Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - 11/11/18 Welcome back for another Sunday of NBA basketball! We lose a high value Detroit/Charlotte game off the main slate, but there should still be enough value to sneak by on the main. It should be a much more sane day than the crazy trade-deadline Saturday we're still recovering from, but sanity does not always equal value. Let's see where we can find some action, shall we? Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our NFL Optimizer, and our new player lab! Point Guard Eric Bledsoe FD - $6800 DK - $6000Opponent - DENProj Pts FD - 33.48 DK - 33.22 Jamal Murray FD - $7500 DK - $6900Opponent - MILProj Pts FD - 33.26 DK - 34.53 First things first - point guard (and maybe this entire slate) is kind of a beating tonight. You've got some too-expensive options (Paul, Kyrie, Lillard), and a lot of teams that run a point-guard-by-committee (too many to name). That leaves us with two solid point guards in not-so-great match-ups with one another. Both Milwaukee and Denver are dramatically worse match-ups than they were last season, ranking 3rd and 4th respectively in defensive efficiency. These two point guards have also suffered from minutes that seem to fluctuate greatly based on the game script. But that's actually why I kind of like them. Murray can play high 30s-low 40s minutes in close games, and Bledsoe can get up into the 30s. This should be one of the more competitive games on the slate, and I think this gives both players a much higher floor than a lot of their counterparts on the slate. Darren Collison FD - $4600 DK - $4400Opponent - HOUProj Pts FD - 25.8 DK - 25.56 I don't think I've ever felt excited to play Darren Collison, but this slate might just call for it. With some excellent expensive options at small forward, we may just have the incentive to go as cheap as possible in order to enable playing both. Collison's production can come and go, but coming off of one of his best games of the season one has to think the default will be to give him high 20s-low 30s minutes for tonight's game. Don't get too carried away projecting Collison for too much minutes growth, though -...

We have a full slate of NBA to couple with a day of college football. If you played NBA DFS last year, you know an injury to Curry isn’t the worst thing that can happen to this offense (from a DFS POV). For one, the studs will get more attention. With Green also out, it’s going to run a lot of shots through Thompson and KD. You then get Quinn Cook as a replacement, who’s always averaged over 1 FP per minute in the NBA. He’s back to his norm in his last two games and should produce given the minutes. The Nets have a terrible defensive efficiency and D-Russ isn’t much of a perimeter defender. Cook will take a step back for the superstars, but will still find a way to shoot 10+ times and grab 30 fantasy points. The price is extremely fair on both sites and Cook is close to a must in my cash games. De'Aaron Fox FD - $7400 DK - $7100 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 30.45 DK - 31.25 This is a game we’re going to be all over. An opening over/under of 240 is absolutely insane and something we have to take advantage of. The Lakers and Kings are both extremely fast-paced offenses and neither play much defense. As for De’Aaron Fox, he’s been seeing a consistent 35+ minutes. While the production is a bit up and down, the Lakers rank 24th against opposing PG’s and Fox won’t have much trouble running the floor here. He'll match-up with Rajon Rondo for most of the game, who is not a good defender at all. The Lakers are one of the worst defenses in all of basketball and Vegas doesn't think that changes in the slightest tonight. The floor is 30 with a ceiling that were not aware of yet. Rajon Rondo FD - $5600 DK - $5100 Opponent - SAC Proj Pts FD - 26.18 DK - 26.96 We’ll stay right in Sacramento and take a look at Rajon Rondo. He...

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – 11/4/18

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - 11/4/18 Two small Sunday slates, and to be honest, it's going to be pretty tough to offer the full set of picks for each one. Let's zoom out on the slates on a high level and talk about some plays you're going to want to target. Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA optimizer and our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! First time with NBA? Be sure to read our free NBA Ebooks on building lineups, general strategy and more. We've got you completely covered. Early Slate So the major theme of the early slate? Lots of great big money plays! For starters, you have the two Sixers' big names going up against one of the softest match-ups in the league in Brooklyn. Ben Simmons FD - $9500 DK - $9800Opponent - BKNProj Pts FD - 48.38 DK - 47.17 Joel Embiid FD - $11300 DK - $11800Opponent - BKNProj Pts FD - 57.83 DK - 60.42 The Nets are playing as fast as they were last year, which, oddly, puts them toward the bottom of the league. What hasn't changed, though, is their utterly terrible defense. Embiid is just far too much player for Jared Allen, and the 4 point spread suggests he plays his minutes. Simmons is one of the more exploitable primary ball handlers in the league (with just 4 shots outside the restricted zone this season - thank DFSR's Doug Norrie for the stat!), but thankfully Brooklyn is almost certainly too clueless to do anything about it. Both of these guys are great plays. Khris Middleton FD - $7600 DK - $7600Opponent - SACProj Pts FD - 35.98 DK - 36.7 Giannis Antetokounmpo FD - $11800 DK - $13800Opponent - SACProj Pts FD - 65.07 DK - 66.54 Now we slide over to the Milwaukee/Sacramento game. There's blowout risk here, with the Bucks being 10 point favorites, but the game also has the highest total on the slate by 10 points. Sacramento has flipped the script this season, transitioning from one of the league's slowest teams to a top 10 PACE squads, while playing basically league average defense. Middleton is cheaper than he has been, and Giannis is too cheap in a match-up against one of the many teams that can not cover him. But here's the issue: where am I supposed to find the savings to play these guys? It's looking increasingly likely that you're going to have to run some cheap speculative guys, like Iman...

