Quarterback Jalen Hurts FD 7700 DK 6400 Opponent NYGProj Points FD - 22.63 DK - 23.33 The Eagles are facing off against the Giants this week and there is a lot to like about Jalen Hurts in this matchup. For starters, grabbing one of the better running quarterbacks in the game is always solid for keeping the fantasy-scoring floor very high. His 733 rushing yards on the season ranks him only behind Lamar Jackson at the quarterback position. Sure, the 14:9 TD:INT rate isn’t amazing, but that isn’t why you are rostering Hurts here. He has 10 rushing touchdowns on the season which is tied for fourth, overall, in the league behind only Jonathan Taylor, James Conner, and Joe Mixon. The Giants are terrible against the run though it’s worth noting that they were able to stymie Hurts some just a couple of weeks ago, forcing three interceptions. No matter, I think going back to the well is fine here in cash. Justin Herbert FD 8400 DK 7200 Opponent HOUProj Points FD - 24.79 DK - 25.47 I think we can go up to a more expensive price point at the quarterback position on the main slate because of the savings we are going to get at running back. Herbert is having a near-identical season to his breakout rookie campaign and has thrown 32 touchdowns on a 66% completion percentage. A solid game would put him right at the same yardage last season. He faces off against a Houston team that does rank better against the pass than the run, but I still don’t think we are all that worried about it in this scenario. I do prefer Hurts for just a little cheaper but Herbert makes a strong play here. Running Back Ronald Jones II FD 5400 DK 5100 Opponent CARProj Points FD - 14.08 DK - 15.22 Jones is likely to be a chalk play this week with the news that Leonard Fournette had gone on IR. Last week, after Lenny went down, Jones played 22 snaps and touched the ball on 10 of them with eight carries and two targets. I do think that unlike Fournette, he will cede some of the passing downs to Ke'Shawn Vaughn, but in general, Jones should start the game out as the Bucs’ lead back. Tampa Bay...

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers FD 8300 DK 7400 Opponent CLE Proj Points FD - 18.73 DK - 19.11 Take 2 for a Saturday slate as last weeks was blown up with the Browns game being pushed back to Monday due to Covid. Coincidentally, those same Browns are back in action this Saturday but this time facing the NFC's #1 seed in the Green Bay Packers. Leading the way is reigning MVP, Aaron Rodgers, who is also the current odds leader to win it again which would make him the first back-to-back winner since Peyton Manning(2008, 2009). While Rodgers has been great all season, he has been at his best in the short term throwing for over 300 yards in three of his last four games(325.3 avg) with a total of 12 touchdowns. In that time, he has scored 24 or more fantasy points in each game while averaging 30.6 DK/28.1 FD points per game. He now faces a short-handed Browns team that already ranks 23rd in DVOA against the pass. Look for Rodgers to deliver gifts to all the fantasy players who roster him. He is easily my top quarterback on this slate. Also Consider: Kyler Murray(ARI) as a GPP pivot off Rodgers or Backer Mayfield(CLE) who is slated to return this week and is the cheapest QB on the slate Running Back Jonathan Taylor FD 10500 DK 8300 Opponent ARI Proj Points FD - 22.98 DK - 24.43 While the MVP race likely comes down to a battle between veteran quarterbacks Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady, Jonathan Taylor is most definitely making his case and not that far off sitting at +800 right now. He comes into Week 16 tallying 100 or more yards rushing in seven of his last nine games(132.3 avg) and has totaled 97 or more yards from scrimmage in 11 straight(146.6 avg). & BUF). That alone has me feeling a lot better about this below-average matchup against the Cardinals who rank 8th overall in DVOA against the rush. Believe it or not, there is even a path to playing a...

