FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA picks for 2/26/18 After a huge 11-game slate on Monday, we have a short three-game slate here. There are some fascinating matchups though, as we have five of the six teams in playoff contention. The games we want to exploit are the ORL-NYK and DEN-OKC matchups. There's a ton of value in these games and very little in the BOS-TOR fixture. While we expect that Toronto game to be close, those teams simply don't have any good values because of their minute distributions and high prices. We'll have just one recommendation for that game but don't forget about studs like Kawhi Leonard and Kyrie Irving if they fit into your lineup. So let's get started with the Knicks and Magic. Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA optimizer and our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! We'll have just one recommendation for that game but don't forget about studs like Kawhi Leonard and Kyrie Irving if they fit into your lineup. So let's get started with the Knicks and Magic. New York Knicks vs. Orlando Magic Orlando comes into this matchup as a 6.5-point favorite and there's a total of 215.5. This is easily the lowest total on this slate, as these are two of the weakest offenses in the league. In fact, New York ranks 25th in scoring while the Magic sit 23rd. The projected 198 pace rate is incredibly low as well, as that too is the lowest on this three-game slate. These teams have played twice already this season, with Orlando winning both games by an average of 20 points per game. Nikola Vucevic FD - $10200 DK - $9600 Opponent - NY Proj Pts FD - 49.24 DK - 50.65 Vucevic is easily the best player at $10,000 or below on this slate, as he should abuse this tasty matchup. In fact, the Knicks allow the third-most fantasy points to opposing centers. That's...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Monday 2/25/19

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Monday 2/25/19 After a rather slow Sunday (I guess the NBA didn't want to compete with the Oscars) we get a huge, 11-game slate of basketball on Monday. It's one of the bigger evening slates I've seen to start a week (though admittedly my memory is short). There's plenty to break down so let's get to it. Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our NFL Optimizer, and our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Ben Simmons FD - $9000 DK - $8000 Opponent - NO Proj Pts FD - 50.17 DK - 51.57 With Joel Embiid out the last two games (and remaining out for the rest of the week), Simmons has been called on to play major minutes in the short term. And as was to be expected, he’s seeing a solid usage bump over the last two games with 17 and 19 shots respectively. The game against Portland (in a loss) was his better fantasy line with 29 points, 10 assists and seven rebounds. Against the Pelicans on Monday, Simmons will face a team in flux who haven’t played much in the way of defense all season. I’m fine running Simmons out here again even on a big slate, especially on DraftKings at $8000. Eric Bledsoe FD - $6900 DK - $6400 Opponent - CHI Proj Pts FD - 42.22 DK - 42.86 Giannis Antetokounmpo is doubtful for Monday’s game and that means we can rather safely fire up the rest of the Milwaukee Bucks in this matchup against the Bulls. Not only is Chicago pretty garbage-y, but few other supporting casts see the upticks across the board in fantasy like the Milwaukee guys do when the Greek Freak is out of the picture. Bledsoe sees about a 6% boost in usage and 9% bump in his assist rate. Last game Antetokounmpo sat Bledsoe scored 19 points, pulled down 11 boards and handed out five assists. He’s also coming at something of a bargain at sub-$7K prices on both sites. Even on a big slate, he makes for one of the best value plays on the board. The rest of this position, at the time of this writing, requires something of a wait-and-see approach considering the injury situations. Let’s see what injury news we’ll want to be on the lookout for:...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – 2/24/19

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - 2/24/19 Happy Sunday, everyone! After back to back 10+ game slates, we've got a much more modest three gamer on tap for today. An early look at this slate has it looking just a little bit weird. Each game features at least one good defense, and the tightest spread on the day is eight points. Not exactly a recipe for a safe slate. But you don't come hear to listen to me complain - let's get to the picks and find some diamonds in the rough. Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our NFL Optimizer, and our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Orlando Magic at the Toronto Raptors Toronto is favored by 9.5 in a game with a 219 total. We start off with a real woofer. This game has the lowest total and the highest spread. It features two teams that play their guys consistent minutes, making it so that the players on each team are relatively fairly priced. Both teams play a top 10 defensive efficiency, and Orlando plays a bottom 4 pace. There really isn't much to say here. My ideal lineups tonight feature something like zero players from this game unless we get some significant injury news before lineup lock. If we don't you're basically only playing these guys to fill the back end of your cash games, and even then I'm really only hoping to play the Toronto side given how the Magic have been deploying their guys recently. Los Angeles Clippers at the Denver Nuggets Denver is favored by 9 in a game with a 232 total. The Clippers/Nuggets game has by far the highest total on the slate, features two teams that are currently in the playoffs, and even has a little fresh opportunity mixed in. In other words, it's the exact opposite of the Magic/Raptors game. Let's get into the top plays here. Paul Millsap FD - $7000 DK - $6100Opponent - LACProj Pts FD - 36.21 DK - 35.05 We'll start with Millsap, who has returned from injury with an absolute vengeance. He's had double digit rebounds in all three games, including 13 in his last two. Perhaps even more importantly, he shot 30 times over his last two contests as well. If Millsap is going to play a more prominent role in the offense...

