In those 14 games, he has topped 33 minutes on the floor in all of them while averaging 24.1 points, 7.0 assists, and 2.7 rebounds for 41 DK/35.2 FD points per game. He now faces a Thunder team who, on paper, don't look like a great matchup ranking 13th in defensive efficiency but they have really struggled in the short term losing 12 of their last 13 games and have given up 111 or more points in four of their last five. The price is still reasonable on both sites and I will have exposure in all formats. Gabe Vincent FD - $5000 DK - $4800 Opponent - BOS Proj Pts FD - 24.75 DK - 27.26 Speaking of stepping in for injured teammates, Gabe Vincent has been thrust into a starting role with Kyle Lowry out since mid-January. He hasn't blown the doors off by any means but has averaged 28 DK/26.8 FD points per game which is a solid return for a value guard. The good news is that he has seen an increase in usage in the very short-term taking 15 shots in each of the Heat's last two games and topping 30 DK points in both. He draws a tougher matchup against the Celtics tonight but the price has budged making him a nice high floor PTS/$ play in cash games. Shooting Guard C.J. McCollum FD - $7800 DK - $7600 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 38.3 DK - 41.08 Like I mentioned above, the matchup against the Thunder looks average-at-best on paper(13th in def eff) but they have struggled mightily in the short-term and we are going to try and take advantage of that. We have eight games making up this Sunday card, and there's plenty to discuss. We actually have the three best players in fantasy on this slate, and that's a rare sight considering how small it is. We also have numerous key players missing, which will surely be a significant theme in this article. With that in mind, let's get into it! We believe getting him in there will be critical because he's a near guarantee for 50 fantasy points. We're talking about a guy who's averaging 54 DraftKings points per game for the season, scoring at least 65 fantasy points in four of his last seven games. That's a genuinely absurd stretch from one of the best players in the NBA, and he could be asked to do even more here. He's already leading the NBA with a 36 percent usage rate but could be pushing 40 percent with Kristaps Porzingis and Tim Hardaway Jr missing this game. The matchup with the Magic is also majestic, and we'll go over that more later! Tre Jones FD - $4100 DK - $3000 Opponent - PHO Proj Pts FD - 23.6 DK - 23.85 It's not every day that you can find a minimum-priced starting point guard that will play 30 minutes. We can confidently say that here, though, because the Spurs are resting Dejounte Murray, Derrick White, and Jakob Poeltl. Those three swallow up nearly all of the team's usage and most of their fantasy points. Tre has been the guy who has started for Murray in the past, playing 25-30 minutes in that role. If you look at the six games Tre has played at least 20 minutes, he's averaging 25 fantasy points per game. That would be a monster total from someone this cheap, and it's going to...

For the greatest shooter of all time, that’s positively pedestrian. So it was a welcome sign to see him turn things around last game, knocking down 6-10 from beyond the arc on Thursday against the Timberwolves. Now he’ll face a Nets’ team that isn’t exactly amazing around the perimeter with their defense. The price on Curry, especially on FanDuel, has dropped enough to put him right there in cash games. With some potential savings thanks to injury situations on other teams, I think we are going to be able to fit multiple superstars in lineups on Saturday. Tyrese Maxey FD - $6000 DK - $6600Opponent - SACProj Pts FD - 32.41 DK - 34.6 Seth Curry might come back for this game which would cut into the projection some, but Maxed has been so good over the last month and is running major minutes for the 76ers right now. He’s played 35 or more in each of the last five games, topping 39 in three of them. Over the month of January, Maxey is averaging more than 15 points a game, with five assists, four rebounds, and a bit on the defensive end as well. The price is just too low for how much he’s playing right now even if the offense runs through Joel Embiid. Shooting Guard James Harden FD - $10200 DK - $11200Opponent - GSProj Pts FD - 52.69 DK - 58.07 The Nets are on the road here against the Warriors which will bring Kyrie Irving back into the mix. While that takes away some of the usage for Harden, it does also lighten the burden on him from a fatigue standpoint and also makes the team more competitive. Harden is more than capable of putting up big numbers even with Irving around. In their previous four away games, Harden averaged 23 points, 11 rebounds, and 7.5 assists. That’s just about getting the job done...

But the floor is still high for Ball here no matter what and he will be facing a Lakers’ team that’s wanted to push the pace this season. The 228.5 total in this game is the second-highest of the slate and the Lakers could be without Anthony Davis in this one. Lebron James is questionable which could put LA in a really compromised situation. Russell Westbrook FD - $7800 DK - $8600Opponent - CHAProj Pts FD - 44.33 DK - 48.43 Oh, brother, what to do with this guy? It sure looks like Anthony Davis is going to sit on the back-to-back in this game and Lebron James is questionable. If the latter were to start then I think we could take Russ out of consideration. But Lebron sat on the front end of the back-to-back in a national game on Thursday. If it’s the Westbrook show then I think we basically have to risk it against the Hornets who’ve been flying up and down the court this season. At under $8K on FanDuel, we would probably just have to hold our collective noses and do it. Strongly consider Dejounte Murray (FD 9900 DK 10000) Shooting Guard Cade Cunningham FD - $7600 DK - $7700Opponent - ORLProj Pts FD - 38.02 DK - 41.51 Cade had seen a price dip over a couple of weeks stretch when he was struggling some in the fantasy department. He’s played 36 more minutes in each of the last three games and put up some monster lines including a 34 point, eight-rebound, eight assist performance against the Nuggets on Tuesday. He’s taken 23 or more shots in two of the last three games and is really rounding out into the first overall pick right...

Los Angeles Lakers vs. Philadelphia 76ers Joel Embiid FD - $11400 DK - $11400 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 56.73 DK - 59.8 It is close between Embid and Bron for top payup on this small slate but with AD back for the Lakers, the decision to go with Embiid was much easier. The consistency and incredibly high floor are what draws me to him as he has averaged 34.5 points, 10.8 rebounds, and 4.8 assists since the start of January with an average of 59.2 DK/57.1 FD points per game. He leads all players on this slate with a massive 36.5% usage rate and is my top play in all formats. Tobias Harris FD - $8100 DK - $7300 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 37.04 DK - 39.89 If Embiid is my top raw points play then Harris is my top PTS/$ play in this game, at least on DraftKings. There were points of the season where Harris crept up into the $9K range on DraftKings so getting him at a low $7K price tag is a nice buy-low considering he has averaged just over 37 DK points per game since the start of the month. Matisse Thybulle FD - $4300 DK - $3600 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 18.84 DK - 17.02 We are going to need a couple of punt values on this small slate if we plan to roster any of the big names and Thybulle fits the bill. He returned from injury on Tuesday and wasn't limited at all playing 33 minutes and despite shooting just 1 for 5, still ended up with nearly 20 DK points which at his price is over 5x return.
