FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Thursday, 2/11/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Thursday, 2/11/21 Wednesday was a very frustrating day for yours truly. The Pacers scoring 40 points halfway through the third quarter got me off to a tilty start, but the Isaiah Roby scratch was the straw that broke the camel's back. That sort of stuff happens in DFS, though, and it's just yet another reminder to keep your eyes on the news as much as possible. We're definitely going to bounce-back here though, so let's go ahead and get into it! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard John Wall FD - $7700 DK - $7100 Opponent - MIA Proj Pts FD - 39.43 DK - 40.61 No one was really sure how Wall would look in his return from a two-year absence, but he's looked incredible thus far. Numbers aside, this guy is being aggressive and taking it hard to the basket numerous times a game. That means he's no longer thinking about his injuries, which is also evident by the fact that he's playing 30 minutes a game. He's been doing some severe damage in that playing time too, averaging 36 DraftKings points per game. Those numbers have been climbing over the last two weeks, scoring at least 34 DK points in seven-straight outings. The matchup against Miami is a bit worrisome, but they've regressed a bit on that end of the floor and will likely have a hard time slowing down Wall. Kendrick Nunn FD - $5000 DK - $5800 Opponent - HOU Proj Pts FD - 27.76 DK - 28.39 With Goran Dragic missing yet another game, Nunn should continue to start at point guard. After surprising many people in the first three months of last season, Nunn has recaptured the form that made him a Rookie of the Year candidate. In fact, Nunn is averaging 17.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.3 steals over his last 10 games played. That equates to 28 FanDuel points per game, which is great from a $5K player. Houston's defense has been better recently, but ranking fifth in pace still makes them a good DFS target. Malcolm Brogdon is in the low $7,000s, which is too feeble for someone of his ilk. Shooting Guard Norman Powell FD...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Wednesday, 2/10/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Wednesday, 2/10/21 Wednesdays tend to be one of the best days of the week for DFS. We have nine games for this slate and a ton to talk about. Once again, there are expected to be a ton of absences, and we're going to bank on that for some serious value. So, let's go ahead and get into it! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Kyle Lowry FD - $7600 DK - $7300 Opponent - WAS Proj Pts FD - 38.4 DK - 40.5 My first inclination was to go with Fred VanVleet here, but what's with Lowry's pricing? While he has dealt with a back issue for the last two games, he enters this matchup with no injury designation. That's fantastic news for a guy who averaged 18.7 points, 7.0 rebounds, 10.7 assists, and 2.7 steals over his previous three games before those two duds. That equates to a 48-point average, which seems like a strong possibility against a defense like this. The Wizards currently rank 29th in defensive efficiency, 30th in points allowed, and first in pace. That makes them the most fantasy-friendly opponent, considering that they surrender the most fantasy points to opposing PGs as well. Malcolm Brogdon FD - $7200 DK - $7400 Opponent - BKN Proj Pts FD - 43.92 DK - 45.19 Brogdon has been struggling a bit the last two weeks, but it's dropped his price way too far. We're still talking about a guy who's averaging over 40 DraftKings points per game for the season. That alone makes him hard to fade in the low $7,000s, but this matchup is simply stupendous. In fact, the Nets have allowed at least 120 points in seven-straight games, owning the worst defensive efficiency rating in that span. That means we have to love all of the Pacers, especially their primary ball-handler. If Devonte' Graham remains out, Terry Rozier is a great play around $6K. Don't forget about the Trae Young-Luka Doncic matchup too. Shooting Guard Bradley Beal FD - $10600 DK - $9300 Opponent - TOR Proj Pts FD - 60.11 DK - 61.54 While this FanDuel price is definitely appropriate, this DraftKings price is downright silly. This guy has been playing at...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Tuesday, 2/9/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Tuesday, 2/9/21 Monday's slate was full of great basketball, so hopefully, we get the same thing here. Betting lines would indicate that we should, with five of the seven games having spreads within five points. There's been a ton of blowouts this season, and it's time for these teams to start playing more competitive games. There's a lot to discuss, so let's get into it! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Damian Lillard FD - $9800 DK - $10000 Opponent - ORL Proj Pts FD - 51.05 DK - 53.75 Lillard's price has been getting a bit outlandish recently, but it's come down just enough here. It's hard to understand why it has dropped, though, with Lillard running the show in Portland. With Jusuf Nurkic and C.J. McCollum both injured, Lillard has a usage rate north of 35 percent. That has led to him scoring at least 49 DraftKings points in eight of his last nine games. That's a heck of a floor from a player sitting around $10K on both sites, and 35 minutes and 20 shots seem like a near guarantee right now with this team being so shorthanded. We also don't mind the fact that Orlando surrenders the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing point guards. Cole Anthony FD - $5400 DK - $5900 Opponent - POR Proj Pts FD - 28.65 DK - 29.85 Anthony got off to a slow start in his expanded role, but the rookie is really starting to turn things around. The thing that's really allowed him to flourish is the Aaron Gordon injury. That has left him as the primary ball-handler, scoring at least 28 DK points in four-straight fixtures. That's all you can ask for from a sub $6K player, and the matchup might be the best part of this play. The Trail Blazers currently sit 28th in defensive efficiency while surrendering the third-most fantasy points to opposing PGs this season. Kemba Walker is a heck of a value at $5,700 with so many injuries in Boston. Shooting Guard DeMar DeRozan FD - $8300 DK - $7800 Opponent - GS Proj Pts FD - 39.63 DK - 40.13 With LaMarcus Aldridge missing games, DeRozan has taken over this offense....
