Daily Fantasy MLB Pitchers for FanDuel & DraftKings 9/3/16 Welcome to our new daily article breaking down some of the other pitching targets on this slate. We covered our system's top value plays in our daily picks article but here we will look at other dudes to consider. In case you didn’t notice, on Saturday we released our brand new NFL DFS suite of tools including full projections, optimal NFL lineups and Player Lab which includes filters to help you create NFL lineups for FanDuel and DraftKings. It’s a robust set of tools; well beyond anything we’ve ever had and something we feel will help our users *ahem* tackle the NFL season. Using tools like these for the NFL season is crucial and you can grab a free 2 WEEK trial to test out yourself. START YOUR FREE 2 WEEK TRIAL! A quick heads up - we post an updates article every day in the early afternoon, EST, to catch everyone up on how things are changing as a result of whatever news has come through. We also have great talks in the comments of that article. Hope to see you there! Pitching Targets Note: We discussed Vincent Velasquez and Ivan Nova in the Main Article and will be going over a few more options below. Pitching Targets Marco Estrada FD 8000 DK 8600 Opponent - TB (Archer) Park - @TBFD - 24.32 DK - 16.22 I know this isn't a picture of Marco Estrada, so don't tear me apart in the comments section below. We have a ton of options on the early slate; Archer, Arrieta, Keauchal and Bumgarner. With all those options, I somehow ended up with Estrada in my lineups. And here's why: Estrada has been everything the Blue Jays had hoped for, and more. On the year, he's sporting a 1.08 and 3.37 ERA. Those are very impressive numbers, especially since he's in the toughest division in the league (AL East). Not only does his WHIP and ERA impress me, but the fact that opponents own a .199 AVG against the northpaw, just [shocked] me. My jaw honestly dropped, so it's safe to say that number is very attractive. His numbers are one reason why I'm plugging Estrada into my lineups, so lets move on to the next. And the next reason why I'll be using him is because of his matchup. Sure, the Rays rank 15th in wOBA and wRC+ this season against righties (15th is smack in the middle), but going up against this Rays' ball club gives Estrada some upside. They own a 23.6 K% against right-handed pitchers, which is [4th-highest] in the league. Estrada does a little fanning of his own...

Daily Fantasy MLB Hitter Stacks FanDuel & DraftKings 8/30/16 Welcome to our daily article breaking down some of the other stacking targets on this slate. A quick heads up - we post an updates article every day in the early afternoon, EST, to catch everyone up on how things are changing as a result of whatever news has come through. We also have great talks in the comments of that article. Hope to see you there! Stacking in DFS MLB is such an important concept if you’re looking to take down a big tournament on FanDuel or DraftKings. It’s also a good way to diversify cash games because the variance in baseball can mean wild swings (ahem) in the scoring on a particular slate. The concept is easy. You want to pile players from one or two teams into your lineups because those guys compound scores by helping each other score runs when the going is good. Stack Targets Toronto Blue Jays vs. Ubaldo Jimenez (BAL) Yes guys, I got the Jays as my top stack again tonight. I know you've seen these guys in my stacks picks the last couple of days, but the good news is that they have produced! I like them again today. Not only because they have been crushing it (top 3 in ISO and wOBA last 14 games), but they also draw an elite matchup against the one-and-only, Ubaldo Jimenez. For starters, Jimenez has not been good this season (not trying to be mean). He is coming into today's contest boasting a 6.62 ERA to go along with a 1.85 WHIP and 12.3 BB%. Do you guys see why I love to pick Jimenez? The numbers speak for themselves. I know you guys know the famous "Mike Pelfrey Day" and I got some excellent news: I spoke with the House of Holliday's (obviously not real) and they approved of the "Happy Ubaldo Jimenez Day" So today is a Holliday! Grab a cake, some candles and juice...

Pitching Targets Note: We discussed Max Scherzer and Johnny Cueto in the Main Article and will be going over a few more options below. Pitching Targets Drew Pomeranz FD 9000 DK 11600 Opponent - TB (Odorizzi) Park - @BOSFD - 36.74 DK - 23.99 Talk about a guy that came out of nowhere! Before the start of the season, I don't think I had ever heard of, Drew Pomeranz! This kid is real [good] and is an excellent play today. He'll be going up against a Rays' offense that has really struggled against southpaws. They own a .313 wOBA (23rd in MLB) to go along with a whooping 25.7 K% (highest in MLB) against lefties this season. You're trying to get away from the "chalk" of the day, Max Scherzer, well don't look any further! A strikeout prone offense meets a guy that fans 27% of the batters he faces! Pomeranz' upside is through the roof and I love him for tournaments today. Cole Hamels FD 10300 DK 11500 Opponent - SEA (Paxton) Park - @TEXFD - 34.06 DK - 22.49 I guess we will stick to theme here and go from one southpaw to another. This time we will be looking at 32-year-old, Cole Hamels. The veteran is still putting up great numbers and it's safe to say he has been drinking from the fountain of youth. I feel like he's been in the league for 40 years and he's still killing it out there. Today, Cole draws an appealing matchup against the Mariners. Not only...

You want to pile players from one or two teams into your lineups because those guys compound scores by helping each other score runs when the going is good. Stack Targets Toronto Blue Jays vs. Wade Miley (BAL) The Blue Jays have just been killin' it as of late! They own a .227 ISO (2nd in MLB) and a .364 wOBA (1st in MLB) in their last 14 contests. They are crushing the baseball and making pitchers look like little leaguers out there, so why wouldn't you stack this offense? When they are hot, they are hard to stop! Not only has the baseball looked like a watermelon for this Jays' squad, but they also draw a beautiful matchup against southpaw, Wade Miley. This season, Miley is sporting a 5.51 ERA along with a 1.43 WHIP. He has struggled mightily this season and I expect him to have another rough outing against [Dong]aldson and company. My top 4 guys to stack: My top 4 guys to stack: Edwin Encarnacion, Jose Bautista, Josh Donaldson and Melvin Upton. Cleveland Indians vs. Hector Santiago(MIN) This Indians' offense has cooled down quite a bit, but I'm still looking to stack them tonight. Their prices have dropped and they...

Pitching Targets Note: We discussed Jose Fernandez and Carlos Martinez in the Main Article and will be going over a few more options below. Pitching Targets Jake Arrieta FD 10900 DK 12300 Opponent - PIT (Cole) Park - @CHCFD - 40.67 DK - 26.5 Jake Arrieta is pitching at home ladies and gentlemen! He's a different animal when pitching at home, so go ahead and give him a shot in tournaments. On the year, Arrieta has been killing it at Wrigley. He's boasting a 2.18 ERA to go along with a 3.37 xFIP and 29.6 K%. Not only are those numbers mind-blowing, but opponents are also hitting .180 against him (not a typo). Opponents aren't even hitting .200! I guess it's safe to say you can never go wrong with this ace when he's on the bump, especially when pitching at Wrigley. Not only does he have the ballpark in his favor, but he'll also be going up against the Pirates. Yes, the Pirates are in the playoff hunt, but they have been struggling to get anything going offensively. In their last 14 games, they own a .303 wOBA (24th in MLB) along with a .138 ISO (25th in MLB). They haven't gotten the bats going as of late, so I expect Arrieta to give us another Arrieta outing. He's an excellent tournament play today, as I don't expect his ownership percentages to be very high. Yu Darvish FD 10600 DK 10900 Opponent - SEA (Iwakuma) Park - @TEXFD - 36.6 DK - 24.05 [Yu] need help...