We've got you completely covered. Point guard Kemba Walker FD - $9200 DK - $8900 Opponent - CLE Proj Pts FD - 43.36 DK - 45.02 Welcome to NBA Saturday! With baseball finally out of the picture, it's time to focus on basketball and football. We have a full slate of college football today to lead us into an eventful night of NBA. We're looking at seven games on the slate with plenty to dive into. We'll start off at point guard, where you have a ton of options. Our favorite is in Charlotte, where the Hornets are hosting the Cleveland Cavaliers. Up to this point, the Cavs have ranked 28th against opposing point guards. Sexton is a terrible defender and while Hill is fine, he's only out there for 20-25 minutes. Walker is much better at home and has been a top point guard to start this season. I love him in all formats as a safe 45+ fantasy points. Goran Dragic FD - $6200 DK - $6500 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD - 33.82 DK - 34.86 The Heat have held Dragic out of practice the last two days, but it seems to be precautionary more than anything. It looks like he will play today and is in a dream match-up vs Trae Young and the Hawks. Young can score, but he couldn’t play defense in college, let alone now. Dragic has gotten to 30 minutes in all but one game this season and has followed up every 30+ minute opportunity with 30+ fantasy points. Tonight, the Heat will play faster than normal and the Hawks won’t offer any defensive resistance. Make sure Dragic is planning to play and plug him into your cash games. Damian Lillard FD - $9600 DK - $9900 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 44.14 DK - 46.22 If Kemba Walker doesn’t float your boat for whatever reason, Damian Lillard is in the same price range and has an equally high ceiling and floor. Facing off with the Cavs in Portland, you know Lillard is going to play 35 minutes and put up 45 fantasy points. The Lakers have been bottom-5 against point guards to start the year and shouldn’t get much better. Lillard has yet to show us the coveted 70 point game, but...

We've got you completely covered. What We Know Chris Paul, John Collins, Dwight Howard, Brandon Ingram, Rajon Rondo, Harrison Barnes, James Johnson, Bogdan Bogdanovic, DeMarre Carroll, Dion Waiters, Denzel Valentine, and Kevin Knox will all remain out Outside of the LA brawlers, these guys have been out all year and we'll continue to wait for their debut. We already know what to expect in each of these spots. Kris Dunn has been ruled out for the next 4-6 weeks with an MCL sprain Tough break after Dunn came back for his first game of the season last time out. He's a huge part of the offense and his absence will leave a lot of opportunity up for grabs. At point guard, Cameron Payne and Ryan Arcidiacono will both get some minutes. I love Payne as a pure punt at near-minimum price. Zach LaVine has also stepped up and looks like an absolute stuf to start the year. He's been at 40 fantasy points in each of the last 3 games and I don't think Charlotte is the team to slow him down. Justin Holiday is also cheap and will grab 30 minutes in a fast-paced match-up. What We're Waiting to Know Andrew Wiggins is a game-time decision Wiggins is kind of a big piece of the offense, but I think this team is just as good without him. He has a ton of talent, but is rarely a better guy to shoot the ball than Butler or Towns. I'll have it in their hands all night. With Kawhi sticking Butler, I'll lean on Towns to have the bigger night. Josh Okogie could also pick up some run and he's cheap enough to deserve a little bit of consideration. Ben Simmons is questionable to play vs the Bucks, but intends to play With him missing last night and now practice two days in a row, I expect Simmons to be fully healthy if they're letting him play. If Simmons sits, the Sixers will be forced to play the same hand as last night. McConnell, Redick, Saric, Covington, and Embiid all had big nights and would be in line for similar minutes. However, the Bucks are a tougher match-up and I could see a guy like Fultz, who played just 20...
