Daily Fantasy MLB Hitter Stacks FanDuel & DraftKings 8/28/16 Welcome to our daily article breaking down some of the other stacking targets on this slate. We covered our system's top value plays in our daily picks article and pitching breakdown but here we will look at other dudes to consider. In case you didn’t notice, on Saturday we released our brand new NFL DFS suite of tools including full projections, optimal NFL lineups and Player Lab which includes filters to help you create NFL lineups for FanDuel and DraftKings. It’s a robust set of tools; well beyond anything we’ve ever had and something we feel will help our users *ahem* tackle the NFL season. Using tools like these for the NFL season is crucial and you can grab a free 2 WEEK trial to test out yourself. START YOUR FREE 2 WEEK TRIAL! A quick heads up - we post an updates article every day in the early afternoon, EST, to catch everyone up on how things are changing as a result of whatever news has come through. We also have great talks in the comments of that article. Hope to see you there! Stacking in DFS MLB is such an important concept if you’re looking to take down a big tournament on FanDuel or DraftKings. It’s also a good way to diversify cash games because the variance in baseball can mean wild swings (ahem) in the scoring on a particular slate. The concept is easy. You want to pile players from one or two teams into your lineups because those guys compound scores by helping each other score runs when the going is good. Stack Targets Toronto Blue Jays vs. Kyle Gibson (TOR) There are quite a few stacking options I love on this Sunday-Funday edition of the stacks article. But the first team on my list are the Toronto Blue Jays; and with good reason. Lets start off with the Blue Jays. They have been crushing the baseball and scoring runs left-to-right, so why wouldn't stack them? They own a .213 ISO (3rd in MLB) to go along with a .351 wOBA (4th in MLB), in their last 14 contests. This offense is going to cost you a pretty penny, but they have major upside and a beautiful matchup against, Kyle Gibson. Things haven't gone Gibson's way this season. He's boasting an ERA over five and opponents own a .291 AVG against him. He gives up quite a few hits, which will hurt him against this powerful offense that is currently on a roll. You have to love the matchup for the Jays against the righty and his 1.52 WHIP. My top 4 guys to stack: My top...

Daily Fantasy MLB Pitchers for FanDuel & DraftKings 8/27/16

Pitching Targets Note: We discussed Noah Syndergaard and Jameson Taillon in the Main Article and will be going over a few more options below. Pitching Targets Marcus Stroman FD 8200 DK 9100 Opponent - MIN (Santana) Park - @TOR FD - 33.81 DK - 21.99 In the early slate, our projection system really likes, Marcus Stroman. And frankly, I can't blame it. He's an absolute beast! Yes he owns a 4.47 ERA, but his peripherals are stunning. What if I told you he owns a 3.33 xFIP and that put him ahead of Kluber, Lester, Scherzer, Sale and many more studs! He has the 5th best xFIP in the league! If that doesn't impress you, maybe his 3.50 SIERA will (10th in MLB). If you're still not impressed, I'm not sure what to tell you, but this kid is good. Just ignore his ERA and just look at his other numbers. Not only has he been a beast, but he also draws a favorable matchup against the Twins. I know this offense is very streaky, but they are currently on a [cold] streak, so jump on the Stroman train! They own a .293 wOBA and 80 wRC+ (both 28th in MLB) in their last 14 contests. Stroman has been great this season and the Twins are cold, which is why I'll go with him on this small slate. Dallas Keuchel FD 8700 DK 9200 Opponent - TB (Snell) Park - @HOU FD - 36.97 DK - 23.39 Wait -- is Keuchel pitching at home? Yes he is!...

You want to pile players from one or two teams into your lineups because those guys compound scores by helping each other score runs when the going is good. Stack Targets St. Louis Cardinals vs. Zach Neal (OAK) Zach Neal only has 39.1 innings of work in the big leagues, and it's been an interesting start to say the least. He owns a marvelous 1.2 BB%, but also only strikes out 8% of the batters he faces. In simple terms; he's a guy that pitches to contact. Not only does he pitch to contact, but he has also struggled so far in the majors. He's sporting an ERA over 5 and opponents own a .292 AVG against him. He's also given up 16 hits in his last two outings; so don't be surprised if the Red Birds fill up that hits column tonight. They are in a perfect position to put the ball in play and drive in a lot of runs tonight. They are my sneaky stack of the night! My top 4 guys to stack: My top 4 guys to stack: Brandon Moss, Randal Grichuk, Stephen Piscotty and Jedd Gyorko. Cincinnati Reds vs. Zack Godley(ARI) The Reds are on fuego and Zack...

You want to pile players from one or two teams into your lineups because those guys compound scores by helping each other score runs when the going is good. Stack Targets Chicago Cubs vs. Christian Friedrich (SD) The same thing applies for these guys today: If you can afford them; do it. Today, the Cubs will be going up against Christian Friedrich. He owns an xFIP of 4.82 to go along with a 1.46 WHIP. The Cubs own the highest wOBA against southpaws on the year, so it only makes sense to stack them against Friedrich. It will be interesting to see how their ownership percentages look tonight, but if I can't roster four guys, I'll try to do a mini stack. My top 4 guys to stack: My top 4 guys to stack: Ben Zobrist, Addison Russell, Dexter Fowler and Kris Bryant St. Louis Cardinals vs. Jon Niese(MIL) The Cubs are sure pricey, so another team that I am looking to stack on today's slate are the Cardinals. They will be going up against Jon Niese, who has an ERA and FIP well over five. Jon Niese has had his struggles this season, so I'm looking for the Cardinals to take advantage. Not only has Niese had his struggles, but the...

Pitching Targets Note: We discussed Jake Arrieta and Jaime Garcia in the Main Article and will be going over a few more options below. Pitching Targets Madison Bumgarner FD 11000 DK 13100 Opponent - LAD (Maeda) Park - @LADFD - 34.09 DK - 22.66 Let's be honest: Jake Arrieta is the clear-cut cash game play of the day. But if you're looking to be different, then go-ahead and pay up for Mad-Bum. Yes, he's going to cost you a pretty penny, but he's one of the best pitchers in the game today and has a nice matchup against the Dodgers. Nice matchup against the Dodgers?! Yes! Granted they've been on a tear, but they've struggled mightily against southpaws this season. They own a .288 wOBA (29th in MLB), 80 wRC+ (27th in MLB) and .130 ISO (28th in MLB). I'm sure you were not expecting those numbers from the Dodgers, but those are real. They have had their struggles, and will be going up against one of the top southpaws in the game today. This could end up being a very sneaky GPP play. Carlos Rodon FD 8100 DK 8600 Opponent - PHI (Thompson) Park - @CHWFD - 22.26 DK - 16.69 If you're looking to be different and don't want to pay up for Mad-Bum, then go ahead and go with Carlos Rodon. He is a streaky pitcher, but I'm expecting to see the [good] Rodon today. Today, he draws a nice matchup against a Phillies offense that has struggled against southpaws this season. They own a .113 ISO (28th in MLB), .288 wOBA (29th...
