We've got you completely covered. TEXAS RANGERS If you did yourself a favor and read the main picks article, you know we're big fans of Texas. Daniel Gossett is one of the worst starters in baseball and he'll be traveling from the spacious O.Co Coliseum to the bam box in Arlington. The Rangers are expected to put up over 5.5 runs and I think they get there. As a righty, Gossett has found a way to allow respective .366 and .378 wOBA's. He's also given up 20 homers in just over 80 innings. No matter how you slice it, Gossett is a pitcher who should still be working on things in the minors. The Rangers are a lethal lineup and rank 7th in baseball against righties at home. Nomar Mazara, Joey Gallo, Adrian Beltre, and Elvis Andrus are my favorite 4. After them, look for anyone in the top of the order. THey have a ton of guys who can do damage and I have no problem looking towards the bottom of the order in a large-field tourney. MINNESOTA TWINS Buck Farmer is better than Daniell Gossett, but not by much. He has posted a .392 wOBA against lefties and a .345 against righties. He also has an HR issue with 9 in 40 innings. He faces off against a Twins team that is just getting the monstrous Miguel Sano back. Sano brings a lot more depth to this lineup and allows a few more guys to see pitches in the zone. Eddie Rosario, Jorge Polanco, and Max Kepler are the big lefties to attack with. Brian Dozier and Sano are the only righties I'll have exposure to, but Buxton is perfectly fine. All in all, this Twins team should put up some runs and you generally know where they will come from. I certainly like the Rangers more in that ballpark, but so will others. I expect the Twins to come in pretty low-owned. GRAB A FREE TRIAL OF OUR PROJECTION SYSTEM, AND CHECK OUT DFSR PRO! START FREE TRIAL NOW! GET OUR FREE EBOOK ON DAILY FANTASY MLB and NBA...

We've got you completely covered. Pitcher Corey Kluber FD 12400 DK 13300 Opponent - CHW (Fulmer) Park - @CLEFD - 42.23 DK - 27.93 160 down and just two to go. It's been a fun and exciting season of MLB here at DFSR and as we make our way through the final weekend of the regular season, we need to really drill down to who has something to fight for and who is just phoning it in. Despite 100 wins and one hell of a win streak under their belt, the Indians still have something to fight for. They have a one game lead over Houston for the top record in the American League and if they want that home field advantage they will need to pick up these final few W's. As I write this, both teams are winning their respective Friday night games. Cleveland will counter with Corey Kluber tonight as the Indians close out this final series of the year at home against the White Sox. Chicago doesn't really present much of a challenge for the Indians ace, as they rank in the bottom third of baseball with a .315 team wOBA and they strike out at a 22.9% clip, which is eighth most in the game. Sure, Kluber is going to cost you a hefty chunk of change, but what do you expect with a .642 win percentage and 11.87 K/9. With expanded rosters and resting players, there should be plenty of value bats popping up through the day, so the price on CK shouldn't be a dealbreaker when considering the implied safety that comes along with it. Max Scherzer FD 10900 DK 12500 Opponent - PIT (Taillon) Park - @WSHFD - 46.64 DK - 30.82 Max Scherzer is a little cheaper, and if I had to consider both at these prices in mid July, I would most likely give the edge to Mad Max, but here we are at the final start of the season and the Nationals have little to play for right now. He was pulled after only 87 pitches in his last start against the Mets, though he dominated them through six innings allowing just three hits and one earned run, while striking out ten. He gets another prime...

We've got you completely covered. Pitcher Zack Greinke FD 9500 DK 11300 Opponent - KC (Kennedy) Park - @KC FD - 36.37 DK - 24.1 With just a few days remaining in the regular season, there is no such thing as a safe pitcher. Rarely anyone will see over 90 pitches and the guys that couldn't arent in the best spots. Greinke has seen 89 and 107 in his last two, so he has as good of a shot as any to last over the 90 mark. He also has one of the more dramatic park shifts possible, moving from Chase Field to the spacious Kauffman Stadium. I can't stress how much of a difference it is to pitch in those 2 parks. Greinke would be in Cy Young discussions of he pitched half of his games in Kansas City. On the season, Greinke has sported a .278 wOBA against both lefties and righties. He's striking out 9.48 batters per nine innings and walking just under two. This version of Zack Greinke is as good as it's ever been, and the match-up is there as well. The Royals have been average against righties with a .314 wOBA and 22% strikeout rate. Greinke is the safest option on the board and a guy I'll have flooding my cash games.   Stephen Strasburg FD 10500 DK 12000 Opponent - PIT (Cole) Park - @WSH FD - 40.29 DK - 26.44 If there is one manager in baseball who doesn't care about pitch count, it's Dusty Baker. While he's been a bit better this year, he's not a guy to pull a pitcher at 90 pitches that's cruising. He will let Stras get to at least 100 if the Pirates are whiffing left and right. He does have more inherent risk than a guy like Greinke, but the upside is greater too. The Pirates are far better against lefties and have ranked 22nd in the league against righties with a .307 team wOBA. They also strikeout at a solid 22% clip since the ASB. Strasburg is having his best season yet and is almost to the point where he's not that boom/bust we're used to. He has contained both sides of the plate with a combined .258 wOBA and 10.37...