We've got you completely covered. Point guard Ben Simmons FD - $8800 DK - $10000 Opponent - POR Proj Pts FD - 44.83 DK - 45.54 With Joel Embiid out of the lineup, we want to get as many Sixers as possible into our fantasy lineup. Simmons is the start of our stack, as he should run the show. With Embiid off the floor, Simmons is posting a 25.2 percent usage rate. Embiid being out of the lineup opens up things for everyone, as that's 34 minutes, 19 shots and a 31 percent usage rate that needs to be made up somewhere. That's a lot of production to make up, as Simmons should carry the load in his absence. A recent slide has lowered Simmons' price to $8,800 on FanDuel, as that's one of the best values on the slate with his projected 45 fantasy points. The fact that he has at least 33 fantasy points in three straight games would indicate he's getting out of his slide, as this 230-point total and two-point spread indicates a barnburner where Simmons could play 40 minutes. I get that you can only play these Philly guys on the all-day slates, but they are such good options that it's a slate worth showing up to to play these guys alone. Tyler Johnson FD - $4700 DK - $4100 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD - 25.71 DK - 25.62 Johnson is easily one of the best values on the slate, as he's seeing a much bigger role since being traded to Phoenix. Over his last 10 games, Johnson is averaging 29 minutes a game and has started in nine of those outings. While he's averaging just 19 fantasy points per game in that span, he's still doing that despite shooting just 31 percent from the field. His last three games indicate that he's climbing out of it, as Johnson is averaging 24 DK points while playing 31 minutes a game. That's all you can ask for from a player in the $4,000-range, as he is one of few players who has 10X upside on this slate. Those sort of numbers should continue against a Hawks team who ranks last in points allowed and first in pace while allowing the most fantasy points in the league to opposing point guards....

We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Reggie Jackson FD - $5700 DK - $5600 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD - 28.62 DK - 30.08 In what will become something of a theme for these FanDuel and DraftKings’ picks, the Pistons are in a great spot tonight and I think (even for a big slate) we can consider stacking a lot of the team. They face off against the Hawks who run the fastest pace in the league (106.4) and have the this-worst defensive efficiency. We’ve said it basically all season long, but this is the best matchup you can get in DFS. After getting shuffled around in rotations for much of the season, Jackson’s opportunity in closer games has been somewhat consistent in the short term, averaging mid-30’s minutes as long as the Pistons are in blowouts. Over the last six games, he’s averaging 19 points and six assists with the odd rebound here and there. Vegas has the Pistons as -3.5 road favorites so the game projects to stay within striking distance and Jackson could very well be part of a Detroit cash game stack. Jeff Teague FD - $7100 DK - $5900 Opponent - NY Proj Pts FD - 35.47 DK - 35.79 The Timberwolves are probably out of the playoff hunt, though I suppose mathematically they still have reasons to go for it. Even with Andrew Wiggins (and to a lesser extent, Tyus Jones) rejoining the rotation, I’m still bullish on Teague in this matchup. The Knicks’ defense is epic garbage, especially when it comes to defend opposing backcourts with the combo deal of Dennis Smith and Damyean Dotson occupying the starting roles. Teague has double-doubled in each of the last two games, running 35+ minutes in both. Again, I think the usage ticks back down some as the T-Wolves get healthier (though the Karl-Anthony Towns injury news throws that into question). Listen to "Friday NBA DFS plays and Betting Angles for FanDuel and DraftKings 2/22/19" on Spreaker. Shooting Guard Zach LaVine FD - $7800 DK - $7300 Opponent - ORL Proj Pts FD - 37.52 DK - 38.73 There isn't a lot to love at shooting guard tonight, but one guy that's dancing around our...
