Quarterbacks Lamar Jackson FD 8800 DK 8000 Opponent CLEProj Points FD - 26.08 DK - 26.08 Through six weeks of the season, Lamar Jackson ranks 3rd overall in DraftKings scoring behind only Josh Allen and Stefan Diggs, who are both off this week. He draws a matchup against the 29th DVOA defense in the Browns who have been bad against both the run and the pass. Both of these work fine for how Lamar scores his points. Though the Browns are bad on D, some of that is mitigated by playing at a slower pace, allowing the 6th-fewest opponent plays from scrimmage this season. But regardless, I think we are still in a fine spot here with Jackson who is averaging 9.33 rushing attempts per game and has been effective in the red zone. Geno Smith FD 6800 DK 5600 Opponent LACProj Points FD - 19.68 DK - 19.68 Geno Smith is QB7 in DraftKings scoring this season and that was even off of a rather inefficient game in Week 6 against the Cardinals in which he only completed 20 of 31 passes for 197 yards. He raised the floor by getting out on the ground and rushing for 48 yards and he’s averaging more than four carries per game so far. This game has the highest total (51) of the main slate with the Seahawks slight underdogs. I like the price on both sites for Smith, but especially on DraftKings if we looking at paying up for running back. Running Backs Joe Mixon FD 7400 DK 7000 Opponent ATLProj Points FD - 17.59 DK - 19.77 Mixon struggled in Week 6 mostly with the Bengals playing from behind most of the game and Cincinnati needing to take to the air. On the season, he’s had elite usage from the running back position and this week is shaping up to be a smash spot. Mixon’s price is down because he’s found the end zone only once this season and hasn’t been all that efficient, averaging just 3.3 yards per carry. But now he’ll face the 29th-ranked defense in the Falcons as a -6 home favorite. This is right where we want our backfield plays and Mixon is coming in at a fantastic value. Josh Jacobs FD 8600 DK 6500 Opponent HOUProj Points FD - 21.92 DK...

Game Stack - Arizona @ Seattle  Kyler Murray FD 8300 DK 7300 Opponent SEA Proj Points FD - 24.65 DK - 24.65 Marquise Brown FD 8200 DK 7200 Opponent SEA Proj Points FD - 16.52 DK - 20.39 Rondale Moore FD 5600 DK 4200 Opponent SEA Proj Points FD - 10.47 DK - 13.24 Tyler Lockett FD 7500 DK 5600 Opponent ARI Proj Points FD - 15.65 DK - 19.1 There are two games that stand out above the rest in terms of game totals and I am going to focus on the Cards/Seahawks as it feels a little more friendly to game stack with both defenses ranking outside the Top 25 overall. In this game specifically, it has been Geno Smith garnering the most love and rightfully so as he is having a terrific season. This has me pivoting to the other side with Kyler Murray who has been good, not great to start the year as we have yet to see the upside game but I feel that changes this week. It comes down to the matchup as he faces a Seahawks defense that is ranked 31st in DVOA against the pass and giving up the 7th most passing yards per game(259.8) through five weeks. The projected upside is what really has me liking Kyler over Geno in this game because while the Cardinals have allowed the fewest passing yards on deep passes this season, the Seahawks have allowed the 6th most(stats via NFL Savant). That brings us to his pass catchers who I will have a lot of exposure to this week both as single and double-stack options. Let's start with Marquise Brown who is second in the league in targets(55), sixth in receiving yards(417), and seventh in receiving touchdowns(3). Now let's look at some upside stats as Hollywood is also seventh in air yards and air yards and has a 9.4 aDOT on the season. I am also very high on his teammate Rondale Moore who will be playing just his third game of the season but has improved each week and...

Quarterbacks Josh Allen FD 9200 DK 8200 Opponent KCProj Points FD - 28.52 DK - 28.52 We’ve written him up as the top cash game option basically every single week and really every week that’s been correct. In fact, last week was the best yet with Allen going completely to the moon against the Steelers. He finished with a mind-boggling 424 yards and four touchdowns through the air and another 42 on the ground. Oh, and this was in only three quarters because the Bills were crushing Pittsburgh. On the season, Allen has 15 more DraftKings points than the next-closest quarterback. And this time around we could be in a shootout against the Chiefs. There are just too many reasons to play Allen here. Daniel Jones FD 6800 DK 5200 Opponent BALProj Points FD - 19.27 DK - 19.27 While Allen is, far and away, the best play here, there is a case to run Daniel Jones on DraftKings in order to save some money. Jones is coming back across the pond after a big win over the Packers in England and has been able to maintain a solid enough floor from a fantasy perspective this season when healthy. That’s because he’ll run as much as any quarterback out there. His 41 rushing attempts are 4th in the league for quarterbacks and he even missed part of the game in Week 4. The 230 rushing yards rank third at the position. The Ravens rank 14th in defense and 26th against the rush. This could be a higher floor game for Jones and he’s coming cheap on DraftKings. Strongly consider Kyler Murray and Geno Smith in what could be a shootout between the Cardinals and Seahawks. Running Backs Saquon Barkley FD 8800 DK 7700 Opponent BALProj Points FD - 22.38 DK - 24.6 Saquon Barkley ranks second in the league in overall touches this season (carries + receiving targets) with 120 looks combined. He’s just one of the safer plays in the NFL at this point based on the usage, the explosiveness, and just how much the Giants need him on offense. The DraftKings price is simply too low for a guy averaging almost five targets a game and who is facing the 26th-ranked rush defense in the Ravens. Even on FanDuel he’s a relative bargain. While...

