FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Thursday, 1/28/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Thursday, 1/28/21 After one of the biggest slates of the season on Wednesday, we have just four games here. It's going to be a fun one though because we have so much value out there. Whether it's injuries or COVID protocol, there are a ton of great players not playing among these eight teams. That will surely be a major theme in this article with so many guys stepping in, so, let's go ahead and get into it! Point Guard Damian Lillard FD - $9700 DK - $10600 Opponent - HOU Proj Pts FD - 52.4 DK - 54.87 There's always one big-name player who's owned in every lineup on a four-game slate and it should be Dame here. We say that because he is the Trail Blazers offense right now. Portland is currently missing Jusuf Nurkic, Robert Covington and C.J. McCollum which leaves Lillard to feast. With those three off the floor this season, Lillard has a usage rate approaching 40 percent while averaging 1.4 DK points per minute. That's certainly evident when you see that Lillard has at least 50 fantasy points in four-straight coming into this matchup. We haven't even talked about that matchup yet either, with Houston sitting seventh in pace and middle of the road defensively. Reggie Jackson FD - $5000 DK - $7000 Opponent - MIA Proj Pts FD - 33.12 DK - 34.12 While this DraftKings price is a bit lofty for us, this FanDuel price is ridiculous. The simple fact is, Jackson is the go-to guy in Los Angeles right now. We say that because they're currently without Kawhi Leonard, Paul George and Patrick Beverley. That forced Reggie into the starting lineup on Tuesday, providing 20 points, seven rebounds, eight assists and two steals across 39 minutes of action. That's the guy we remember from his Detroit days and his usage should continue to be monstrous with so many big-name players out of the lineup. Miami is not the defense we used to be scared of either, ranked 21st in defensive efficiency. Delon Wright has been the primary ball-handler in Detroit and remains a good value around $6K. Shooting Guard Kendrick Nunn FD - $6200...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Wednesday, 1/27/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Wednesday, 1/27/21 If you're into DFS chaos, this is going to be your slate. We have 12 games in total on this slate, with numerous injuries and COVID protocol violations. That means a lot of things will change all the way up until first tip and it's imperative to keep your eyes and ears on the news. We do have some information now though and we'll bank on some of those circumstances to find some value. Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer and NHL Projections as well. Plus our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Stephen Curry FD - $9600 DK - $9300 Opponent - MIN Proj Pts FD - 51.66 DK - 54.62 What is with this pricing? We'd probably recommend Curry if he was a five-figure player but this $9,300 on DraftKings is ridiculous. We're talking about a guy who's averaging 28.4 points, 5.5 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 1.2 steals per game. That equates to 48 fantasy points per outing, with Curry dropping at least 44 DK points in four-straight. One of those happened to come against these T'Wolves, with Curry splashing 54 DK points on them Monday Night. That's really no surprise when you consider that Minnesota ranks fifth in pace and 27th in both points allowed and defensive efficiency. Cole Anthony FD - $5000 DK - $5500 Opponent - SAC Proj Pts FD - 27.77 DK - 28.9 While this rookie struggled early on, it appears he's starting to get his feet underneath him. An injury to Markelle Fultz really opened up a ton of minutes for Cole, starting at PG and playing 30 minutes a night over his last 11 games. His statistics have been on the uptick too, averaging 28 DraftKings points per game over his last eight fixtures. That's a heck of a total from a player in the $5,000s on both sites and one has to believe this is just the beginning of a great career. The matchup is the icing on the cake though, with Sacramento ranked 29th in total defense. If Tyler Herro and Jimmy Butler remain out, Goran Dragic is a great value around $6,000. Shooting Guard Eric Bledsoe FD - $5500 DK - $5800 Opponent - WAS Proj Pts FD - 31.07 DK - 32.16 Bledsoe is always...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Tuesday, 1/26/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Tuesday, 1/26/21 After a big slate on Monday, we're rewarded with a much smaller three-game slate here. That Monday slate was absolute chaos too, with the San Antonio-New Orleans game being postponed at about 8ET. That's a nightmare for DFS managers and the Clippers are dealing with some COVID issues of their own right now. That means a lot of guys from that game are going to make it into this article, so, let's go ahead and get into it! Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer and NHL Projections as well. Plus our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Reggie Jackson FD - $5000 DK - $6800 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD - 28.73 DK - 30.14 Lou Williams FD - $6000 DK - $5800 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD - 24.96 DK - 25.82 The Clippers had a bombshell dropped on them Monday night when Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and Patrick Beverley were all ruled out for the next week. That's a ton of minutes, usage, and ball-handling off the roster, leaving these two guys to feast. Let's start off by talking about Reggie, who's likely to start at point guard. In his only start earlier this season filling in for Beverley, R-Jax had 24 DK points across 18 minutes in what was a monster blowout. That means he easily could have had 30-40 fantasy points in a closer game and Jackson should see at least 30 minutes here. He's not the only guard we love for the Clippers though, with Williams likely seeing a huge bump too. Jackson has a 24 percent usage rate with those three guys off the floor but Williams' usage is just shy of 30 percent. That bump is huge for a struggling guy like Lou and one has to believe he'll see a major increase in shots, minutes, and usage as well. We're talking about one of the greatest Sixth-Men in NBA history and he's simply getting way too much usage at this price to avoid him here. Jerome Robinson FD - $3600 DK - $4000 Opponent - HOU Proj Pts FD - 23.22 DK - 23.98 There are some great big-name players on this slate, so, getting a guy like Robinson in there could be huge to build a lineup....

