Daily Fantasy Football Top Stacks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 14 - 12/9/18 Week 14 is here and with another big 13-game main slate there are a ton of opportunities to attack GPP's from a stacking perspective. The slate includes five games with a Vegas Total of 49 or greater and seven teams with an implied total of 27 or greater. Let's jump in and take a look at some of the top stacks using the data from our Player Lab. Want to see the rest of this article? Go grab a free three day trial of DFSR Pro or DFSR Basic! Los Angeles Chargers Quarterback - Phillip Rivers Primary Target - Keenan Allen Secondary Target - Mike Williams To start Week 14 I used two filters looking at quarterbacks projected for 40 or more pass attempts facing defenses ranks 25th or worse against the pass. This narrowed the field down to just two players and I will start with Phillip Rivers and the Chargers for a couple of reasons. First of all, with Melvin Gordon is out once again and without him, the Chargers have somewhat gotten away from their balanced pass/run attack and this was evident last week as they threw the ball 62% of the time against the Steelers with Rivers coming just one yard short of 300 with two touchdowns. While Rivers ranks 15th in pass attempts this season he sits 7th in passing yards thanks to a 69.7% completion rate and 9.0 yards per attempt. He is also the only quarterback to throw for multiple touchdowns in every game this season. The Chargers now face a Bengals team that has given up the second-most passing yards per game(279.8) and the most fantasy points per game to the quarterback position. The argument against Rivers this week is the fact the Chargers are such heavy favorites(-14) and could lean more on their run game but I am willing to take the risk as that could affect his ownership in GPP formats. Looking at FanShareSports, that checks out as Rivers is currently 9th in tags(15) and projected for around 4-6% ownership. You will definitely not get an ownership discount on Keenan Allen(2nd in WR tags with 30) this week as he is coming off a whopping 19 target game and leads all wideouts with an average of 11.8 over the last four games. That doesn't mean he isn't a good play, however, as he should be able to burn the Bengals secondary. If you are looking for a cheaper, lower-owned option to pair with Rivers consider...

Daily Fantasy Football Top Stacks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 13 – 12/2/18

Daily Fantasy Football Top Stacks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 13 - 12/2/18 The bye weeks are over and that means we are back to a full slate of games for the Sunday main slate. This week there are five games with a Vegas Total of 48 or greater and with so many games, this will help spread out the ownership. Let's jump in and take a look at some of the top stacks using the data from our Player Lab. Want to see the rest of this article? Go grab a free three day trial of DFSR Pro or DFSR Basic! Game Stack - CAR @ TB Quarterbacks - Jameis Winston(TB), Cam Newton(CAR) Primary Targets - Mike Evans(TB), D.J. Moore/Christian McCaffrey(CAR) This week I started with a couple simple filters looking at games with a high Vegas total(50+) combined with a thin spread(<3.5) and despite there being 13 games on the main slate, the Player Lab spit out just two names. I love game stacking this potential shootout as both defenses rank near the bottom of the league in passing yards per game given up with the Bucs giving up the second-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks and the Panthers giving up the six-most. Looking at the tag counts via FanShareSports, Cam Newton(41 tags) will be slightly higher owned than Jameis Winston(31 tags) but both will be top 5 in ownership this week. Newton is definitely the more consistent option as he has scored 18 or more fantasy points in every game this season but the advantage for Winston is that he comes at a discount on both sites. Mike Evans is the play to pair with Winston and is coming off two monster games where he has caught 12 of 15 targets for 236 yards and a touchdown. He has been inconsistent overall this year but has GPP winning upside. For the Panthers, it feels a little riskier on the receiving end as they have so many targets but the two I will have a ton of exposure to are Christian McCaffrey and D.J. Moore. McCaffrey has been elite lately with nine touchdowns in his last five games while combining for 87 or more yards in four straight(three times over 100+ total yards). Going with a Newton/McCaffrey stack gives you access to almost 100% of the Panthers scoring. Rookie, D.J. Moore has come on strong himself lately accumulating 17 targets in his last two games while catching 15 of them for 248 yards. Like any game stack, I will be running it back with...

