A peek ahead at week 6 Looking for the week 6 picks? Follow the link! I go position by position and give you whom I believe to be the best plays, dollar for dollar, for Week 6's games. This article is going to be a little bit different. Instead, I'm going to focus on particular lineup formation strategies that might help you get some separation from the field and get those value plays and sleepers that will let you spend money elsewhere while cashing in for cheap. Sleepers Weekly disclaimer: The whole concept of a sleeper in one week fantasy football games needs to be adjusted. First of all, there's no real such thing as a "sleeper," in that you're not really going to sleep on a guy until he wakes up. What you're looking at with cheap plays are guys who are priced very reasonably who could go off if all things break right. Sniffing out the best cheap plays with upside is really the only way to have a chance in hell at taking down some of these utterly massive NFL tournaments. You'll pay up for the big names, and then hope your bargain plays pay off. That's where we come in - here are some sleepers that we love for Week 6. Andre Williams - FD 6300 DK 5400 DD 7950 DFSTR 6200 We recommended him in the main picks article for week 6, but Andre Williams is filling in for Rashad Jennings, and predictably, the various sites don't seem to understand that a system creates a back more than a back ignites a system. Don't be discouraged by Williams' poor yards per carry - the G-men have used him frequently in short yardage situations this year - and that should turn around sooner rather than later if he's the running downs back until Jennings' return. The thing you...

Daily Fantasy Football Picks for Week 6 - FanDuel, DraftKings, Draftday, and Draftster Week 6 up in this! If your week was like mine, it was fun, crazy, profitable.. and a little maddening. You can hear what Doug and I sound like IN REAL LIFE! And an even deeper dive than the picks listed below. Enjoy! Quarterbacks Russell Wilson - FD 8400 DK 7600 DD 14050 DFSTR 7600 Good thing you weren't on the phone with me and Doug last week, when I declared to him - "I think everyone who plays Russell Wilson in a GPP this week should just send me 80% of their buy-in and keep 20%. The guy has literally no upside." So, yeah. You weren't on the phone. So that's just hearsay, or something. Anyway! Our projection system is head over heels for Wilson in a match-up against the Cowboys' defense, who were terrible against the pass last year, and merely bad this year....
Daily Fantasy Football Picks for Week 5 – Draftster
Daily Fantasy Football Picks for Week 5 - Draftster Welcome, Draftster fans! If you haven't heard of Draftster yet, you're in luck. They're a forward thinking player in this space, and we think they're destined to make some huge waves. They also have a couple thousand bucks in freerolls every week, and they're still small enough that you can get in on the ground floor. Quarterbacks First of all, we wrote our main week 5 picks article on Wednesday, and a lot of guys there will have overlap here. This article is specifically for value guys on Draftster. From that article, we also like Roethlisberger, Brees, and Fitzpatrick on Draftster as well. Tony Romo - 5200 This one is geared largely from Romo's price. At 5200, he's priced in the same range as Geno Smith and Andy Dalton. Romo looked utterly poised against New Orleans, going off for 262 yards and 3 touches before Dallas transitioned into the running game more actively. The really neat thing about Romo is that he actually gets a ton of opportunity in the red zone in spite of Demarco Murray's presence. The Cowboys have tried 17 passes vs. 11 runs down there this season. Now, the Texans pass rush is pretty damned fierce, but again, we're going on price here. It's not a "safe play" by any means, but this an absolutely fantastic value for a guy that can put up QB1 numbers. Philip Rivers - 7500 Rivers absolutely pummeled the Jags last week, and while he is squaring off against a much tougher defense overall this week, I like him nonetheless. Here's the thing - the Chargers have been desperately terrible on the run this year, and the Jets have been fantastic against it. The Chargers will not be running this week. They'll keep the ball in the air, and Rivers will see as much volume as any quarterback in the league at a price that doesn't reflect his upside. Running Backs From our main week 5 picks article, we still like McCoy, Forte, and Jennings on Draftster. Here are some other picks to go with them....
Daily Fantasy Football Picks for Week 5 – FanDuel, DraftKings, Draftday, and Draftster
Daily Fantasy Football Picks for Week 5 - FanDuel, DraftKings, Draftday, and Draftster Week 5! We're out of bye-week hell, and back into essentially a full slate of games (have fun with your week off, irrelevant Dolphins and Raiders!). Week 4 was fantastic, with only some of our sleepers no-showing, and some big performances from big names. But why live in the past? Let's get to the picks! By the way - we're prepared to send you a free eBook on how the pros set both daily fantasy baseball AND football lineups, free of charge! Check out the details, and get your copies now! It's the simplest daily fantasy football game in the world, and it might be your best bet to cash in without trying to do a ton of research. Quarterbacks Ben Roethlisberger - FD 8300 DK 7400 DD 12850 DFSTR 7000 Big Ben will be a popular play this week, and for good reason. After putting up 314 yards against Tampa Bay's 3rd worst passing defense, he'll get the crown prince of terrible passing defenses in week 5 against Jacksonville. The Jaguars' 321 passing yards allowed per game is the league's worst, and their terrible performance against the pass last year suggests that this year's horrendousness (special term coined for the Jags) is no fluke. What I really love about Ben in terms of his upside is his Red Zone usage. This will be a theme for this week, by the way, so get used to it. Roethlisberger has had the ball in...

You'll pay up for the big names, and then hope your bargain plays pay off. That's where we come in - here are some sleepers that we love for Week 3. Another quick note: When we're thinking about sleepers, the reason we want to play sleepers in football are to get in high priced studs with massive upside. Basically, we're trying to catch lightning in a bottle at a position with relatively low upside (like QB) so we can fit in the big dollar guys at high upside position (like TE or WR). To that end, I'm much more likely to play RB or QB sleepers than WRs. Makes sense? Awesome. Terrance West - FD 5800 DK 5600 DD 9800 DFSTR 3700 West is back again...
