FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Tuesday, 5/4/21 We're down to the final two weeks of the regular season! There's still a lot to be decided, and it'll be fascinating to see what happens over these final 13 days. The good news is that we still have many teams in contention, which makes things a little easier on us. There are still some bad eggs out there, though, and those teams can be impossible to predict. That's why we're going to try to avoid the bad teams, and bank on guys who we know will play. With that in mind, let's get into it! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard LaMelo Ball FD - $6200 DK - $7100 Opponent - DET Proj Pts FD - 33.85 DK - 34.37 This pricing is insane. It's obviously dropped a lot because Ball was out for so long, but this dude was hovering between $8-9K before his injury. It's easy to see why when you look at his numbers, averaging 37 fantasy points per game since a disappointing opening week. He's pretty much been that guy since his return, scoring 36 DraftKings points in back-to-back games in that span. That makes it hard to believe he remains so cheap, especially considering that he looks ready for a full workload after a 30-minute game over the weekend. The matchup with Detroit is dandy, too, with Ball dropping 36 DK points in this matchup last week. Delon Wright FD - $5200 DK - $5100 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 35.11 DK - 34.25 This is my favorite play of the day! It looks like the Kings will be missing De'Aaron Fox, Tyler Haliburton, and Harrison Barnes, likely forcing Wright into a start and 35 minutes of play. He's actually got a 26 percent usage rate with those guys off the floor and is averaging 1.25 DK points per minute in this role. That's the stud we saw in Detroit, with Wright averaging nearly 35 fantasy points per game as their starting point guard. This expanded role is big news for a stat-stuffing machine like this, especially with the Thunder owning one of the worst defenses in the NBA since going into tank mode. Stephen Curry just had...

Point Guard Stephen Curry FD - $9700 DK - $10800 Opponent - NO Proj Pts FD - 52.75 DK - 56.27 Curry's late MVP campaign soldiers on, with Steph leading the Dubs to yet another win against the hapless Rockets on Saturday. The shot volume for Curry is through the roof right now, with Curry topping 13 three point attempts in 8 of his last 10 contests. The real icing on the cake? This incredible match-up. The Pels have allowed the very most fantasy points per game to opposing point guards this season, and their defensive indifference could lead to another memorable performance from the greatest shooter the world has ever seen. Damian Lillard FD - $8900 DK - $9200 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD - 45.8 DK - 48.37,p> It's looking like a day to pay up at point guard, with Lillard sliding into the number two spot in our point guard rankings tonight. This is the rare opportunity where an expensive option can be a value play, with Lillard being largely priced to a slightly limited post-injury role. Well, he broke out in a big way against Brooklyn (including that ridiculous logo shot), and if he's firing on all cylinders, he's probably 10% too cheap. A Trae Young-led backcourt defense isn't going to scare Dame either, and you can bet he'll be looking to knock this young'n down a peg. Also considered: Ben Simmons, if you think the Bulls can keep it close. Shooting Guard Jordan Clarkson FD - $6500 DK - $7300 Opponent - SA Proj Pts FD - 34.5 DK - 36.53 Some people will take a "once bitten, twice shy" approach with Clarkson, but not me. No, he didn't live up to the DFS community's lofty expectations for him against Toronto with Conley and Mitchell out, but it very easily could have broken differently for him. He shot just 6 of 18 from the floor, and lost a handful of assists to poor shooting from his teammates. He's still too cheap, and we love running him against the Spurs here. Andrew Wiggins FD - $7000 DK - $7100 Opponent - NO Proj Pts FD -...

Point Guard Luka Doncic FD - $10600 DK - $10800Opponent - SACProj Pts FD - 58.48 DK - 62.67 Luka is coming off a total monster of a game on Saturday against the Wizards, putting up 31 points, 20 assists, and 12 rebounds in 39 minutes. He now gets an even better matchup against the Kings. In this way, he just a great cash play once again. The only concern here is that the Mavericks choose to limit or rest Luka here considering how much he played on the front end of the back-to-back. We will have to watch out for that news over the course of the day. We might never truly know, but he’s worth the “risk” as it were considering the matchup and his ability to put up crazy lines. LaMelo Ball FD - $6100 DK - $6800Opponent - MIAProj Pts FD - 34.78 DK - 35.59 LaMelo came back from the broken wrist and looked no worse for wear right out of the gate. He played 28 minutes against the Pistons on Saturday and put up 11 points, eight assists, and seven rebounds while also adding some defensive stats as well. There are a couple of ways this could go for him on Sunday. They could rest him on the back-to-back if worried about his conditioning. They could also ramp up his minutes some considering he looked pretty damn good on Saturday. If he’s playing then the price on both sites is too cheap, but he’s especially a bargain on FanDuel. Hopefully, we get some clarity around the situation as the day goes on. With Goran Dragic set to sit on the back-to-back then Kendrick Nunn (FD 5700 DK 5800) could be a good value. Shooting Guard Tyrese Haliburton FD - $7600 DK - $7300Opponent - DALProj Pts FD - 36.88 DK - 37.87 Over his last four games, since Fox went down with injury, Halliburton has been averaging 17 shots per game and putting up 19 points, nine assists, and two steals per. That’s totally a great fantasy line and on Sunday should have a chance to add to it against the Mavericks. The price for Tyrese hasn’t come up...

