Point Guard Damian Lillard FD - $9700 DK - $10600Opponent - CHIProj Pts FD - 56.28 DK - 59.35 With CJ McCollum out with the injury, this has fully become Damian Lillard’s team on offense. I mean, it basically was anyway, but with CJ out of the mix, the usage ticks up even more. Over the last five, Dame is averaging about 20 shots per game and has put up 33 points per game that stretch. You won’t often see runs like that and the price hasn’t come close to reflecting the output, at least not on FanDuel. He’s basically a must-play in cash on that site. It’s a little closer on DraftKings where he’s one of the most expensive plays on the slate. But I think you can do it there as well considering he’s playing Chicago who ranks 26th in team defense this season. Chris Paul FD - $7200 DK - $7600Opponent - DALProj Pts FD - 38.96 DK - 41.96 The Suns are still without Devin Booker in the lineup on Saturday with him trying to recover from the hamstring injury. The Suns have missed Booker, losing two of their last three games. Paul has stepped up his usage in the short term, even before the Booker injury. Over the last six games, he’s getting up 21 shots per game and averaging 25 points per game. Where it’s dropped off for him some is in the assist department. He’s only averaging 3.5 dimes per game in that stretch including a game against the Wizards in which he had zero. That’s mildly concerning but it’s also keeping his price in a completely fair range. Shooting Guard Zach LaVine FD - $9000 DK - $8800Opponent - PORProj Pts FD - 47.59 DK - 49.92 Lavine will take on the Blazers who’ve been decimated by injuries in the short-term losing McCollum, Nurkic, and now Derrick Jones from their starting lineup. They already ranked 28th in defensive efficiency and it’s hard to imagine them making gains in the short-term. Lavine is having the best scoring season of his career, putting up 27 points per game thanks to shooting close to 40% from...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Friday, 1/29/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Friday, 1/29/21 After just four games on Thursday, we have a full 10-game ledger here. What's really nice is that we have no postponements! This is one of the largest slates we've had without postponements, and it feels like all the COVID chaos is starting to simmer down a bit in NBA circles. That makes things a bit easier on us, but there's still a ton of value out there. With that in mind, let's go ahead and get into it! Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Reggie Jackson FD - $5800 DK - $6700 Opponent - ORL Proj Pts FD - 33.07 DK - 34.33 DFS sites are always slow to adjust to players gaining bigger roles, and that's certainly the case here with Jackson. The former Detroit PG has been forced into a monster role recently, with Paul George, Patrick Beverley and Kawhi Leonard all sidelined. In the last two games without those three guys, Jackson has collected 36 points, 15 rebounds, 14 assists, and three steals across 76 minutes of play. That's a two-game stretch you'd usually see from an $8,000 player, and it's pretty clear that he's a fantastic value in the $6K-range against a weak Orlando backcourt. Darius Garland FD - $5200 DK - $5000 Opponent - NY Proj Pts FD - 26.24 DK - 27.31 This is probably my favorite per-dollar play on the board. Garland was performing at a $7,000-level the first two weeks of the season before getting injured, and a slow ramp-up has lowered this price tag. The good news is that he's back in the starting lineup, and the minute's restriction has been limited. In his first five starts before getting injured, Garland averaged 36.3 DK points per game across 36 minutes a night. That looked like the guy we saw on Wednesday, dropping 26 fantasy points across 31 minutes of play. All of that makes this $5K price tag truly shocking, and it limits any risk that this tough matchup might present. Elfrid Payton is in the low $5,000s, and his averages are too good to be priced that cheaply. Shooting Guard Bradley Beal FD - $10500 DK - $10200 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Wednesday, 1/27/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Wednesday, 1/27/21 If you're into DFS chaos, this is going to be your slate. We have 12 games in total on this slate, with numerous injuries and COVID protocol violations. That means a lot of things will change all the way up until first tip and it's imperative to keep your eyes and ears on the news. We do have some information now though and we'll bank on some of those circumstances to find some value. Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer and NHL Projections as well. Plus our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Stephen Curry FD - $9600 DK - $9300 Opponent - MIN Proj Pts FD - 51.66 DK - 54.62 What is with this pricing? We'd probably recommend Curry if he was a five-figure player but this $9,300 on DraftKings is ridiculous. We're talking about a guy who's averaging 28.4 points, 5.5 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 1.2 steals per game. That equates to 48 fantasy points per outing, with Curry dropping at least 44 DK points in four-straight. One of those happened to come against these T'Wolves, with Curry splashing 54 DK points on them Monday Night. That's really no surprise when you consider that Minnesota ranks fifth in pace and 27th in both points allowed and defensive efficiency. Cole Anthony FD - $5000 DK - $5500 Opponent - SAC Proj Pts FD - 27.77 DK - 28.9 While this rookie struggled early on, it appears he's starting to get his feet underneath him. An injury to Markelle Fultz really opened up a ton of minutes for Cole, starting at PG and playing 30 minutes a night over his last 11 games. His statistics have been on the uptick too, averaging 28 DraftKings points per game over his last eight fixtures. That's a heck of a total from a player in the $5,000s on both sites and one has to believe this is just the beginning of a great career. The matchup is the icing on the cake though, with Sacramento ranked 29th in total defense. If Tyler Herro and Jimmy Butler remain out, Goran Dragic is a great value around $6,000. Shooting Guard Eric Bledsoe FD - $5500 DK - $5800 Opponent - WAS Proj Pts FD - 31.07 DK - 32.16 Bledsoe is always...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Tuesday, 1/26/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Tuesday, 1/26/21 After a big slate on Monday, we're rewarded with a much smaller three-game slate here. That Monday slate was absolute chaos too, with the San Antonio-New Orleans game being postponed at about 8ET. That's a nightmare for DFS managers and the Clippers are dealing with some COVID issues of their own right now. That means a lot of guys from that game are going to make it into this article, so, let's go ahead and get into it! Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer and NHL Projections as well. Plus our new player lab! Point Guard Reggie Jackson FD - $5000 DK - $6800 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD - 28.73 DK - 30.14 Lou Williams FD - $6000 DK - $5800 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD - 24.96 DK - 25.82 The Clippers had a bombshell dropped on them Monday night when Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and Patrick Beverley were all ruled out for the next week. That's a ton of minutes, usage, and ball-handling off the roster, leaving these two guys to feast. Let's start off by talking about Reggie, who's likely to start at point guard. In his only start earlier this season filling in for Beverley, R-Jax had 24 DK points across 18 minutes in what was a monster blowout. That means he easily could have had 30-40 fantasy points in a closer game and Jackson should see at least 30 minutes here. He's not the only guard we love for the Clippers though, with Williams likely seeing a huge bump too. Jackson has a 24 percent usage rate with those three guys off the floor but Williams' usage is just shy of 30 percent. That bump is huge for a struggling guy like Lou and one has to believe he'll see a major increase in shots, minutes, and usage as well. We're talking about one of the greatest Sixth-Men in NBA history and he's simply getting way too much usage at this price to avoid him here. Jerome Robinson FD - $3600 DK - $4000 Opponent - HOU Proj Pts FD - 23.22 DK - 23.98 There are some great big-name players on this slate, so, getting a guy like Robinson in there could be huge to build a lineup....
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Sunday, 1/24/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Sunday, 1/24/21 It’s a shorter Sunday main slate with some injury questions to answer and a Washington team to figure out. Point Guard Damian Lillard FD - $9700 DK - $10000Opponent - NYProj Pts FD - 48.41 DK - 50.8 In the last two games with CJ McCollum playing half of one and missing the other because of injury, Damian Lillard put up 35 and 36 points respectively with 23 shots in each. Over the last two seasons, Lillard has a 30% usage rate, but that jumps to 36% when CJ is out of the mix. He’ll be called on to take a lot of shots going forward and the price, especially on FanDuel, doesn’t represent just how much of the offensive load he’s going to have in the short-term. This feels like a pretty easy play on this slate against the Knicks. Elfrid Payton FD - $5300 DK - $5700Opponent - PORProj Pts FD - 28.55 DK - 29.3 It’s never been easy to trust Elfrid Payton’s minutes, but that’s also one reason his price has stayed in a completely reasonable zone. And over the last three games, it’s been a little more consistent, running more than 30 in each. You’d like to see the scoring get a little more consistent and the assists tick up as well. But in that stretch, he’s averaging 11 points, four assists and a steal. It won’t overwhelm you, but he does typically contribute enough across the stat line to keep the floor at least relatively high. Shooting Guard Bradley Beal FD - $10300 DK - $10200Opponent - SAProj Pts FD - 62.97 DK - 65 Russell Westbrook (probably) and basically the rest of the Washington Wizards’ team is going to miss this game against the Spurs. But Bradley Beal should be out there and will likely be called on to do anything and everything. Now, Washington hasn’t played a basketball game in almost two weeks, but before they stopped Beal was on an absolute tear. Over his last five games he averaged 39 points, six rebounds and six assists on more than 26 shots per game. That’s just insane usage and production. With the Wiz...
