A quick heads up - we post an updates article every day in the early afternoon, EST, to catch everyone up on how things are changing as a result of whatever news has come through. We also have great talks in the comments of that article. Hope to see you there! NFL News and Notes Jamaal Charles (ACL) was limited in Thursday's practice. It doesn't look like he will suit up this week, so you can expect Spencer Ware to be the starter, but he will split carries with Charcandrick West. Markus Wheaton (shoulder) practiced in full on Thursday and is expected to play Sunday. Demaryius Thomas is still listed as day-to-day with a hip injury. I will keep you posted on his status, but for now, we'll consider him questionable. Chris Ivory was released from the hospital and is still questionable for Sunday's game. If he's unable to go, look for T.J. Yeldon to get a lot of touches this week. T.Y. Hilton is considered questionable for Sunday with an apparent knee injury he suffered in practice. I will keep you posted on his status. Zack Ertz (ribs) sat out again Thursday and I don't expect him to suit up Monday. Trey Burton is expected to be the Eagles "receiving tight end." You can also expect Jordan Matthews to get a ton of targets. Kendall Wright (hamstring) will not suit up once again in Week 2. You can expect for Tajae Sharpe to continue to get his targets. Rob Gronkowski (hamstring) still isn't 100% and is considered questionable for now. We will keep you updated on his status Devonte Parker (hamstring) was able to practice Thursday and looks like he will suit up for Sunday....

Weekly NFL Stacks for DraftKings and FanDuel – Week 2

Posted by on Sep 15, 2016 in featured, News, Weekly Fantasy Football Picks | 0 comments

Weekly NFL Stacks for DraftKings and FanDuel - Week 2 Week 2 has plenty of stacking options on the board this week. Two of them we mention, the Giants and Saints will likely be chalkier plays across the slate. But we wanted to touch on a couple that will likely go lower owned. In case you didn’t notice, we just released our brand new NFL DFS suite of tools including full projections, optimal NFL lineups and our Player Lab, which includes filters to help you create NFL lineups for FanDuel and DraftKings for any format. It’s a set of tools well beyond anything we’ve ever had, and something we feel will help our users *ahem* tackle the NFL season. You can grab a free trial to test out yourself. START YOUR FREE TRIAL! Week 2 NFL Stacks   Stack #1 - New York Giants vs. New Orleans Saints QB - Eli Manning Elite WR - Odell Beckham Jr. Value Options - Sterling Sheppard, Victor Cruz Punt Option - Larry Donnell Targeting the Saints/Raiders in Week 1 proved to be a very profitable stacking strategy as they combined for 69 points. This is going to be a trend all season with the Saints as they are once again apart of the highest projected total of the week against the Giants. The Saints defense allowed 319 passing yards to Derek Carr and another 167 yards on the ground from the halfbacks. They also took a big hit losing top corner Delvin Breaux for 4-6 weeks minimum. Look for Eli to take more than a few shots to OBJ in man to man situations due to the emergence of rookie Sterling Sheppard and the return of veteran Victor Cruz. If you are looking for a punt at the TE position to get OBJ to fit in the stack consider Larry Donnell who received just one redzone target but caught for a touchdown last week.     Stack #2 - New Orleans Saints vs. New York Giants QB - Drew Brees Elite WR - Brandon Cooks, Willie Snead Value Options - Michael Thomas, Coby Fleener Looking back at the Millionaire Maker on both sites last week we saw a stack of Drew Brees, Brandon Cooks and Willie Snead on both winning lineups. The thing that stood out the most was seeing all three of them under 10% across the board. While that ownership is due to go up the upside will exist week in and week out due their defense being so bad with them playing catch up most of the time. Snead comes at a big discount on DraftKings again this week and will most likely command the highest ownership. It will be much closer...

Daily Fantasy Football Wide Receiver Values for FanDuel and DraftKings – Week 2 – 9/18/16

Daily Fantasy Football Wide Receiver Values for FanDuel and DraftKings - Week 2 - 9/18/16 We covered our main cash game plays in our Week 2 Picks where we covered Antonio Brown, Odell Beckham, Larry Fitzgerald and Kelvin Benjamin. For this piece we will touch on some other cash game value and GPP targets. WIDE RECEIVER VALUES Jordan Matthews FD 6900 DK 6900 Opponent CHI Proj Points FD - 14.62 DK - 17.95 When we're looking at situations with new quarterbacks and schemes, one game sample sizes matter a lot more than usual. In the case of the Eagles and Carson Wentz, all indicators point to Matthews as the guy who will benefit the most this season. Matthews' 14 targets were the second most in the NFL, and while he only converted 7 of those into receptions, that's a perfectly acceptable rate on all of those looks. Target totals like that generally indicate one (or more) of two things: a true #1 receiver, or an uncomfortable young quarterback who's not making it all the way through his reads. In this instance it's almost certainly #2, but that's totally fine for our Matthews stock here. While Chicago was about league average against the pass last year, they ranked 27 overall against WR1s. He's still priced like a guy in an uncertain situation, and he's just a phenomenal value on FanDuel in particular. Doug Baldwin FD 7000 DK 6600 Opponent LA Proj Points FD - 17.19 DK - 20.62 We were among the most bullish on Doug Baldwin heading into week 1, feeling the hate had gone way too far on a guy who was admittedly pretty luck in terms of touchdowns in 2015. Well week 1 played out in much the same way that 2015 ended - Baldwin receiving double-digit targets while scoring his team's only touchdown. The case for Baldwin actually looks even better after week 1. His 11 targets would have been his second highest in 2015, and his 9 receptions would have been a season high. And, of course, the red zone targets appear to be elite (especially without a true RB1 in Seattle, and Russell Wilson's injury concerns). Watching the Blaine Gabbert/Jeremy Kerley connection happen against the Rams last...
