Sick deal.   Point Guard Tony Parker - FD 6900 DK 6000 Look, the other night was a disaster for the guy. That's for sure. And it trickled over into my life as I had to fight like hell to keep in cash games with his stinker. I'm willing to drum it up somewhat to a reduced cast around him. That probably doesn't tell the whole story, but Parker simply isn't anything close to that bad. His reduced cost has me thinking we are buying very low all things considered. He is facing a Pelican team that hasn't historically been great against the point guard position. But more than anything this is a price thing. Parker is priced in the middle tier but could easily exceed this. Donald Sloan - FD 5800 DK 5600 Still a price and opportunity thing. He isn't the best point guard on the slate obviously, but the Pacers really don't have anyone else who can get the ball over midcourt with consistency so he gets a look here. The price is simply too good on Sloan considering the opportunity and you need to live a bit with the bad nights. Because, again, he's not a particularly good point guard. But if he is going to play this many minutes, really what is the case against him? Consider John Wall and Update: Isaiah Canaan with Patrick Beverley out.   Shooting Guard Courtney Lee - FD 4500 DK 3800 It's just a pricing mistake, plain and simple. Lee isn't a transcendent talent at this point in his career, but all indicators are that he's going to be in this 35-37 minutes per game range. He's basically Kyle Korver with upside, and he's cheaper than him. This price won't be here long, and on a medium-short slate, getting in cheap here is the fast track to safety. Kyle Korver - FD 4600 DK 4900Kyle Korver - FD 4600 DK 4900 Korver is a guy who our projection system loves day after day. While he's not the most exciting play in the world, he has a very well defined role in the Hawks offense, and when he runs a little...

And now - for the next month - you can get access to our Football projection tools AND our baskeball projection tools for the same price! Sick deal.   Point Guard Kyrie Irving - FD 7600 DK 7400 So a thing with DFS, especially basketball, is not letting one game effect the way you feel about playing a guy going forward. The other night Kyrie was awful and I played him in a lot of spots. He shot as bad as you are going to see from the guy. It simply will not happen on night-to-night basis and we need to get over the times he screws us (last game being one of them). He's in a super solid spot against the Nuggets and I like him to pay his number. It's a great sign for him (maybe not for the Cavs in general) that he's going to take his shots no matter what. That will raise his floor almost any night. Donald Sloan - FD 5800 DK 5600 He's another guy I need to look past screwing me and realize that if the minutes are going to be there, these prices still haven't caught up. I played him when he scored five points and avoided him two nights ago when he poured in thirty. The truth is somewhere in between (trending lower) but that is still fine in terms of his value. The Celtics are playing the third fastest PACE in the league to go with the sixth worst Defensive Efficiency. That's a great spot for cheap opposing point guards like Sloan. Deron Williams - FD 7600 DK 7400 The biggest part of Williams' value is in his minutes. He plays a ton of them, averaging about forty a night. If you are looking for cash game safety at a mid-tier price, he's one of your guys. I don't think he's ever a favorite to run super hot, but there's something to be said for banking his 40 (or so) points and calling it a night. Oh and the Knicks stink. Elfrid Payton - FD 5800 DK 4700 Still coming cheap and I think he has upside.   Shooting Guard Jimmy Butler - FD 6700 DK 5200 Jimmy Buckets gets to play Philly tonight and that's about all you need to know about this thing. It'll...

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings 11/6/14

And now - for the next month - you can get access to our Football projection tools AND our baskeball projection tools for the same price! Sick deal.   Point Guard Patrick Beverley - FD 4700 DK 4700 Such a tough night. But this one is pretty easy. Beverley is coming very, very cheap for a guy seeing thirty minutes from the point. Him playing actually serves two purposes also. Now that he's back and coming cheap we can slot him in and just hope he stands on the court long enough to pay, which he will. Also he will be guarding Tony Parker which essentially takes Parker out of the mix for me. Beverley is far from an offensive dynamo, but he doesn't need to be at these tags. Should be a 100% start as far as I'm concerned. Devin Harris - FD 4700 DK 5200 Getting a little weird in Dallas where Jameer Nelson is seeing reduced minutes and quickly falling out of the starting point guard role. I understand he starts the game with the rest of the good players, but gives way to Harris more lately. It's strange playing the backup here, but I think Harris is seeing enough minutes that there is safety at this price.   Shooting Guard Monta Ellis - FD 7900 DK 6800 Portland allowed worse than league average scoring to shooting guards last season and very little has changed about their situation this time around. I actually don't think he has a ton of top-end value but he really doesn't need to on a night when the options are rather limited. Ellis is a guy who can get his points in a couple of different ways which helps in cash games in this situation. I basically don't want to take a zero at this position and that feels like a definite possibility with some of the other options. Wesley Matthews - FD 6000 DK 6300 Listen, I'm not some kind of expert for putting him in here, and I actually don't love his value, but I am not a fan of trying to figure out who is going to get the major run for the Spurs out of the Green/Ginobili/Belinelli platter. Matthews will get his minutes even though they are against a Dallas squad that defends the SG...