Point Guard Stephen Curry FD - $9700 DK - $10600Opponent - HOUProj Pts FD - 55.41 DK - 58.77 The Warriors need to be in must-win territory basically for the rest of the season to try and maintain at least for the play-in game or even climb up to the 8th seed. That should leave a lot of minutes for Curry down the stretch He’s coming off a 37-point game against the Timberwolves in which he chucked up 27 shots and made six threes. Over the month of April, the dude has shot 47% from three on almost 14 attempts per game which is just stupid. He’s expensive, but in such a great matchup against the Rockets who completely give it up on defense. Luka Doncic FD - $10800 DK - $10900Opponent - WASProj Pts FD - 56.03 DK - 59.04 We might go double-expensive at the point guard position on Saturday with Luka coming back after missing Thursday’s game. He should be good to go in this one and the Mavericks could be without Kristaps Porzingis who left last game with knee soreness. Washington runs the fastest pace in the league this season and they are also working with a bottom-third defense. That leaves them one of the best matchups you can get in in fantasy and Luka has as high a floor as anyone on this slate. He hasn’t shot it all that well from three over the last month at only 33% but he’s still averaging 28 points, eight assists, and 7.5 rebounds in that stretch. He’s going to be a tough fade on this slate. Shooting Guard Caris Levert FD - $8100 DK - $8300Opponent - OKCProj Pts FD - 44.13 DK - 44.4 The Pacers could be without a lot of bodies on Saturday when they play the Thunder and Caris has been a guy they’ve leaned on for scoring of late. He took 24 shots against the Nets, putting up 36 points and five assists in the loss. If Indiana is without Malcolm Brogdon in this game then Caris is a near lock in cash games even in this $8K range. He’d handle a lot of the PG duties...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Friday, 4/30/21

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Friday, 4/30/21 This marks the final day of April, which means the NBA season is winding to an end. There are only about two weeks left in the regular season, and there's a lot of games still to be played. That means every slate from here on out will be pretty big, and that should lead to some chaotic nights. We have eight games here, though, and that's a perfect amount for a well-rounded player pool. With that in mind, let's get into it! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! First time with NBA or NFL? Be sure to read our free NBA and NFL Ebooks on building lineups, general strategy, and more. We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Damian Lillard FD - $8000 DK - $9200 Opponent - BKN Proj Pts FD - 46.71 DK - 49.43 Everyone in DFS circles knows that Dame is struggling right now, but this might be the perfect time to buy the stock when it's at its lowest. I mean, this $8,000 price tag on FanDuel is criminal for someone as talented as Lillard. All you need is 40 fantasy points for him to be a good value, and that's pretty automatic for him. In fact, he's scored at least 33 FanDuel points in 51 of his 57 games played this season, averaging nearly 50 fantasy points per game. To reach 6X value, he needs just 48 FD points, and he's done that 22 times this season. We definitely think he can reach that in a matchup like this, with the Nets ranked 25th in defensive efficiency. He actually had 22 points and nine assists the one time they played earlier this year, and he did that damage despite shooting 5-of-17 from the field. Ja Morant FD - $7800 DK - $8500 Opponent - ORL Proj Pts FD - 38.94 DK - 40.33 This 21-year-old kid has the capability to be one of the best players in the NBA, and he's shown just why recently. Over his last six games played, Ja is averaging 27 points, 6.0 rebounds, 7.7 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. Those numbers make it hard to believe that he's still hovering around $8K on both sites, and it's clear that he's in full-in takeover mode with Memphis battling for their lives. All of that is terrifying news for an Orlando club that traded away their...
