What We Know Russell Westbrook, Taj Gibson, Andre Roberson, and Doug McDermott are all resting against the T--Wolves Well, this is the first game of the year Westbrook has sat, so we really don't know what's going on. With Roberson also out, Victor Oladipo will see a ton of minutes and shots. Enes Kanter is my other favorite guy and he should see at least 12 shots. Semaj Christon could also see some minutes but I don't think he's neccesary on this slate. Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins are out against the Lakers Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins shoot about 110% of the Pelicans shots, so this will be interesting. Alexis Ajinca and Check Diallo will both see over 24 minutes and are very interesting cash game plays. Dante Cunnigham and Jrue Holiday will also see an uptick. Jordan Crawford will both see a ton of minutes. Devin Booker has been ruled out against the Kings Booker loves to shoot, so you can look at Ulis and Warren here. Both guys should see at least 35 minutes and hit value with ease in cash. D'Angelo Russell isn't expected to play for personal reasons Jordan Clarkson and Tyler Ennis will both see at least 30 minutes and shoot over 15 times. Nwaba and Ingram may also see a few extra shots and minutes, but aren't neccesarily a must on this slate. The "Every Lineup" Guys Victor Oladipo With Westbrook out, you have to imagine the ball will be in his hands a ton. Westbrook hasn't missed a game so far this year, so I can't sit here and tell you who will see increased usage. With that being said, Oladipo ill shoot 20 times and you can expect at least a 30% usage. The Timberwolves are a very average defense at this point and Brandon Rush isn't one of the best defenders on that team. Oladipo is a supreme cash game and tournament option. Alexis Ajinca...

What We Know LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, and Tristan Thompson are out while Kevin Love is doubtful The Cavaliers projected lineup is Deron Williams, J.R. Smith, Iman Shumpert, Richard Jefferson, and Channing Frye. Derrick Williams should also see substantial minutes off the bench if Love is out. All 5 of the starters are in play with the top 3 being Williams, Frye, and Smith. All 3 should shoot a ton and the prices are obviously way off. Shumpert and Jefferson are fine punts but nowhere near the others. Damian Lillard, C.J. McCollum, and Allen Crabbe will all be rested tonight The Blazers are REALLY short-handed tonight. Shabazz Napier and Pat Connaughton will start for the 2 stars and both make good value plays. Maurice Harkless and Evan Turner will also both play a lot and shoot more than normal. With no active centers on the roster, expect Meyers Leonard and Aminu to see big minutes. The Spurs are a slow team and I will only have 2 or 3 guys from this Blazers team because of it. Gordon Hayward and Rodney Hood will sit out against the Warriors With George Hill back, he could be an interesting tournament option against the fast-paced Warriors. Joe Ingles and Jose Johnson will both see a lot of minutes and I like both in all formats. The Warriors play fast and there will be plenty of places to look. Rudy Gobert could also see an uptick in shots taken tonight. Klay Thompson will rest against the Jazz Patrick McCaw will likely get the start but remains a guy who is useless in DFS. With Durant back, the Warriors are still trying to reacclimate him into the offense as the playoffs approach. Curry could be interesting against the Jazz but nothing more than a tournaments option. Kemba Walker will miss the rest of the season with a left knee injury With Kemba out for the year, the Hornets have given...

What We Know Kawhi Leonard, LaMarcus Aldridge, Pau Gasol, Manu Ginobili, and Danny Green will all rest against the Mavericks The Spurs are locked into the 2nd seed, so there is no reason to get these guys tired against the Mavs. Jonathon Simmons, Kyle Anderson, Davis Bertans, David Lee, Dewayne Dedmon, and Patty Mills should all get big minutes. Bryn Forbes and Tony Parker could also pick up minutes, but I will only have them in tournaments. The rest of those guys are all viable in cash games at such low prices. Paul Millsap has been ruled out for rest The Hawks announced Millsap will sit out the 2nd half of the B2B, which happens to be tonight. Dwight Howard and Dennis Schroder will both see an uptick in usage. Ersan Ilyasova will pick up 28 minutes and makes for a solid cash game option. Kristaps Porzingis and Carmelo Anthony have been ruled out against the Grizzlies With Rose already ruled out, this team is a dumpster fire. Guillermo Hernangomez is still the only guy I can trust to get solid minutes. Ron Baker, Justin Holiday, and Courtney Lee are all solid tournament options as well. This is a pretty tough match-up against the slow Memphis Grizzlies. Will Barton and Jameer Nelson have been ruled out against the Pelicans Jamal Murray and Gary Harris are both solid options in a game that should stay close. With Wilson Chandler also questionable, Danilo Gallinari could be in for a big workload. George Hill is doubtful to play against the Timberwolves Dante Exum and Shelvin Mack could both see big minutes, but I don't think either are necessary. Gordon Hayward could see an extended amount of time at the point and is pretty safe in cash games. What We're Waiting to Know DeMarcus Cousins is questionable to play with a sore achilles Cousins is obviously the biggest piece of news today, so we will be waiting to see...

Russell up baby! On Wednesday Westbrook came up just shy of a record 42nd triple-double for the season. Russell finished with 45 pts, 9 reb, and 10 ast (tilting AF), but tonight Westy gets the Phoenix Suns who give up the 2nd most fantasy points per game against point guards (52.5 FD). Hopefully Russell’s lofty salary on both sites will scare DFS players since I plan on locking him up since he has put up 84, 72, and 80 FD pts in the three times OKC has met Phoenix this year. There is no doubt in my mind that he will come out tonight motivated to break Oscar Robertson’s triple-double record and dispel any doubts that he should be this year’s MVP. The tiny 5’9” Tyler Ulis or any of the Sun’s NCAA skilled players have zero chance on containing the triple-double king; they can only hope to contain him. Tyler Ennis FD - $3800 DK - $5000 Opponent - SAC Proj Pts FD - 22.92 DK - 24.84 On Wednesday we got two Tyler’s that went off for over 30 fantasy points. Tyler Ulis of the Suns who cost over $6k and Tyler Ennis who was priced only at $3,600 on FD. Ennis’s 8X value was due to D’Angelo Russell being ruled out against the Spurs due to a sore knee despite never appearing on the Lakers’ injury report at any point throughout the day. While this news broke shortly after lock (how maddening), Ennis played 36 minutes and had 20 pts, 5 reb, and 6 ast with a 26% usage rating. Yesterday Jordan Clarkson had a limited practice (knee) and Russell is again questionable due to sitting out last game (knee). If Russell or Clarkson can’t go Ennis would be a massive value play against the Sacramento Kings on FD and decent cash play on DK due to his $5k salary. Some speculation might need to be taken since the Lakers could release info again after lock, so make sure to follow the Daily Fantasy NBA News and Injury Report Update article. Patty Mills...
