We've got you completely covered. Point Guard John Wall FD - $9700 DK - $10100Opponent - HOUProj Pts FD - 46.54 DK - 49.6 Wall tops our point guard section today for a couple of reasons. He's been paying this price recently in basically league average match-ups thanks to Bradley Beal's absence and his increased usage, even in reduced minutes in the Nets game. With Beal out Wall is basically a one man band, scoring most of the team's points while assisting on the others. Houston is not normally a stellar match-up for opposing point guards, except that, as of this writing it looks like Patrick Beverley will miss this game. The other defensive options in Houston are pretty much terrible, and Wall should be able to thrive in a fast paced game. Kemba Walker FD - $7400 DK - $7900Opponent - CHIProj Pts FD - 37.05 DK - 39.32 Walker is one of the unsung DFS heroes of the season, returning solid cash game value on these prices routinely while going largely unnoticed. He's coming off of a 46 fantasy point performance against Cleveland, and gets a significantly better match-up here with MCW and the Bulls. Carter-Williams generally switches from indifference to over-enthusiasm (leading to gambling mistakes), and the cagey Walker should be perfectly poised to take advantage. While this situation is similar to Wall's in that MCW is a worse defender than Rondo, Walker's ceiling is still somewhat limited by Chicago's slow pace. Still, he should have a high enough floor for your cash game purposes. Brandon Jennings FD - $4000 DK - $4300Opponent - ORLProj Pts FD - 26.83 DK - 29.29 Malcolm Brogdon FD - $4300 DK - $5100Opponent - OKCProj Pts FD - 26.41 DK - 28.23 I'm sort of burying the lead at point guard by listing these guys at the end, to be honest. If both of them wind up starting Monday they'll be nearly mandatory cash game inclusions, as they averaged 11 times their salaries in their last games as starters. Now neither is a sure thing for the starting lineup as of this writing, but if the yget the nod, they're basically match-up proof on these prices. And the match-ups are nothing to sneeze at, either - both the Thunder and...

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – 1/1/17

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - 1/1/17 Happy New Years! Here is to a better 2017, in all facets, as well as DFS. We have a fun slate on our hands with some high scoring and low scoring games. Let's take a look at the top 3 guys at each position. Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA optimizer, our NFL Optimizer, and our new NFL player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. Point Guard Kyle Lowry FD - $9100 DK - $8800 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 38.35 DK - 41.48 Lowry and the Raptors ar e a group we will be targeting regularly on this slate. There opponent, the Lakers, has been one of the worst team in the league against guards over the pas few seasons, and this year has been no different. Ranking 28th against the PG, tells me the Lakers have some huge holes on defense. Lowry is one of the better guards who faced played the Lakers, and I expect him to dominate. Lowry is a safe bet to get you 40 here, and his ceiling is closer to 60. I expect D'Angelo Russell to start on him, but he will see some defender fro Nick Young and Lou Williams as well. Lowry is actually the most expensive player on FD tonight, which talks more to the weird slate this is. With nobody to pay up for and plenty of value, I will have a hard time not plugging Lowry into the majority  of my lineups. He is the top play at PG, and nobody is too close. Jeff Teague FD - $8000 DK - $7100 Opponent - ORL Proj Pts FD - 37.95 DK - 40.48 Jeff Teague has taken a huge step up this year and I think there is actually an argument that says Teague is the leader of this team, and not George. While I still think the players look at George as a leader, they know Teague is the best player right now and will make sure he has the ball in his hands. He will get the defense of D.J. Augustin and Elfrid Payton, and neither of which will have much success. Payton is a good on-ball defender, but struggles with off ball movement and screens. Teague will be able to get open plenty and have himself another very nice game. He usually stays around 45, and I see him finishing...

We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Russell Westbrook FD - $12000 DK - $12500 Opponent - LAC Proj Pts FD - 57.72 DK - 61.42 This slate is somewhat small, but has plenty of options to spend up on. There is also plenty of value, so scores should be relatively high for a 5 game slate. Westbrook is insanely expensive, but you can afford him if you are willing to take a few more risks. First of all, you will probably have to fade Harden, Giannis and Lebron. You can make it happen, but the value is just not reliable. The Clippers are a mess at guard right now, and as of writing this, I expect Chris Paul to miss the game. That would leave Austin Rivers and Raymond Felton to cover Westbrook. Neither of which stand a chance, and Westbrook will be able to demolish both of them. With all of that being said, Russell Westbrook is having one of the best seasons of all time and is in a game that should stay close and be high scoring. He has a 60 fantasy point floor and  a ceiling that cant be measured. You can deploy him in all formats, but will likely have my exposure in tournaments. The fade is also in play here, with 3 superstars that are cheaper and have a chance of having  huge game. If Westbrook has anything other than a dominant performance, that % of the field is wiped out. All in all, he is a great play, but in tournaments, can go a multitude of different ways. Kemba Walker FD - $7900 DK - $7800 Opponent - CLE Proj Pts FD - 38.82 DK - 41.11 Kemba Walker has been consistent as of late, but not good enough for his price. His price has now dropped below 8k, and he gets a phenomenal match up here with the Cavs. He has the best match up on the team, as Kyrie will be forced to cover him. They could try to put Liggins on Walker, but I see no way Kyrie can cover Batum. Walker and the Hornets played the Cavs 3 times over the last 2 seasons, and Walker has topped 33 fantasy points in each of those contests. Walker has...

Daily Fantasy NBA News and Injury Updates for FanDuel and DraftKings – 12/30/16

What We Know Damian Lillard is out against the Spurs Lillard is officially doubtful, but fully expected to miss this one. The Spurs are a really tough match up, so we have to be picky here. C.J. McCollum is still interesting, but I will only have exposure in tournaments. His price has risen, and the floor isn't necessarily there in this match up. Chris Paul is out against the Rockets This one came as a bit of a surprise, and will shake things up for the night. Austin Rivers figures to benefit most, but is still not elite with J.J. Redick being listed as probable. Felton will also get some minutes, but I think Rivers is the only one to get a safe 27 minutes. He can be played in cash games and tournaments. What We're Waiting to Know J.J. Redick is probable against the Rockets I was hoping he would miss this, but it doesn't look like it. Jamal Crawford gets a downgrade, and Austin Rivers has his ceiling lowered. With Chris Paul out, they are still very viable plays. Id Redick somehow misses, every active guard would be in play. Bradley Beal is questionable Beal is a guy who takes a lot of shots, so his absence matters. John Wall has a huge usage spike up to 32% when Beal sits, so he becomes an elite play. Sheldon McClennan would likely start, but lacks the upside and will probably not see over 30 minutes. If Beal plays, he is a GPP only play and Wall gets a small downgrade. The "Every Lineup" Guys John Wall Wall against the Nets, this should be fun. Wall is a guy who relies a lot on the pace of the game, as he scores a ton of fantasy points in transition. Bradley Beal is also questionable, and Wall’s usage goes up to 32% when Beal is off the court, and averages over 1.3 FP per minute. Even...