We've got you completely covered. Milwaukee Brewers If you read the main picks article, you know how much we love the Brewers tonight. Facing off with Homer Bailey, it's very hard not to. On the season, Bailey has managed to allow a .412 wOBA to righties and a .357 to righties. He is still getting starts over prospects for whatever reason and it's something we can take advantage of. The top 5 of the order is extremely lethal and I'm not sure I like any of them over the next. I think Braun is probably my favorite if I had to pick, just because I think he goes lower-owned as a righty. Thames, Walker, Vogt, and Santana are all excellent plays and all are in play for the cash game stack. The rest of the order is pretty interesting, as they have a ton power. A guy like Orlando Arcia might only be 3 or 4% owned, but he could hit an HR and be the key piece that makes your lineup just a bit different. All in all, the Brewers are going to put up runs and you should be getting exposure somewhere. Main Stack - Ryan Braun, Travis Shaw, Neil Walker, Eric Thames Sneaky Stack - Ryan Braun, Travis Shaw, Domingo Santana, Stephen Vogt New York Yankees The Yankees stack is one that should be very popular tonight, but I don't think it will be. Matt Andriese is a right-handed gas can that has been far worse against opposing righties. Posting a .383 wOBA against righties, Andriese is going to have a hell of a lot of trouble with the likes of Sanchez and Judge, who also hit righties better. This is a perfect recipe for both of these guys and I'll be looking to jump on as much as possible. Didi Gregorius and Starling Castro come next at weaker positions. They have plenty of upside and can make something happen with 1 swing. All in, the Yankees stack comes down to the big 2. It does seem like they hit a home run every night, though. The rest of...

We've got you completely covered. Justin Verlander FD 10900 DK 13600 Opponent - TEX (Martinez) Park - @TEXFD - 35.11 DK - 23.29 With only 4 games on this early slate, the pickings are somewhat slim for pitcher. Especially when you consider 2 of the games are in Coors Field and Chase Field. The 2 best places to hit in baseball. The other match-up is a thriller between Erasmo Ramirez and Kendall Graveman. That leaves us with Arlington and a dual between Nick Martinez and Justin Verlander. Martinez is absolutely dreadful, so Verlander will be our guy. He's been over 6 innings in 13 straight starts and has gone 7 innings in 8 of them. He's striking out around 10 batters per 9 and walking just 1. The Rangers are a solid offense, but Verlander is the best pitcher on the slate and it's not too close. 100% Verlander for me on this early slate. Let's hope that's above the field. Danny Salazar FD 8500 DK 6400 Opponent - MIN (Mejia) Park - @CLEFD - 29.36 DK - 19.42 We looked at Luis Severino and Garrett Richards in the main picks article and they remain the top plays of the slate in both cash games and tournaments. Next, we'll take a look at Danny Salazar. The Indians moved him to the bullpen a little over a month ago and he's been pretty solid. He will get 1 more start before the end of the regular season and while there's no official pitch count, I assume it's around 85. The only reason I don't really care is because you can't comfortably predict any more out of anyone else. Salazar is an elite K (12.32) arm who is inherently risky. He faces off with a. twins team that can strikeout, but also hit a bit against righties. Salazar is a guy I'll have some GPP exposure to on DK, but that's about it. Severino is the man in cash games and I can't recommend you do anything different. GRAB A FREE TRIAL OF OUR PROJECTION SYSTEM, AND CHECK OUT DFSR PRO! START FREE TRIAL NOW! GET...
