Daily Fantasy Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 11 – 11/19/17
Daily Fantasy Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 11 - 11/14/17 We are coming off an absolutely crazy Week 10 that saw some heavy chalk put up complete duds. It was an off-brand kind of week with some of the top performances coming from virtual no-name backups and afterthoughts. Let's hope Week 11 gets back to some normalcy with a few prolific offenses facing very suspect defenses. We've got you completely covered. Quarterback Alex Smith FD 7900 DK 6700 Opponent NYG Proj Points FD - 21.34 DK - 22.01 If you’ve been wondering what the New York Giants defense has been up to the last few weeks, rest assured it hasn’t anything good. Opposing quarterbacks have been salivating at the chance to face this D with last three games looking like this: CJ Beathard - 288/2 Jared Goff - 311/4 (on 22 total pass attempts) Russell Wilson - 334/3 It’s been an all-you-can-eat buffet for opposing QBs and that doesn’t stand to change much this week. The Chiefs come in with the third highest team implied total on the main slate (27) with the ultra-efficient Smith behind center. He has the second-best completion percentage (70%) among qualified QBs facing the 28th DVOA defense who seem to be getting worse by the week. He’s the 8th most expensive FD QB despite ranking third overall in fantasy points at the position this season. Stacking Chiefs in cash games is looking very much like the play this week coming off the bye week and at slightly reduced price points. Smith’s accuracy and ability to run keep his floor high. Tom Brady FD 8600 DK 7400 Opponent OAK Proj Points FD - 22.75 DK - 23.31 We are typically recommending mobile quarterbacks at this price point because strictly pocket passers can get skunked if the TDs get vultured with no effective way to make up the fantasy point difference. Brady doesn’t fit that mold, but the Patriots come in with the highest team total and Brady can be counted on for at least 35 passing attempts per game (he leads the league in total attempts on the season). The Pats D has greatly improved over the last few weeks, leading to less shootout-type games for Brady, though Vegas does like the Raiders to keep in this game with the...
Daily Fantasy Football Top Stacks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 10 – 9/12/17
Daily Fantasy Football Top Stacks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 10 - 9/12/17 Welcome back to another exciting week of daily fantasy football. I am going to start out again this week with some key injury and suspension news that will undoubtedly affect our lineup construction. It starts with the Ezekiel Elliott saga and I won't get into details but really all you need to know is that the suspension is back on so we won't see him on the field this weekend. When will he back? You guess is as good as mine. Next up, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be without arguably their top two offensive weapons as Mike Evans has been suspended one game after his altercation with Marshon Lattimore, and Jameis Winston will be out at least two weeks with multiple injuries. The Falcons are another team with injuries to key players as Devonta Freeman(knee) was limited early in the week but he is likely to play but Tevin Coleman could see some extra carries. Julio Jones(ankle) was a DNP on both Wednesday and Thursday but returned to practice Friday. This just adds to the risk of stacking the Falcons as they have underperformed week in and week out. One team I will be avoiding in my stacks this week will be the Broncos as both of their top wideouts are dealing with injuries. Emmanuel Sanders returned to the lineup last week but was clearly not 100% and although he was a full participant this week, I still don't trust he is back to full health and then add in the fact Brock Osweiler is his quarterback. Demaryius Thomas was limited in practice this week with a hammy but is expected to be on the field in the big Sunday night matchup vs. the Patriots. Speaking of the Patriots, Chris Hogan(shoulder) is almost a lock to sit out once again this week while Danny Amendola is still dealing with a knee injury but is expected to play Sunday night. He and Brandin Cooks could see a boost in targets this week and don't forget about James White out of the backfield as he sits second among running backs in targets per game(6.6). A few other injury status's to monitor as Sunday approaches are: Michael Thomas(NO) - Was limited Thursday with an ankle injury Matt Forte(NYJ) - Has sat out of practice all week with a knee injury and is very unlikely to play Sunday Dez Bryant(DAL) - Hasn't practiced all week but is likely to return on Friday. Dealing with multiple injuries(knee, ankle) but says is will be on the field Sunday which is good news for the Cowboys who are now without Ezekiel Elliot for some...

Daily Fantasy Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 10 – 11/8/17
Daily Fantasy Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 10 - 11/8/17 After a blowout-riddled Week 9 that saw most of the 1PM EST games over well before the 3PM hour struck, we get a Week 10 with some interesting matchups. We'll have to wait on some team news to fully flesh out a couple of spots (most notably running back) but there's plenty of value heading into Sunday. Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NFL optimizer for FanDuel and DraftKings, our MLB Optimizer, and our new Player Lab! We've got you completely covered. Quarterback Matthew Stafford FD 8200 DK 6800 Opponent CLE Proj Points FD - 19.13 DK - 20.03 I typically keep our cash game plays to quarterbacks who can get out and run because time-after-time we’ve seen those guys have higher floors because they add a whole other component to their game. Stafford doesn’t fit the mold, though there are very few moderately-priced QBs on this slate with that kind of makeup. What Stafford has going for him is passing volume. He’s second in the NFL with 303 attempts thanks in large part to the Lions’ inability to get anything going on the ground. It’s a rubber meets the road situation against Cleveland who ranks 1st in DVOA against the run and 28th against the pass. Detroit has the second highest implied total on the main slate and like I said, it’s hard to imagine they are able to generate a ton of that scoring on the ground. Stafford is getting expensive but still ranks as one of the better cash game value quarterbacks going. Eli Manning FD 6700 DK 5100 Opponent SF Proj Points FD - 16.48 DK - 17.53 Ok, don’t laugh. I know this is a weird place to start with cash game plays for a week, and honestly, I wish I could have listed the quarterback position last in this article because I think you are going to make some tough decisions at the position this week. Manning is somewhat in the mold of Stafford in that his team struggles to run the ball and he’s been forced to throw a ton this season. He’s averaging 37 attempts per game, has a couple of receivers in Shepard and Engram who he can “trust” and faces the garbage San Franciso D that’s allowing the most opponent plays per game. Manning is coming very cheap on both sites which allows for...
