Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - Saturday Early 10/17/15 Huge Saturday slate with a ton of awesome offenses vying for the "Who might put up 70 points" title. We've got you covered for this big one. We're also selling lineups for every CFB slate. This week they include 2 DraftKings and 2 FanDuel lineups. They are $5 and are separate from our membership subscription. This season of our 74% of our FanDuel lineups have moneyed in cash games, and one won the FanDuel Redshirt tournament. Meanwhile 61% of our DraftKings lineups have hit in cash games. Don't miss out. Click Here to Purchase Lineups   Quarterback Seth Russell He’s the most expensive quarterback for a reason and it’s a very good one. Baylor has arguably the most potent offense in the country and have been absolutely destroying teams. Basically, they have talent everywhere you look. Not necessarily NFL talent, but among the college ranks it seems like all their guys are combine all-stars. Russell takes care of the ball, makes good decisions, and can pull it down and run whenever needed. The only thing holding Russell back from putting up 50+ fantasy points on a weekly basis, is Russell. He rarely plays a whole game and still offers one of the highest floors relative to price. West Virginia will be one of the better teams Baylor has faced and possibly the best defense they have seen all year. Make no mistake about it, I don’t think WVU has much of a chance keeping up with Baylor, but they could hang around longer than most giving Russell more opportunity to produce. Either way I’m all-in on Russell as my top cash play. Chad Kelly Kelly had quite a tumultuous start to his college career, but it was his attitude and not his talent that was called into to question. After being dismissed from Clemson and spending a year at community college he transferred to Ole Miss and put the world on notice leading Ole Miss to back-to-back 70+ point games. Then he dropped the hammer with a road win against Bama, but followed that up with two poor performances. He got back on track last week, albeit against New Mexico State, but defensively speaking Memphis is pretty awful too. What they can do and what I hope they do, is put some points on the board. Ole Miss can play defense and especially at home, so Memphis may have more trouble than normal scoring, but they have done it against quality teams as well. Kelly seems to dominate bad teams and while Memphis isn’t bad they struggle mightily on defense. He presents more risk than Russell,...

Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Thursday-Friday 10/15/15-10/16/15

Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - Thursday-Friday 10/15/15-10/16/15 Really exciting Thursday-Friday slate in college football this week. Some big offenses going as well as a couple of solid defensive matchups. We've got you covered for the short slate. We're also selling lineups and cheatsheets for every CFB slate. This week they include 1 Thursday FanDuel, 1 Friday FanDuel and 1 DraftKings lineup along with a cheatsheet of write ups on a number of different players. They are $5 and are separate from our membership subscription. This season of our 74% of our FanDuel lineups have moneyed in cash games, and one won the FanDuel Redshirt tournament. Meanwhile 60% of our DraftKings lineups have hit in cash games. Don't miss out. Click Here to Purchase Lineups and Cheatsheet   Quarterback Brandon Doughty Doughty is the logical choice for your Thursday only slates and I would imagine he will be a very heavy start. Typically I would avoid paying this price for a one dimensional quarterback as they tend to deviate more from their mean compared to dual threat quarterbacks, but your other options are much less appealing. As I have mentioned previously, with short slates I tend to shift a little towards total point expectation and worry less about Pts/$. In other words, if Doughty drops a 45 spot it will be very difficult to cash without him. That being said, I still think Doughty offers the highest floor on a Pts/$ basis compared to the other options. You could argue Towles is a better value play, but the total point difference makes it hard to get away from Doughty. WKU is a 32pt road favorite with a total around 68 so even though the scoring is expected to be lopsided there should still be plenty of it. Doughty has thrown 19 TD’s in his last 5 games and given the matchup with North Texas another 4-5 touchdown game could be on the menu. Greg Ward Jr. Another short slate and another quarterback you can’t afford to fade. Like Doughty, Ward is the clear choice at quarterback, but unlike Doughty is far more safe given his dual threat ability. Houston’s offense centers around Ward as he leads the team in passing, rushing, and touchdowns. He can even be considered their primary goal line back. He is a capable passer, but his ability to break contain and gain yards on the ground is the real asset we are paying for here. Houston travels to Tulane as 17pt favorites with a total in the low 60’s, which offers a decent team projection for the Cougars. Ward is to the point where unless it is a really tough matchup...

Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Saturday Late 10/10/15

Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - Saturday Late 10/10/15 This is a very interesting slate of games. After you read our QB plays you are going to see why we think you can load up on the other positions. We're also selling lineups and cheatsheets for every CFB slate. This week they include 2 DraftKings and 1 FanDuel lineup along with a cheatsheet of write ups on a number of different players. They are $5 and are separate from our membership subscription. This season of our 74% of our FanDuel lineups have moneyed in cash games, and one won the FanDuel Redshirt tournament. Meanwhile 50% of our DraftKings lineups have hit in GPP games. Don't miss out. Click Here to Purchase Lineups and Cheatsheet Quarterback Kent Myers Who? Kent Myers, starting quarterback for Utah State, that’s who. I was quite tempted to run Myers last week, but considering he hadn’t played many snaps thus far and Utah St. didn’t have an offensive juggernaut under Chuckie Keeton, it seemed far too risky for cash games. It’s a shame because Myers paid handsomely with 37.6 points on Draftkings. HIs price climbed a bit and for good reason, but this week’s matchup at Fresno State is just as advantageous for Myers. It may be difficult to expect him to match last week’s totals, but with a sub 6k price tag his rushing should pay the way by itself. Myers is an excellent cash play on Draftkings Saturday night. James Summers It’s not often you will see a backup quarterback included in my weekly article, but Summers appears to be an extreme exception to the rule. There is no official word who will start for the Pirates this week, but it was Summers who came on in relief the past two weeks and led ECU to victories. In doing so he also put up impressive stats scoring 7 total touchdowns (4 rushing) along with 517 total yards (254 rushing), which averages out to approximately 37 points per game. On FanDuel Summers will cost you a kool $4500 making him essentially a must start on that site. You need to follow news a bit here, but it appears it should be all systems go for this dynamic playmaker.   Running Back Tyler Ervin Ervin is a chalk play on Draftkings, but he should be considering what he means to San Jose’s offense. By that I mean he is San Jose’s offense. Ervin will lead the Spartans into Nevada-Las Vegas to take on the Runnin Rebels as a small road favorite at -2.5 with a game total around 50. Through five weeks Ervin is averaging just under 25 carries per game...

Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Saturday Early 10/10/15

Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - Saturday Early 10/10/15 Couple of interesting games on this early Saturday slate, while others could be more of the ground and pound type. Don't think we will see scores as high as last Saturday's, but there is plenty of value out there. We're also selling lineups and cheatsheets for every CFB slate. This week they include 2 DraftKings and 2 FanDuel lineup along with a cheatsheet of write ups on a number of different players. They are $5 and are separate from our membership subscription. This season of our 74% of our FanDuel lineups have moneyed in cash games, and one won the FanDuel Redshirt tournament. Meanwhile 61% of our DraftKings lineups have hit in cash games. Don't miss out. Click Here to Purchase Lineups and Cheatsheet   Quarterback Patrick Mahomes The quarterback options, as a whole, are underwhelming, but Mahomes is priced at the bottom of the top tier with similar upside as the other big boys. Texas Tech has had a tough couple weeks and should be licking their chops at the prospects of getting Iowa St. at home. The Red Raiders are 11pt favorites with a game total around 74. Tech has been a wide open passing team for several years now and while the distribution is randomly spread each week it all starts with Mahomes. He has proven he can get it done on the ground as well so I don’t see Iowa St. being able to bottle him up. I like the projected points and I like Tech back home with a nice matchup after back to back games against TCU & Baylor. Mahomes is money well spent. Blake Frohnapfel Before you look at this dudes game log I advise you to avoid Colorado and Notre Dame. Well done, now let’s breakdown why Blake makes for a solid cash game play. Playing Blake in this spot is about opportunity. UMass is roughly a two touchdown dog, but with a game total near 80 they are still projected to score 33 team points. UMass’ offense favors the pass to begin with and now they are expected to be playing from behind most of the day, which should translate to a ton of dropbacks for Frohnapfel. Pocket passers are the most susceptible to laying an egg and his price is discounted as such, but this game simply offers enough opportunity for Frohnapfel that it’s unlikely he bricks.   Running Back Leonard Fournette To Fournette or not to Fournette, that is the question. I say Fournette and I’m not sure what your argument could be against playing him. Sure, his price is sky high, but even at...

Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Thursday 10/8/15

Daily Fantasy College Football Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - Thursday 10/8/15 Really exciting Thursday-Friday slate in college football this week. Some big offenses going as well as a couple of solid defensive matchups. We've got you covered for the short slate. We're also selling lineups and cheatsheets for every CFB slate. This week they include 1 DraftKings and 1 FanDuel lineup along with a cheatsheet of write ups on a number of different players. They are $5 and are separate from our membership subscription. Click Here to Purchase Lineups and Cheatsheet   Quarterback Greg Ward Jr. Ward was our top quarterback play last week and dude was Aces right out of the gate. Ward finished the game with 273 yards passing and 182 on the ground with 3 touchdowns. He didn’t pass for a touchdown and still hit value going away. That’s the kind of game we look for in our cash game QB’s. Guys with the ability to score in multiple ways are more immune to matchup deficiencies. Ward is an elite dual threat quarterback with a juicy matchup against the defensively challenged SMU Mustangs. Matt Davis is arguably the better Pts/$ play at the position and had this been a larger slate I may have leaned Davis for my cash games. As it stands I don’t think you need to save the money and that makes Ward one of the safest plays on the entire slate.   Running Back Ito Smith As I like to do each week I offer someone who may not be as well-known or simply flying under the radar a bit and this week Smith fits the mold. Smith only has 45 carries on the year, hardly appealing for a running back, but Ito is also a regular part of the passing game. When evaluating productivity from the running back slot I tend to dismiss receptions since they are generally more volatile than carries. Of course that’s not always the case and I think that’s the situation we have with Smith. Southern Miss makes their bones through the air and given their underdog status I think Smith’s versatility should allow him to stay on the field. He is cheap on both sites, also a strong factor why he is being mentioned, so he provides salary relief and a decent floor relative to price. Injury Update: Keep an eye on Devon Johnson and his availability for this week's game. If he is out Tony Pittman becomes a strong play...