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings Wednesday 11/5/14

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings Wednesday 11/5/14 NBA is back and we are here delivering daily plays for the both DraftKings and FanDuel. Ready to make the leap and get access to the exclusive projection system that produces these picks? Sign up now and get a free 3 day trial to our lineup construction tool for FanDuel and DraftKings. And now - for the next month - you can get access to our Football projection tools AND our baskeball projection tools for the same price! Sick deal.   Point Guard Trey Burke - FD 5800 DK 5500 This early in the season, our projection system is going to love a lot of guys who are off to slow starts. This is because very little has changed fundamentally about certain players, but they've had a bad run of things. And early in the season, this makes a BIG impression on daily fantasy basketball players. Burke is one such guy. He hasn't gotten worse at the beginning of his age 22 season. He's actually playing more minutes, and the rest of the stats will follow soon enough. While the Cavs play tough interior defense, Burke should be able to do some damage around the perimeter at basically punk level prices. Deron Williams - FD 7700 DK 7300 If you're looking for your double up play, you've found him. Williams is about as safe as they come these days, playing almost 40 minutes a game and putting up a 17/3/8 with some defensive stats as well. Minnesota plays an uptempo game, and Rubio and company were awful at defending the PG position last year (26th in the league). A real set it and forget it play for cash games. Kyrie Irving - FD 7800 DK 7300 A lot of people were worried about Kyrie's production with 2 huge new mouths to feed, but it's more been like a "rising tide raises all ships" situation so far. Irving is averaging 22 points and 5 assists, and playing a very solid 38 minutes a game (as of 9pm EST on Tuesday). It looks more like the Cavs are content to lean on their young legs, and like Irving with the ball in his hands. The prices haven't adjusted to this yet. I think he takes advantage of the undersized Burke for a very nice night. Elfrid Payton - FD 5400 DK 4000 If you're looking for a cheaper play with some upside, the Magic rookie is your man. We've seen this sort of usage pattern before. Rookies who perform decently in early season run tend to get more trust as the season progresses, and you have to love his ability...

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings Sunday 11/4/14

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings Sunday 11/4/14 NBA is back and we are here delivering daily plays for the both DraftKings and FanDuel. Our week nine NFL picks are live. Sick deal.   Point Guard Kyrie Irving - FD 7800 DK 7300 I'm still not exactly sure how it all fits together for the Cavs. I mean this mostly from a fantasy perspective though it's also clear they're finding their legs a big. Irving is coming at nice prices in what should be a high-scoring affair with the Blazers. Lillard isn't on the floor to defend as his focus is on scoring. I think the Cavs will be smart about identifying and exploiting the weaknesses of other teams. This is one of them for the Blazers as Portland gave up more than 8% more scoring to opposing PGs last season. Goran Dragic - FD 7400 DK 5900 Should be able to exploit Lin all day long. Also should be at an advantage against a Laker team that still can't play any defense. Especially on FanDuel you can get both Kyrie and Goran into lineups together and give yourself a pretty high floor at the position tonight. I know Goran's struggled in his last two, but he went 18/5/2 in only 25 minutes last week when they played the Lakers. Could be more of the same tonight. Donald Sloan - FD 5600 DK 6000 His price still isn't where it should be considering his role and how productive he's been filling in for George Hill. The Pacers are bereft of offensive options and Sloan's been pretty damn good. I'm a big fan of him in cash games as he is able to contribute across the stat line. Allows flexibility elsewhere. Jeremy Lin - FD 5500 DK 4700 Your guess is as good as mine with this guy. He isn't a safe play at all, and he's shown in his career the innate ability to either go off or completely no-show a game. He's a GPP play if one ever existed. He should see some volume against a fast-paced Suns squad and he can put up big numbers in the right situation. At this price I definitely want to have exposure to him in GPPs, as he went 17/9/4 in their last meeting. But if...
