Newton was named the starter after taking first-team reps in practice this week and while he is priced among the Top 10 QB's on FanDuel, is near min price on DraftKings which opens up a ton of room for top running backs and pass-catchers this week. He scored in his first touch last week announcing to the world he was back and then threw for a touchdown later in the game. He is, in no way going to be 2015 Cam Newton so temper your expectations but at these prices I will take a 3x floor with 5x+ upside against a Washington defense that ranks dead last in total yards(314.4) and fantasy points to the quarterback position. I will be pairing Cam with Christian McCaffrey in an attempt to capture all of the Panthers touchdowns. Newton back does hurt the implied touchdowns but in terms of total yardage, it think it really helps open up the defense as Cam is a real threat to run, as well. Newton's best passing season, in terms of accuracy(68%), also came in 2018 which was McCaffrey's second season and first with 100+ receptions. This is a buy-low for one of the best running backs in the league who was nearly $10K on DraftKings earlier in the season. And he didn’t run as much as we’ve become used to, getting only 39 yards on the ground. It was a bad game all around for the Ravens and Jackson had a rough one. But I think we can go back to him in cash in Week 11 against the Bears. Chicago ranks 22nd in the league in defensive DVOA are well below average defending both the run and the pass. Jackson is ranked 4th overall in DraftKings points per game this season and still maintains such a high floor because of the gains he makes on the ground. I’m not letting a bad performance last week influence the decision-making this time around. Cam Newton FD 7500 DK 5100 Opponent WASProj Points FD - 17.81 DK - 18.7 Newton is taking first-team reps this week with the thought that he will be the starter in Week 11 for the Panthers. It’s quite the turn of events for Newton who was out of the league two weeks ago. He came in for some snaps last week, 12 total, threw four passes, and also rushed the ball three times for 14 yards and a touchdown. The price is so cheap on DraftKings that I think you can strongly consider him for cash especially if the RPO is going to be operating for Carolina this week. This is a price play if you think there is enough left in the tank for Newton. Running Backs A.J. Dillon FD 7000 DK 6200 Opponent MINProj Points FD - 18.5 DK - 20.86 Dillon will be massive chalk on this slate for both sites. He is set to take over lead-back duties for the Packers now that they have lost Aaron Jones and is in a position to put up some huge stats in this game. Even in the backup role, Dillon has been an effective runner over the last couple of seasons, averaging more than 4.6 yards per carry and also working into the passing game as well. Minnesota’s funnel defense is significantly worse against the run, ranking 28th in DVOA against the run. This...

Titans Passing Game Ryan Tannehill FD 7400 DK 6200 Opponent NO Proj Points FD - 19.96 DK - 20.56 A.J. Brown FD 7600 DK 7800 Opponent NO Proj Points FD - 16.76 DK - 20.03 The loss of Derrick Henry didn't really seem to affect the offense a whole bunch as they delivered a huge blow to the Rams #4 DVOA defense putting up 28 points last week. It was a bit of a surprise, to say the least, and it also capped the upside of Tannehill as he only had to throw 27 times and tallied just 143 pass yards. This and the matchup against the Saints seems to have people off him this week as he is currently only 9th in tags on FanShare Sports and projected to be low owned. The toughest part of the matchup is in the RedZone where the Saints defense is 2nd overall but they also have allowed the fourth-most passing yards per game on the season. I love the potential low ownership plus slate-breaking upside. I will be pairing Tannehill with his top wideout, A.J. Brown who is dominating the wideout targets lately averaging 10 per game over the last four weeks and has been unaffected by the addition of Julio Jones. Like I mentioned above, the Saints defense is elite in the RedZone but has given up a ton of yards(2nd most to WR). This is my top QB/WR stack to gain some leverage on the GPP field this week. Colts Passing Game Carson Wentz FD 7500 DK 5900 Opponent JAX Proj Points FD - 19.29 DK - 20.08 Michael Pittman Jr. FD 7200 DK 6300 Opponent JAX Proj Points FD - 15.55 DK - 19.11 It's no secret Jonathan Taylor is the driving force behind the Colts offense and it's also no secret he will be one of the highest-owned players on the slate. While I will have a lot of exposure and will be building around him cash, there is an opportunity to gain some leverage and pivot to the passing game. Allen completed just 66% of his passes and overall it was a disappointing day. But even for the struggles, he’s still among the elite fantasy quarterbacks, ranking third in the league in DraftKings points per game at the position. This time around he’ll face a Jets team that is ranked dead last in the league in defensive DVOA. Even with the struggles last week, I think we go right back to Allen in this one without hesitation. Justin Herbert FD 8000 DK 7300 Opponent MINProj Points FD - 23.09 DK - 23.75 After a couple of down weeks against the Patriots and Ravens in Week 7 and 8, Herbert bounced back in a big way against the Eagles last time around. He completed 84% of his passes (32-38) and threw for 356 yards and two touchdowns in the win. This matchup is a tougher one considering that the Vikings are much better against the pass than the run, but Herbert’s price as dipped some because of the recent “struggles”. I think we are buying him at a value in this game considering his upside and this one has the second-highest total of the slate at 53. Running Backs Jonathan Taylor FD 9400 DK 8100 Opponent JAXProj Points FD - 21.3 DK - 22.85 With Derrick Henry now on the shelf, Taylor enters Week 10 as active RB1 on the fantasy season. Even though the Colts still aren’t running him out there all of the snaps, he’s seeing plenty of usage in the offense and it coming off a huge Week 9. Indy is huge, -10 home favorites against the Jaguars on Sunday. That’s the sweet spot for running backs in terms of safety and Taylor has been about as good as it gets this season. He’s second in the league in rushing yards and sees just enough work in the passing game to pass muster there. The Jags are a funnel defense, ranking dead last against the pass and 8th agains the rush, but I don’t think that discrepancy is enough to warrant a fade on...

Game Stack - Minnesota @ Baltimore Lamar Jackson FD 8300 DK 7300 Opponent MIN Proj Points FD - 26.28 DK - 27.01 Marquise Brown FD 7700 DK 6000 Opponent MIN Proj Points FD - 14.25 DK - 16.98 Adam Thielen FD 7400 DK 6900 Opponent BAL Proj Points FD - 13.27 DK - 16.12 This game is likely going to be popular with the highest total(50) on the slate but it's perfect for multi-entry builds as you can run so many different combinations. My favorite is piggybacking off Doug's sentiment for Lamar Jackson from our cash game article. He loves the safety here with Lamar with his rushing and I love the upside as the Vikings defense is coming off a terrible performance giving up 325 yards and two touchdowns to Cooper Rush who had exactly three passing attempts in his 3.5 years in the league before last week. That includes 122/112/84 yards to the Cowboys top three wideouts. Marquise Brown has been anything but consistent leaving him off my cash game core but in GPP, I love the upside with 16.0 average depth of target, which is third among all wideouts with 30+ targets. The inconsistency has also kept his price in check throughout the season and presents a ton of PTS/$ upside. Running it back, I prefer Adam Thielen who has been more consistent than Justin Jefferson in the short term and is considerably cheaper making the build much easier to complete. I mentioned above a ton of combinations in this game stack and for some lower ownership, I love targeting Kirk Cousins and then mixing combinations of Thielen, Jefferson, Conklin and running it back with combinations of Andrews and Brown.