Daily Fantasy Football Top Stacks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 12 – 11/25/18

Daily Fantasy Football Top Stacks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 12 - 11/25/18 Eleven weeks are in the books and with the Thanksgiving slate on Thursday and two teams on bye weeks, we once again have another 10-game main slate on Sunday. If you haven't already, be sure to check out the Cash Game Article where we discuss our favorite plays safe plays and in this article, I will look at some of my favorite GPP stacking options. Let's get started. Want to see the rest of this article? Go grab a free three day trial of DFSR Pro or DFSR Basic! Indianapolis Colts Quarterback - Andrew Luck Primary Target - T.Y. Hilton This week is a little different from the previous few as there are only two games with a Vegas Total greater than 50 and of those quarterbacks, only one stands out. Winston and Osweiler have been very inconsistent, and while Nick Mullens has the nut matchup this week he has such a small sample size. Andrew Luck, on the other hand, has everything going his way lately and checks off almost every single box. First of all, the Colts have the highest implied total(29) of any team and come in with a four-game win streak on the back of the Luck and the offense who have averaged 36.5 points per game in that stretch. Luck's success has gone back even further as he is on a historic run with seven straight games with three or more touchdowns and has tallied 22 or more fantasy points in each of those contests. He is even shaking the "declining arm strength" tag he was given early in the season as illustrated by his 68-yard bomb to Hilton last week over the top of Adoree' Jackson, one of the fastest corners in the game. The matchup on paper may not look the best as the Dolphins are only giving up 250 passing yards per game(19th) but considering Luck torched the #3 ranked passing defense in Jacksonville two weeks ago, I am not worried at all. I will once again be pairing Luck with Hilton as he has been the only consistent option in the passing game since his return. Baltimore Ravens Quarterback - Lamar Jackson Running Back - Gus Edwards The zone-read came into play last week for the Ravens who started Lamar Jackson in place of the injured Joe Flacco. Alex Collins was essentially phased out early in the game and for good reason as Jackson and Edwards combined for 43 carries and 234...

Daily Fantasy Football Top Stacks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 11 – 11/18/18

Daily Fantasy Football Top Stacks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 11 - 11/18/18 Welcome back football fans. The Week 11 main slate is a bit tricky on the surface as there are six teams on a bye but the real issue is that six other very fantasy viable teams are playing in Primetime. This is where the Player Lab really comes in handy to break down and find the best matchups. Let's dig in and take a look at a couple of the top stacking options that stand out when using the DFSR tools. Want to see the rest of this article? Go grab a free three day trial of DFSR Pro or DFSR Basic! Your subscription will include access to premium content, our lineup optimizer, our members only chatroom, and more! START YOUR FREE TRIAL - AND READ THE REST! This is the first week of the season using the Player Lab where I used up to four filters and it produced this many options. Looking at games with high vegas totals that include quarterbacks with projected for 40+ attempts on teams that rely heavily on passing for total yards and touchdown, the Player Lab spit out five quarterbacks. Of those five players, three are averaging over 300 yards passing per game and below I will highlight two of them. Let's get started. Philadelphia Eagles Quarterback - Carson Wentz Primary Target - Zach Ertz Secondary Target - Golden Tate Carson Wentz missed the first two games of the season recovering from injury and while he let us down in Week 3, he has been extremely consistent since. In those six games, he has thrown for 300+ yards four times with multiple touchdowns in each game and averaged 24.6 DraftKings/ 21.9 FanDuel points per game. I list Zach Ertz as my primary target here for a couple reasons starting with his elite floor and upside. He is fourth among all pass catchers in the league with an average of 11.1 targets per game and has an elite 75% catch rate and is 11th overall with 789 receiving yards. What I like even more is that roster construction seems to favor paying up for multiple elite running backs making it tough to fit Ertz in your lineup forcing people to punt at the tight end position. Not that Ertz will be super low owned as he is in a class of his own but stacking him with Wentz and then getting an elite running back could help separate a bit in GPP formats. After Ertz, I like pairing Wentz with newcomer, Golden Tate. He had a rough first game with his new team catching just two of four targets and could...
