Point Guard Ricky Rubio FD - $5100 DK - $6200Opponent - WASProj Pts FD - 29.42 DK - 29.92 The Timberwolves will be without Malik Beasley for 11 games because of a suspension and are already without DeAngelo Russell because of injury. That’s leaving them very thin in the backcourt and should give quite a few minutes to Rubio and some others. Last game, an overtime loss to the Bulls, saw Rubio play 28 minutes in regulation and finish with nine points and 10 assists. The minutes and usage are set to tick up here without Beasley in the starting lineup. The price on FanDuel is just too cheap and he draws a fantastic matchup against the Wizards. Théo Maledon FD - $4300 DK - $4900Opponent - DENProj Pts FD - 24.04 DK - 24.78 Maledon has been playing big minutes over the short-term with George Hill and Hamidou Diallo both out. That’s led to 33+ minutes in each of the last four games and his game on Friday against the Hawks was one of his best yet. He scored 13 points and handed out 12 assists in the win over Atlanta. The dimes were a bit of an outlier, but he’s also not seeing much movement on the price here and his minutes appear fairly safe. Shooting Guard Bradley Beal FD - $9600 DK - $9200Opponent - MINProj Pts FD - 52.82 DK - 54 This is definitely going to be the game to stack in cash. It’s two of the worst six defenses in basketball with two of the top-six paces. That’s a matchup made in fantasy heaven and this game should see quite a bit of ownership. Beal has as high a minute's floor as anyone in basketball and has the Wiz surging winning six of their last seven games. They’ll look to keep it going here against the lowly Timberwolves. He’s having another fantastic statistical season with 33 points, five rebounds, and five assists per game. The price has actually come down a little on both sites and he’s a total steal on DraftKings at $9200. Anthony Edwards FD - $6000 DK - $6300Opponent - WASProj Pts FD - 33.58 DK...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Friday, 2/26/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Friday, 2/26/21 It sounds crazy to say, but we're almost halfway through the season. It feels like last week when Los Angeles won the bubble title, but here we are deep into another season. In any case, we're looking to finish these last two weeks off strong, and this Friday slate is another fantastic one. We have nine games in total, beginning at 7:30ET, so let's get to it! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Stephen Curry FD - $10000 DK - $9700 Opponent - CHA Proj Pts FD - 51.18 DK - 54.2 Curry was really frustrated when he couldn't play the Hornets last week, and he'll surely be hungry to roast them here. We say that because he grew up in Charlotte and has traditionally torched them throughout his career. In fact, Curry is averaging 27.2 points, 6.8 assists, and 1.3 steals en route to a ridiculous 124 offensive rating in 16 meetings with them. That shows us just how motivated he is to face his childhood team, and that's scary for a guy who's already playing at an MVP level. Chef has at least 42 DraftKings points in 12 of his last 13 games, averaging 51 fantasy points per game in that span. De'Aaron Fox FD - $7800 DK - $7700 Opponent - DET Proj Pts FD - 44.42 DK - 45.34 Talk about a guy who's cruising right now. Fox has been one of the best point guards in the NBA over the last month, averaging 25.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 8.6 assists, and 1.2 steals over his last 17 games. That's obviously absurd, and it doesn't even include a Thursday gem in which he provided 29 points and 11 assists against a top-ranked Knicks defense. This Pistons defense is far from top-ranked, sitting 18th in defensive efficiency. All of that makes it hard to believe that Fox remains below $8,000, making him one of the best high-end values on the slate. Goran Dragic just returned from injury and is too cheap below $5K. Shooting Guard Josh Jackson FD - $5700 DK - $6400 Opponent - SAC Proj Pts FD - 35.34 DK - 35.52 With Derrick Rose in New York, Delon Wright injured, and...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Thursday, 2/25/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Thursday, 2/25/21 After a chaotic slate on Wednesday, things should be a little more straightforward here. We say that because New Orleans is the only team playing the second half of a back-to-back set and all of those youngsters are in plenty good shape to handle that. No B2Bs means we don't have as much injury news to worry about, making things a bit easier on us. There's a lot to get into, though, so let's kick things off with the speedster from Sacramento. Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard De'Aaron Fox FD - $7700 DK - $7800 Opponent - NY Proj Pts FD - 42.32 DK - 43.49 There are a few higher-end guys that are priced criminally, and Fox is definitely one of them. We say that because he's been one of the best point guards in the NBA this month, averaging 25.