Gibson will be licking his chops this evening and he has been playing well lately as he is 2-1 in his last three games while allowing only four goals, and he shut out a dangerous Penguins squad three games ago. The Ducks are listed as -220 favorites to win this game and I don't expect the Coyotes to have much of a chance here, so fire Gibson up in all formats for the three-game early slate. Over his last 10 games, he has provided an elite floor with 44 shots and also flashed upside with seven points including three multi-point efforts. The Sabres are ranked dead last in the league with only 2.16 goals per game and they are about to face one of the hottest goalies in the league right now in Corey Schneider. The veteran tender has won five games in a row and is 6-0-1 in his last seven games to go along with a sensational .937 save %, and a 1.83 GAA in that span. The Devils are tied for first with the Capitals in the Metropolitan Division and look for them to keep on trucking this evening against a lowly Sabres squad. Schneider is an elite play and my top goalie in all formats. Peter Budaj FD - $7900 DK - $8100 Opponent - PHI Proj Pts FD - 14.53 DK - 3.63 Andrei Vasilevksiy and the Lightning just defeated the Canadiens 3-1 as I'm writing this, so the Slovakian veteran will most likely get the start this evening against the Flyers as both teams will be in a back-to-back scenario. The Lightning should be a massive favorite this evening against Philly who are playing their second road game in consecutive nights and they're ranked 22nd defensively. The young Russian tender earned a shutout last game to give him two in his last five, he has won seven of his last eight games and is ranked first with 23 wins, second with a 2.13 GAA and second with a .932 save %. It should be a routine walk in the park for the Lightning tonight as the Canadiens and their 25th ranked offense travel to Tampa where they historically do not fare well and they are losing in Carolina as I write this. With all of these important things considered, Vasilevskiy is an elite play and easily my top goalie in all formats. Frederik Andersen FD - $8600 DK - $8400 Opponent - ARI Proj Pts FD - 14.67 DK - 3.67 This guy will be licking his chops this evening as he and the Leafs travel to the desert to take on the Coyotes and their second-worst offense. The veteran tender has had a solid year so far as he is ranked third in the league with 19 wins and he has won his last two games while allowing only three goals, and he has won six of his last eight. After a terrible start to the season, he has now brought his GAA all the way down to 2.28 which is fifth best in the league and I simply cannot see the Senators and their 23rd ranked offense(2.75 goals per game) having much of a chance this evening against a talented Bruins squad. With all of these things considered, Rask is an elite play and my top goalie in all formats. Semyon Varlamov FD - $7600 DK - $7600 Opponent - ARI Proj Pts FD - 14.11 DK - 3.48 If we want to win a tournament or two(I think that is the idea), then we need to separate ourselves from the competition and choose a goalie who is in a good matchup but should be lower owned. Enter "Varly" who is a very talented goalie that plays on a team who has had a lot of growing pains, but finally seems to be heading in the right direction.
