FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Wednesday, 1/1/20 Welcome to 2020 everyone! I can’t imagine this year could be any better than the year before, but we’ll give it a shot. We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Elfrid Payton FD - $5900 DK - $6100Opponent - PORProj Pts FD - 33.45 DK - 33.29 It’s been a weird (terrible) season for the Knicks all around, but they do at least seem to be committed to Payton as the point guard answer in the short term. The Dennis Smith and Frank Ntilikina relative experiments have been put by the wayside for the time being. Payton’s posted more than 27 minutes in each of the last four games with an average of seven points, 8.5 assists, and six assists with some steals and blocks thrown in there. None of the individual categories standout but as the sum of his fantasy parts, he’s a good play if he maintains the minutes. I think that’s the plan at least in the short term with the Knicks on an unheard of two-game win streak. Markelle Fultz FD - $5300 DK - $5100Opponent - WASProj Pts FD - 27.75 DK - 27.68 Look, I know the fantasy results have been, well, lacking over the last two games with Fultz scoring only three and four points respectively and not contributing a whole of a lot over the rest of the box score. But then there’s the part where he played 31 and 30 minutes in each and you have to wonder when the stat line catches up with that kind of opportunity. I tend to think those last two games were outliers in what we can expect from him with this kind of run. He isn’t a fantasy dynamo, but this is too good spot to pass up. Washington has, by far, the worst defensive efficiency in the league and play at a super fast pace. This is the perfect spot to run this guy out in cash. Shooting Guard Evan Fournier FD - $5900 DK - $6200Opponent - WASProj Pts FD - 36.65 DK - 38.25 Aaron Gordon is listed as questionable for this game, but judging by...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Tuesday, 12/31/19

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Tuesday, 12/31/19 It's the last NBA slate of the year. We've got seven games on the schedule and my oh my is it shaping up to be a tricky one. For starters, Jaylen Brown and D'Angelo Russell are out while Luka Doncic, James Harden, and Danilo Gallinari are all holding a questionable tag. In spite of the uncertainties, our NBA projection system is hard at work spitting out the top plays of the day. The action tips off at 3 PM eastern time, so let's get to it. Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our NFL Optimizer and NHL Projections as well. Plus our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Kyle Lowry FD - $7800 DK - $8800 Opponent - CLE Proj Pts FD - 51.02 DK - 54.67 We'll be tapping into the Toronto well several times today as they draw the best matchup of the day against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Cavs have the third-worst overall defense from a fantasy perspective, and are ranked in the bottom five in assists, steals, and blocks allowed. They're particularly generous to opposing point guards, which is why we love Kyle Lowry tonight. Lowry has seen no fewer than 35 minutes in every game the champs have played this month, and averaged 40.2 Fanduel points per game. The Fanduel price is inexplicably on the decline, which makes him almost a must have there, but even approaching $9K on DraftKings, given the available options on this slate and the matchup, Lowry is a top play in cash games across the industry. Kemba Walker FD - $7500 DK - $7400 Opponent - CHA Proj Pts FD - 41.03 DK - 42.73 In four games since the Pistons managed to hold him to just two points, Kemba Walker has been shooting lights out for the Celtics most recently dropping 30 against the Raptors on Saturday. For a player so reliant on making baskets, that's exactly what we want to see from Walker, and I'm looking for the shots to continue falling today in Charlotte. The Hornets aren't the most ideal matchup but Walker stands to benefit from a usage bump with Jaylen Brown ruled out due to illness. If we remove that game against the Pistons from the equation, Walker is averaging 26.2 points per game this month...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Monday, 12/30/19

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Monday, 12/30/19 Welcome friends to Monday night in the NBA. We've got a six-game slate on the agenda for the evening, and some pretty big question marks hangin' in the wind in the form of Giannis, Towns, Wiggins, and Beal. Join Jerry as he breaks down the top plays for our daily fantasy lineups according to our NBA daily fantasy projection system. Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our NFL Optimizer and NHL Projections as well. Plus our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Kendrick Nunn FD - $4500 DK - $5100 Opponent - WAS Proj Pts FD - 25.05 DK - 25.75 Let's start with the good news; point guard is the only position with no question marks this evening. Young and Kyrie both remain out, leaving Damian Lillard as the only big money option at the position, however, there's plenty of value to be had out there. First up, we have Kendrick Nunn. Nunn has been relatively quiet since torching the Sixers earlier in the month, but his price has come down in the short term and he's still good for 5X PPD (points per dollar) regularly. Tonight he draws a Washington team that is average defending against the point while playing the second-fastest pace in the NBA. As long as the minutes are there, Nunn should be in for a solid night of production at a position with little to desire. Spencer Dinwiddie FD - $8000 DK - $7700 Opponent - MIN Proj Pts FD - 41.99 DK - 43.44 The Spencer Dinwiddie star seems like it may be starting to fizzle out. After what can be marked a solid month, Dinwiddie is ending December with a whisper, scoring just 17 points in 33 minutes against the Rockets on Saturday. The 11 assists were the saving grace for fantasy purposes, but he still failed to deliver 4X PPD. I'm looking for a nice bounce-back tonight, however, against a Timberwolves team ranked bottom ten defending against opposing point guards, while allowing the second-most scoring to the position. Bonus if Minnesota is without KAT and Andrew Wiggins. Speaking of Andrew Wiggins, consider Jeff Teague if Wiggins sits again, but keep in mind he didn't exactly play a ton on Saturday. I mentioned Damian Lillard earlier, if we're forced to run value at...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Sunday, 12/29/19