Daily Fantasy NFL GPP Stacks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Week 5

Daily Fantasy NFL GPP Stacks for FanDuel and DraftKings - Week 5 Welcome back football fans. Week four in the NFL is here and DFSR has you covered. High Upside Game Stack - Chargers/Browns Justin Herbert FD 8200 DK 7100 Opponent CLE Proj Points FD - 22.12 DK - 22.12 Mike Williams FD 7400 DK 7100 Opponent CLE Proj Points FD - 14.9 DK - 17.88 Nick Chubb FD 9400 DK 8000 Opponent LAC Proj Points FD - 17.94 DK - 18.46 There are a ton of ways I will be stacking this game in multi-entry GPP formats but let's start off with my favorite build. A lot of people will be going with the Eagles this week but there is one key stat that has me point towards Herbert/Williams as my top QB/WR stack. For GPP's we are always looking for big plays and Hurts faces the Cardinals who has allowed the fewest fewest deep completions and fewest yards on those deep plays while Herbert faces a Browns defense that has allowed the 5th most deep completions and 4th most yards on those plays. That lines up very well with Mike Williams who has a 12.2 aDOT this season and has tallied double-digit targets, seven or mroe receptions and 100+ yards in two of three games with Keenan Allen out of the lineup. That leads us to Justin Herbert who has been terrific this season with 279 passing yards, multiple touchdowns, adn 23 or more fantasy points in three of four games and the game he underperformed, he was far less than 100% dealing with a rib issue. We will have to monitor Keenan Allen's status before we full-send on this stack but he missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday leading me to believe he will miss yet another game. On the other side, I will be running it back with Nick Chubb in most of my builds in this game stack. He enters the game as one of just four running backs getting over 20 rush attempts per game, is second in rushing yards, and second in rushing touchdowns. He has also been invovled in the passing game with eight targets which is only five fewer than teammate Kareem Hunt. He now faces a Chargers...

Daily Fantasy NFL GPP Stacks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Week 4

Game Stack - Atlanta Falcons/Cleveland Browns Marcus Mariota FD 7300 DK 5600 Opponent CLE Proj Points FD - 18.17 DK - 18.17 Drake London FD 6300 DK 6100 Opponent CLE Proj Points FD - 10.84 DK - 13.31 Amari Cooper FD 7500 DK 6300 Opponent ATL Proj Points FD - 14.25 DK - 17.57 I originally had the Raves/Bills game stack plugged into this spot but Doug talked about the high floor/high ceiling of stacking Allen and Diggs in the cash article so I am going to pivot off for a couple of reasons. First of all, stacking them together with a run-back of Mark Andrews is a very expensive route and leaves us value hunting at almost every other spot. Instead, I will go with a value quarterback in Marcus Mariota who has impressed early in the season returning at least 3x value in all three games. He faces a Browns defense that ranks 21st in DVOA against the pass and 21st in fantasy points to the quarterback position. Picking who to stack with Mariota is fairly easy, as well with 57% of the targets going to two players. I lean towards Drake London who has been getting 32% of those and has been impressed in his rookie season with 54 or more yards in each game and has scored a touchdown in back-to-back games. He faces a Cleveland defense that ranks 23rd in fantasy points to wideouts and in terms of upside, has given up the 6th most completed deep balls and 4th most completed yards on those deep balls(via NFL Savant). Choosing a run back is also fairly easy here as Jacoby Brissett has concentrated his targets as well and I will ride with wideout Amari Cooper who is getting 30% of those. He started out slow this season with just three catches in week one but has caught 16 of 21 targets in weeks two and three with back-to-back 100-yard games, reaching the endzone in both. This stack is also very affordable and allows us to fill in with pieces of the more chalky Ravens...