Quarterback Kyler Murray FD 8800 DK 7900 Opponent DETProj Points FD - 24.15 DK - 24.88 It’s been a really good sign for Murray’s return to full health that he’s gotten out and run over the last couple of weeks, totally 17 attempts on the ground and piling up 120 yards and two touchdowns. It gives him such a high fantasy floor, something that only a few quarterbacks in the game have. I think we can pretty confidently roster him in cash this week against the Lions who ranks 31st in defensive DVOA and are equally terrible against both the pass and the run. Murray should be able to pile on the points here with the Cardinals still fighting for a first-round bye in the playoffs. Though he will be without DeAndre Hopkins in the receiving corps, the Cardinals still have plenty of weapons. Dak Prescott FD 7500 DK 6500 Opponent NYGProj Points FD - 21.15 DK - 21.94 The Cowboys face the Giants this week who rank 18th in overall DVOA this season, though it’s worth noting that they are better against the pass than the run. Dak hasn’t run as much as we would like this season, though did get out there seven times last week. But the pass attempts are up over the short-term, averaging more than 40 over the last four games. That’s a good sign even if the yards and touchdowns haven’t exactly followed. The price is in a tier lower than the stud quarterbacks for a reason. Dak’s performance just hasn’t warranted an increase. But I think this is the perfect time to buy relatively low considering the matchup. If Lamar Jackson were to sit out, I think Tyler Huntley makes for an interesting and cheap option. Running Back Sony Michel FD 6800 DK 5800 Opponent SEAProj Points FD - 14.24 DK - 15.35 The Rams have been rocked by Covid this week and as of this writing had placed 25 players into the protocols. But it looks like Sony Michel will be able to suit up and should have an every-down role for LA. It doesn’t appear that Darrell Henderson is going to be able to clear protocols to play in this one. Last week, in a similar situation, Michel played 100% of the Rams’ snaps and carried the ball...

Quarterback Derek Carr FD 7500 DK 6000 Opponent CLE Proj Points FD - 1.56 DK - 1.56 By default, Derek Carr is our top quarterback on Saturday. Baker Mayfield tested positive for Covid, Carson Wentz faces the #2 overall defense in New England, and Mac Jones is coming off a two-attempt performance and is averaging just 20 attempts per game over his last five. Volume has not been an issue for Carr who is averaging 40.1 attempts over his last three games and has been accurate, as well, completing 70% of those passes. The matchup doesn't jump off the page as the Browns have allowed the 7th fewest passing yards but do rank 20th in DVOA against the pass. Making the matchup more appealing this week is the fact the Browns are not only dealing with injuries but also a C-19 breakout which has both starting safeties and two of their top three corners questionable. Fire up Carr in all formats. Mac Jones FD 7000 DK 5200 Opponent IND Proj Points FD - 13.72 DK - 14.25 There is much less safety with this pick as Jones is coming off an almost unbelievable three-pass-attempt performance against Buffalo. While that is likely a one-off due to the wind and heavy run gameplan, Jones has still been inconsistent in his rookie season but what I do like is the potential 4-5x upside and his price which allows you to load up at RB/WR/TE. The matchup is also very intriguing as the Colts rank Top 5 in run defense but 17th in DVOA against the pass. It is very risky as the floor is very low but for GPP formats, I am on board considering the upside and ability to spend up elsewhere. Running Back Jonathan Taylor FD 10200 DK 9000 Opponent NE Proj Points FD - 22.01 DK - 23.42 With Derrick Henry out with injury, the often underrated Jonathan Taylor has quickly taken on the "best running back in football" tag, and for good reason. He has rushed for 100 or more yards in seven of...

Game Stack - Dallas Cowboys/Washington Football Team Dak Prescott FD 8100 DK 6700 Opponent WAS Proj Points FD - 22.83 DK - 23.67 CeeDee Lamb FD 7800 DK 7200 Opponent WAS Proj Points FD - 12.63 DK - 15.24 Antonio Gibson FD 7400 DK 6000 Opponent DAL Proj Points FD - 12.32 DK - 13.33 Let's get things started this week with a game that is perfect for a multi-entry game stack. There are a ton of different ways to run this one but the above stack is by far my favorite. Let's start with the Cowboys passing game which ranks 8th in passing DVOA and 4th in passing yards per game coming into Week 14. The schedule has also been kind to them as of late facing some weaker defenses against the pass and this week is no different facing a Washington defense that ranks 30th in DVOA against the pass, have allowed the 4th most passing yards and most fantasy points to QB's, and the 6th most receiving yards and 3rd most fantasy points to wide receivers. Prescott has been a bit inconsistent lately(under 15 fantasy points twice in the last three games) but that has helped create a buy low with the price and looking at ownership projections, he could also be outside the Top 5 this week. I love pairing him with Lamb who has been not only the most consistent of the Cowboys wideouts but also shown the most upside with 19+ DK points in five of his last seven games. On the other side of the ball, there are multiple options and it really comes down to if you think Washington can keep this game close and I agree with Vegas that it will. This has Antonio Gibson at the top of my Washington exposure list. He comes in red-hot totaling 111 and 146 scrimmage yards in each of the last two games and has averaged 27 touches a game over the last four. The one hesitancy here is that the Cowboys rank 2nd in fantasy points against wideouts as...
