Point Guard Russell Westbrook FD - $9900 DK - $8900Opponent - LACProj Pts FD - 51.11 DK - 52.39 No Eric Gordon and no Danuel House and the already kind of thin Rockets are looking even thinner. If he can avoid foul trouble, which has been no easy thing and if the game can stay out of blowout (also not easy for Rockets) then we could see Russ drift towards 36-37 minutes in this game against the Clippers. The rebounding has dropped off some of late for him which could be a shift in philosophy for the Rockets or could merely be a blip on the radar. It’s a little tough to tell though he has played fewer minutes of late because of weird game script stuff. He’s still racking up steals in a big way and I do think the floor is very high in this game for Westbrook because of the Houston injuries. Terry Rozier FD - $7000 DK - $5600Opponent - MEMProj Pts FD - 34.73 DK - 35.58 It’s been an up and down season for the disaster contract the Hornets signed Rozier to in the offseason. He’s basically paid like a max player who is priced more like mid-tier role guy. And that’s fine because his contract is of no concern to us. We only really sweat the performance relative to price. And on that front, there is stuff to like about Rozier on Wednesday. For starters, he’ll face a Memphis team playing the 23rd ranked defensive efficiency on the season. Couple that with some peak and valley games out of Rozier because of the minutes and I do think you are getting him at something of a value. Per 33 minutes he’s averaging 15/4.6/3.8 and is actually running bad from the field of late, hitting only 27% of his threes over the last five games. This is a fine price, especially on DraftKings. Other Thoughts If Joel Embiid sits, Ben Simmons (FD 8400 DK 6800) would make a very nice DraftKings play at that price. Point Guard Malcolm Brogdon FD - $8700 DK - $7600Opponent - OKCProj Pts FD - 45.48 DK - 48 The Pacers have been brutalized by injuries this season but it’s only meant fantasy upticks across the board for Brogdon who’s looking very much like a player the Bucks wouldn’t mind having back. Even struggling from the field in two of his last three games, Brogdon is putting up about 21 points per game along with nine assists and five rebounds. Getting Sabonis back in the lineup helps the two-man game and his minutes floor is as high as any point guard in the game (not named Lillard). Point guard is full of question marks leading into Tuesday’s action so we’ll need to wade through some of the news leading into lock. But Brogdon looks very much like a DraftKings play at sub-$8K even in a less-than-ideal matchup against the Thunder. Cory Joseph FD - $3700 DK - $3700Opponent - PORProj Pts FD - 29.49 DK - 29.35 It was announced on Monday that De'Aaron Fox would miss significant time due to injury and that means we’ll likely get a ton of (very chalky) minutes out of Cory Joseph here on Tuesday. He’s never been a dynamic fantasy guy dating back to even his time in Indiana, but this is too good an opportunity to pass up. I’m assuming he draws the start over Yogi Ferrell of course, but either way I think CoJo is the play here on Monday. He did come in and run more with the starters when Fox went down last game and put up nine points and four assists. As a near-minimum play here he’ll see heavy ownership against the Blazers who are allowing opposing backcourts to score at will this season. Raul Neto FD - $5700 DK - $4800Opponent - CLEProj Pts FD - 29.21 DK - 29.81 The price corrected on FanDuel so I don’t think he’s a play there, but the DraftKings salary is looking ok for cash games. Point Guard Russell Westbrook FD - $9900 DK - $8800Opponent - NOProj Pts FD - 56.65 DK - 59.15 Getting traded to the Rockets didn’t do anything to help Westbrook’s efficiency (or lack thereof). The guy is actually moving in the wrong direction when it comes to his shooting, now down to 20% from three on more than four attempts per game. It remains to be seen how long the Houston brass allows that to continue, but for now even sharing a court (to some degree) with Harden has only moderately cut into Russ’s usage. He’s still getting up 17 shots per game and while not averaging a triple-double per game anymore, isn’t too far off. The 21 points, nine rebounds and 7.6 assists do more than get the job done at these prices and he’s a pretty straightforward DraftKings play at minimum. The Pelicans are an awesome matchup for DFS purposes and stacking Westbrook and Harden together here is likely the move. Dejounte Murray FD - $6700 DK - $6000Opponent - MEMProj Pts FD - 35.61 DK - 34.46 Just when we thought we might see the minutes restriction finally tick up (or go away completely) for Murray after seeing 26 against the Thunder on Friday, he was right back to 24 on Saturday. But few other dudes do more with less run than Dejounte and he’s almost in a per-minute class or his own when it comes to guards. He rebounds the position about the best in the game at eight boards per in only 23 minutes. And he can get to the rim to score and finish. The lack of overall opportunity (court-time wise) is the only thing keeping the price in check and he can hit DraftKings value on that number in his usual run. This is a volume-up game against a Grizzlies team running a top-6 pace and playing the 27th ranked defensive efficiency. Other Thoughts I don’t mind the price on Mike Conley (FD 6800 DK 6200) against a bad and tanking Golden State team but I’m a bit worried about the blowout there....

Point Guard Luka Doncic FD - $10600 DK - $9600Opponent - MEMProj Pts FD - 54.26 DK - 56.3 You probably already know this but this dude is downright special. For the season, Doncic is averaging 26.7 points, 9.9 rebounds and 9.1 assists per game. He's 20-years-old guys! That's simply amazing from such a young player and it's a scary thought that he's only going to get better. Those statistics put him in play against pretty much everyone but we love this matchup with Memphis. The reason for that is because they rank fifth in pace and 24th in total defense. Playing at that sort of pace is really beneficial for a usage hog like this, with Doncic generating a 31.2 percent usage rate this season.  Chris Paul FD - $7000 DK - $6800Opponent - GSProj Pts FD - 35.88 DK - 36.6 Using players against the Warriors is always a good idea and we're actually looking at quite the discounted price for CP3 here. The perennial All-Star is usually in the $9,000-range and it's not like he's been terrible this season either. Paul is still averaging 30.4 DK points per game, despite playing fewer than 30 minutes per outing. We expect that 30-point total to be the floor in a matchup like this, with the Warriors ranked 28th in points allowed and dead-last in defensive rating. That doesn't even take into consideration that Paul has his highest usage rate (26 percent) and his highest point average (22.2 points) against the Warriors than any other team.  Also Consider Terry Rozier.
