better than average, but the Flames are currently -190 favorites according to Las Vegas and because of the uncertainty he looks like he could be a decent play in all formats, but I said decent so don't be too upset if he puts up a stinker today because he is Brian Elliot, not Ken Dryden.  ...