Point Guard Kyle Lowry FD - $8000 DK - $10000 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 47.99 DK - 50.2 You can't play Lowry on DraftKings at these prices, but the FanDuel price is comically low. We know he's playing 40 minutes a game in close contests, and with Toronto sitting as just 2.5 point favorites against the Thunder this game projects to be just that. He was on five straight games topping 40 fantasy points before the Christmas day debacle, and outside of these tough Boston match-ups he should be just fine. OKC doesn't represent the best match-up, as they play pretty slowly with league average defense, but on a small slate I'm just grabbing Lowry at this value price for the floor alone. Austin Rivers FD - $3700 DK - $3800 Opponent - NO Proj Pts FD - 18.87 DK - 19.25 With Westbrook already ruled out of this one, it seems like a pretty easy call to just slide Austin Rivers into your DFS lineups on FanDuel and DraftKings. He didn't start the last time Russ was out, but he did contribute a wildly solid 14/5/5 line with two blocks against the Pistons. I don't see how the Rockets get away with playing Rivers for fewer than 25 minutes, and Rivers should be a great cash game play in this, erm, revenge game. The Pelicans don't seem to know what they want to do with Ball right now, as he followed an 18 minute start against the Trail Blazers with a 36 minute start against the Nuggets. Chris Paul is still pretty cheap, and Lonzo Ball is an interesting upside target in a fast paced match-up with a Rockets team that will sit Russell Westbrook but return Eric Gordon in this one. Shooting Guard James Harden FD - $11500 DK - $10700 Opponent - NO Proj Pts FD - 66.21 DK - 69.05 No Westbrook? Against a team that's playing a top 5 pace with a bottom 6 defensive efficiency? Get ready to back up the truck, folks. Harden is still too cheap even when Russ plays, as evidenced by his 75% cash game ownership on a...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Saturday, 12/28/19

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Saturday, 12/28/19 After a few slow days in the midst of the holiday season, we're staring at a monster slate here. In fact, we have 14 games on this slate, with just two teams sitting. That is going to cause chaos in terms of injury reports and resting, especially considering there's a handful of teams playing in the second half of a back-to-back set. With that in mind, let's get into our favorite plays of the day!Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our NFL Optimizer and NHL Projections as well. Plus our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! First time with NBA or NFL? Be sure to read our free NBA and NFL Ebooks on building lineups, general strategy and more. We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Tomas Satoransky FD - $5700 DK - $6000Opponent - ATLProj Pts FD - 32.15 DK - 32.23 We're going to kick things off with a couple of cheap point guards in order to get some studs into our build later. Satoransky is just that, as he's one of the best values of the day in the $6,000-range. The recent form from Sato is simply stupendous, scoring at least 35 DK points in four-straight games. That extends a streak in which he's averaging 28.3 fantasy points per game across his last 16 fixtures. He gets those fantasy points by stuffing the stat sheet and that should be a relatively easy task here with Atlanta ranked 28th in defensive efficiency and 29th in points allowed.  Elfrid Payton FD - $5600 DK - $6500Opponent - WASProj Pts FD - 34.88 DK - 34.36 Payton is actually a very similar player to Satoransky because he too provides fantasy value through his stat-stuffing ways. He's shown that all the way back to his Orlando days and capturing the starting point guard role in New York is what's really made him valuable. In his three starts, Elf is averaging 34 DK points per game across 29.7 minutes of action. That's the rate we've seen throughout his career and he should continue to produce as long as he keeps getting the playing time. Facing Washington is the best part of this play though, with the Wizards ranked last in nearly every defensive metric.  If Malcolm Brogdon is out again, don't forget about Aaron Holiday.  Shooting Guard James Harden FD - $11700 DK - $11200Opponent - BKNProj Pts FD - 63.72 DK - 66.67 After a couple of nice values at point guard,...
