We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Dennis Smith Jr. FD - $3600 DK - $3200Opponent - MILProj Pts FD - 27.39 DK - 28.74 Two things can be true. Dennis Smith Jr. can be not all that good at NBA basketball AND Dennis Smith Jr. can be a good DFS play. That’s the situation we have on Monday with the Knicks’ guard. Elfrid Payton is already out and Frank Ntilikina is considered doubtful after leaving Sunday’s game early. That’s going to leave a ton of minutes for Smith who is coming off playing 38 last night and finishing with a 17 point, seven assist line. In the New York “offense” he has a chance to get kind of lost for sure, especially if RJ Barrett takes a lot of the controls, but these prices are way to low to ignore and he should hit value almost regardless. He’s likely the highest owned player on the slate unless something changes. Tyus Jones FD - $4000 DK - $5600Opponent - INDProj Pts FD - 27.27 DK - 26.92De'Anthony Melton FD - $3500 DK - $3400Opponent - INDProj Pts FD - 22.28 DK - 21.51 Ja Morant is considered “week-to-week” which is code for “we’re tanking” meaning Tyus and De'Anthony are going to get a ton more run in the short term. On Sunday that meant Tyus for 26 minutes and Melton for 23. Jones finished with 12 points and seven assists and Melton went for nine points and eight assists. This is all to say, both hit crazy value and there’s a strong case to stack both in cash at their current price points because you get all of the Memphis PG minutes at a huge discount. Tyus is the safer bet because he’s starting, but realize that the Grizz have no real incentives here which make the DFS situation tricky. Other thoughtsMalcolm Brogdon (FD 8400 DK 8100) continues to be underpriced on DraftKings and has seen the minutes round back out after coming back from injury. He also gets a...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Sunday, 12/1/19

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Sunday, 12/1/19 We have a slight deviation on format for this article, since main slate contains just 3 games, and each of those has a potentially wild game script cooking. With potential blowouts in Orlando and LA, and two brutal defenses squaring off in Toronto, this could be one of the more volatile slates in recent memory. The earlier slates honestly look better to me today. If you want access to the projections and lineups for those slates, feel free to grab a free trial by clicking the link below.  Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our NFL Optimizer and NHL Projections as well. Golden State Warriors at the Orlando Magic The Magic are favored by 8.5 in a game with a 206.5 total. Well, the 7-11 Magic are 8.5 point favorites against the best dynasty of the 2010s, or at least what is left of them. With Russell ruled out and Draymond Green averaging 21 minutes in his last two games it's hard to imagine a world where the current construction of the Warriors aren't the worst team in the league. That being said, the Magic aren't exactly a dynasty in the making in their own right, and on a three game slate we can't play around the blowout risk too much here. The Orlando Magic Evan Fournier FD - $6300 DK - $6400Opponent - GSProj Pts FD - 31.47 DK - 32.72 Markelle Fultz FD - $5600 DK - $5300Opponent - GSProj Pts FD - 28.2 DK - 27.81 Aaron Gordon FD - $6100 DK - $6000Opponent - GSProj Pts FD - 30.21 DK - 30.64 These are your playable Magic, as far as our system is concerned. Gordon returned and played 31 minutes against Toronto, paying value on these prices. Fournier has been great since assuming more of the offensive burden when Vuc and Gordon were sidelined, and continued that excellence against the Raptors. Fultz is a solid value on these prices on a nightly basis. And, importantly, the Warriors are by far the worst defensive team on this slate whether Draymond plays or not. If this game stays remotely close, it will be tough for the Magic guys to not return value. If you're in a pickle, our system thinks Terrence Ross might...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Saturday, 11/30/19

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Saturday, 11/30/19 After monstrous slates on Wednesday and Friday, the NBA has given us a light night here. In fact, we have just four games in total, starting at 5ET. That gives us slim pickings but it should make for a fun slate with a ton of superstars available. With that in mind, let's get into our plays!Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our NFL Optimizer and NHL Projections as well. Point Guard Trae Young FD - $9800 DK - $8900Opponent - HOUProj Pts FD - 46.32 DK - 48.56 It's pretty surprising to see a player like this below $10,000 in such a premium matchup. Let's begin with that opponent, facing a Houston club who sits second in pace and 23rd in total defense. That's bad news against a usage stud like this, with Young leading the Hawks with 34.2 minutes played, 20.2 shots taken and a 33.3 percent usage rate. Those high usage numbers have led to Young averaging 48.1 DraftKings points per game, the third-highest number on this slate.  Russell Westbrook FD - $9000 DK - $9300Opponent - ATLProj Pts FD - 47.84 DK - 49.08 Westbrook has been hovering below $10,000 all season long and that's truly shocking after sitting above $12,000 for the majority of last season. While his usage isn't the same, the production isn't that far off. In fact, Westbrook is averaging 22.5 points, 7.7 rebounds, 6.8 assists and 1.6 steals per game this season en route to 46 DK points. Getting stat-stuffing numbers like those should be much easier against a Hawks team who sits 27th in points allowed and 29th in defensive efficiency.  Shooting Guard James Harden FD - $11500 DK - $12000Opponent - ATLProj Pts FD - 63.21 DK - 66.3 Anytime Harden is on a three or four-game slate like this, you have to make him one of your top priorities. The simple fact is, you can't fade that guaranteed 50-60 fantasy points. After averaging nearly 65 DraftKings points per game last season, Harden has dropped all the way down to 62 DK points per game this year. That's simply absurd production and a lot of it has come recently. Over his last 12 games, Harden has a 50-point floor while scoring more than 70 DK...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Friday, 11/29/19

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Friday, 11/29/19 After a day off, the NBA is back on Friday with a huge slate. We are breaking down how to attack cash games on with so many options on both sites. We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Luka Doncic FD - $12200 DK - $11800Opponent - PHOProj Pts FD - 61.27 DK - 65.41 At this point, it doesn’t take much to make the case for Luka and really the only thing you’re debating is the price. He’s been everything you could ever want in a player, averaging 30 points, 10 rebounds and 9.5 assists, ranking second in Win Shares and just basically dominating the game of basketball from the jump. The Suns started the season as a stalwart defensive matchup, but they’ve been dropping in the short term and now rank middle of the pack with a top-10 pace. This is a great matchup for Doncic and he rates as a top spend-up option on a big slate. Damian Lillard FD - $9300 DK - $8700Opponent - CHIProj Pts FD - 45.27 DK - 46.93 The Trailblazers plan for Lillard is to play upwards of 36-37 minutes a game but they haven’t been pressed into that kind of situation lately because the last two games have been moderate blowouts and he’s lost some run. This is still a guy who can drop big points on you of course, but the assists have been there as well with double-digit dimes in three of the last six games. The matchup against Chicago is great considering the latter doesn’t play anything in the way of defense and their guard play around the perimeter is a borderline joke. Lillard makes for a solid pivot off Doncic if you want to save some and make a more balanced lineup. Other ThoughtsMarkelle Fultz (FD 5500 DK 5500) is a decent option. He’s been seeing a few more minutes of late with the Magic playing shorthanded. He doesn’t have a ton of upside because they simply aren’t going to play hi 33+ in a game. But he’s been decent. If Jimmy Butler sat again Goran Dragic (FD 5500 DK 5400) and Kendrick Nunn (FD 5600 DK 5600) would be in play....