Point Guard Damian Lillard FD - $9700 DK - $10300 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 49.08 DK - 51.79 Lillard was a chalk option on Saturday night, and his price hasn't totally accounted for McCollum's shots falling out of the lineup. You're talking about putting 20 shots back into the ecosystem, and given the Trail Blazers' relative lack of scorers, Lillard rates to be the prime beneficiary. We all saw what Lillard did without McCollum last season, and we expect him to pick up that mantle against the Thunder tonight. Jalen Brunson FD - $4300 DK - $4700 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 28.82 DK - 30.02 With Richardson, Kleber, and Finney-Smith out due to health and safety protocols, Brunson has been in line for 30+ minute rotations. He had topped 27 FanDuel points in back to back games before the Mavs were blown out by the Rockets, and the 18 he scored against Houston is something like his floor. He's obviously not a play if he drops out of the starting lineup, but we're happy to keep riding the wave in the meantime. Also considered: Eric Bledsoe. Shooting Guard Fred Vanvleet FD - $7900 DK - $7900 Opponent - IND Proj Pts FD - 42.52 DK - 44.1 Norman Powell FD - $5600 DK - $5200 Opponent - IND Proj Pts FD - 28.34 DK - 29.28 Powell and VanVleet were both chalk options on a small slate yesterday thanks to Kyle Lowry missing his second straight game with a foot issue. Powell was phenomenal, playing 36 minutes and topping 30 fantasy points for the second straight game. VanVleet was solid as well, topping 40 fantasy points thanks to his increased time of possession. It's the second game of a two-game series with the Pacers, so counting on these two for similar production here seems perfectly reasonable. Both guys get a little worse if Siakam returns, though there is no note on his status as of this writing. Tim Hardaway Jr. FD - $5200 DK - $5600 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 30.39 DK - 32.18 Shooting guard gets pretty tough if the Toronto...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Sunday, 1/24/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Sunday, 1/24/21 It’s a shorter Sunday main slate with some injury questions to answer and a Washington team to figure out. Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer and NHL Projections as well. Plus our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Damian Lillard FD - $9700 DK - $10000Opponent - NYProj Pts FD - 48.41 DK - 50.8 In the last two games with CJ McCollum playing half of one and missing the other because of injury, Damian Lillard put up 35 and 36 points respectively with 23 shots in each. Over the last two seasons, Lillard has a 30% usage rate, but that jumps to 36% when CJ is out of the mix. He’ll be called on to take a lot of shots going forward and the price, especially on FanDuel, doesn’t represent just how much of the offensive load he’s going to have in the short-term. This feels like a pretty easy play on this slate against the Knicks. Elfrid Payton FD - $5300 DK - $5700Opponent - PORProj Pts FD - 28.55 DK - 29.3 It’s never been easy to trust Elfrid Payton’s minutes, but that’s also one reason his price has stayed in a completely reasonable zone. And over the last three games, it’s been a little more consistent, running more than 30 in each. You’d like to see the scoring get a little more consistent and the assists tick up as well. But in that stretch, he’s averaging 11 points, four assists and a steal. It won’t overwhelm you, but he does typically contribute enough across the stat line to keep the floor at least relatively high. Shooting Guard Bradley Beal FD - $10300 DK - $10200Opponent - SAProj Pts FD - 62.97 DK - 65 Russell Westbrook (probably) and basically the rest of the Washington Wizards’ team is going to miss this game against the Spurs. But Bradley Beal should be out there and will likely be called on to do anything and everything. Now, Washington hasn’t played a basketball game in almost two weeks, but before they stopped Beal was on an absolute tear. Over his last five games he averaged 39 points, six rebounds and six assists on more than 26 shots per game. That’s just insane usage and production. With the Wiz...