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 8.6 assists, and 1.2 steals over his last 17 games played. That's an All-Star caliber stretch, and it certainly means he should be north of $8K. While some might be worried about the matchup against a stingy New York team, they're going to be without Elfrid Payton. He's their defensive stopper against point guards, and a matchup with Derrick Rose could allow Fox to feast. Monte Morris FD - $4700 DK - $4800 Opponent - WAS Proj Pts FD - 25.93 DK - 26.12 With Gary Harris, Paul Millsap, JaMaychal Green, and P.J. Dozier all sidelined, Denver has chosen to go small. That has forced Morris into some big minutes, playing at least 26 minutes in eight of his last 11 games. That's all you can ask for from a guy this cheap, especially when he averaged over 26 DK points per game in the 26 outings he played at least 26 minutes last season. Look at that, we have a 26-point projection here too! The best part of this might be the matchup, though, with Washington ranked 28th in defensive efficiency while playing at the fastest pace in the NBA. They're also surrendering the second-most fantasy points to opposing guards as well. Look for Immanuel Quickley and Derrick Rose to possibly start for Elfrid Payton. Shooting Guard James Harden...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Wednesday, 2/24/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Wednesday, 2/24/21 This slate could be nuts. We say that because seven teams are playing the second half of a back-to-back set. That's going to cause chaos in terms of late news, and you'll need to keep an eye on who plays. We have a good idea of who will sit, though, and that'll definitely play a factor in this article. Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Dejounte Murray FD - $7500 DK - $7400 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 39.55 DK - 40 This honestly might be the best play on the board. It sounds like San Antonio will be without Keldon Johnson, DeMar DeRozan, Derrick White, and LaMarcus Aldridge. That leaves Murray as the only starter left, likely forcing him into the most significant usage of his career. We love that for a guy who's thrived with limited usage, averaging over 35 DraftKings points per game, despite ceding touches to those aforementioned starters. Murray could be looking at 40 minutes and 20-plus shots with so many guys out, which is scary since he gets most of his value through rebounds, assists and, steals. We also don't mind that Oklahoma City owns a 24th OPRK against opposing point guards this season. Kendrick Nunn FD - $5600 DK - $6100 Opponent - TOR Proj Pts FD - 32.6 DK - 33.3 Nunn has quietly been one of Miami's best players this season, and these DFS sites need to take notice. The Goran Dragic injury is the thing that's opened things up for Nunn, scoring at least 25 fantasy points in eight of his last 10 games. He's going crazy in those eight outings, too, averaging 35 DK points per game in nearly 37 minutes a night. The matchup against Toronto is slightly problematic, but Nunn has had his best games against them this year, scoring at least 40 DK points in both of those outings. All of that would make you believe we're looking at an $8K player, but Nunn is still sitting around $6,000 on both sites. Darius Garland is too cheap every day, and he's obviously in play against a fast-paced Houston team. Shooting Guard Eric Gordon FD - $5300 DK - $6500 Opponent...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Tuesday, 2/23/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Tuesday, 2/23/21 After a Monday slate with a ton of blowouts, we might be in for the same thing here. We have Brooklyn, Atlanta, Milwaukee, Denver, and Los Angeles all as monster favorites, with only nine games on the board. That could limit some minutes for some big-name players, but it's hard to overlook how good some of those matchups are, though, too. That makes things interesting, so let's go ahead and get into it! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! First time with NBA or NFL? Be sure to read our free NBA and NFL Ebooks on building lineups, general strategy, and more. We've got you completely covered. Point Guard De'Aaron Fox FD - $7900 DK - $8000 Opponent - BKN Proj Pts FD - 42.85 DK - 43.81 Fox has quietly been one of the best point guards in the NBA over the last month. Over his last 16 games played, Fox is averaging 44 DraftKings points per game, scoring at least 32 fantasy points in each of those. That's a heck of a run, and it's hard to understand why he's not a $9K player. The matchup only adds to his intrigue, with the Nets ranked 28th in total defense while playing at the eighth-fastest pace in the NBA. Those are two huge factors for Fox, and he should have no problem exploiting lackluster defenders like James Harden and Kyrie Irving. Dennis Smith Jr. FD - $4600 DK - $4200 Opponent - ORL Proj Pts FD - 27.16 DK - 26.31 Saben Lee FD - $0 DK - $3200 Opponent - ORL We're going to cheat a little bit and get both of these guys in here. The problem is, only one of them will probably play well. The Derrick Rose trade moved them into the rotation, while the Delon Wright injury has forced them into huge roles. Smith was the star in the first game without Wright, dropping 28 DK points despite not making a single shot. That made him highly-owned in the next slate, but Lee came in and collected 30 fantasy points across 33 minutes of play, leaving Smith with crumbs. That means at least one of these guys will be productive, and they both remain way too cheap. We bet that Smith will be the one to start, which makes him the better option. Damian Lillard has been running the show...