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Sunday, 2/7/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Sunday, 2/7/21 It's Super Bowl Sunday, but that doesn't mean the day is all about football. There's still plenty of early hoops to get you going and some interesting value plays to take a look at. Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Kemba Walker FD - $5700 DK - $6800Opponent - PHOProj Pts FD - 37.32 DK - 38.2 Kemba will be a popular play on Sunday, especially on FanDuel where he remains significantly underpriced since coming back from the knee injury. He’s played more than 30 minutes in each of the last two games and that should be the case again against the Suns. In the last two, since the minutes' increase, he’s averaging 22 points and five assists on 18.5 shots per game. With Jaylen Brown out once again, he and Tatum should soak up a majority of the usage. Terry Rozier FD - $6100 DK - $5600Opponent - WASProj Pts FD - 36.55 DK - 37.68 Devonte' Graham has already been ruled out for this game which should leave some guard minutes open for Rozier. Even with more mouths to feed on Charlotte this season, Rozier is still maintaining the scoring he saw last year, averaging 18 points and getting up more than seven threes per game. He’s shooting 43% from beyond the arc and will need to put the ball in the basket to hit value. But there’s a good chance of that in this game against the Wizards who are the second-worst defense in the league this season. Shooting Guard Donovan Mitchell FD - $7800 DK - $7900Opponent - INDProj Pts FD - 38.41 DK - 40.87 Mike Conley has already been ruled out for this game which could turn even more of the ball-handling duties over to Mitchell in the offense. He struggled to start the season, but has been finding more of his scoring stroke in the short term with 30 or more points in two of the last three games. He’s shot 57% from three in that stretch which is run hot, but he’s also getting up 18 shots per game. That could tick up a little more in this game as well. The price is fair on both sites...

Point Guard Luka Doncic FD - $10700 DK - $11100Opponent - GSProj Pts FD - 58.23 DK - 61.98 There’s almost certainly going to be some value opening up on this bigger slate meaning we are going to be able to pay top dollar for some superstars. Luka is just one of those guys. Though his team is struggling this season and has looked sluggish, from a fantasy perspective Doncic is still getting the job done. He’s averaging 28 points, nine assists, and eight rebounds per game and having to run major minutes with the Mavs dealing with so many injuries. They are getting healthier now, but the onus on winning has increased. Golden State is actually a top-ten defense on the season, but they are running the second-fastest pace. This is a good matchup for Luka. Cole Anthony FD - $5000 DK - $5700Opponent - CHIProj Pts FD - 30.03 DK - 31.24 He’s never really a candidate to play big minutes even in close games, but Anthony can be counted on to run about 31-32 when things are going right. And on Saturday he has a chance to run it back against a weaker Chicago defense. On Friday, he put up 17 points and nine assists, one of his better games as a pro and that price is still sitting in the lower-middle tier. I think the floor is high enough considering the opponent and maintaining that Anthony continues to get up double-digit shot attempts per game. Shooting Guard Hamidou Diallo FD - $5900 DK - $5900Opponent - MINProj Pts FD - 42.52 DK - 42 The Thunder’s injury news is a little mirky as of this writing with a lot of their guys, including Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Theo Maledon questionable. But we already know George Hill is out and there should be minutes for Diallo here regardless. With OKC playing shorthanded the last couple of games he’s played 37 and 33 minutes respectively with an average of 16 points, 5.5 assists, and 5.5 rebounds. They haven’t been balanced lines, but he can pile on the fantasy points when given the opportunity. Keep an eye out for who is...
