Point guard Jeff Teague FD - $6200 DK - $6600 Opponent - LAC Proj Pts FD - 30.68 DK - 30.88 There are a lot of dysfunctional teams in the current NBA, but the Clippers without Blake Griffin has to be right there. They aren't nearly as poorly coached as some of those other teams, but just lack the offensive weapons to get anything consistently done. They started off the season with Patrick Beverley at PG, who's now gone. It's now Austin Rivers, who's a pitiful defender. In every way. The Clippers are actually still average in terms of DvP, which will hopefully keep some people off of Teague. I can promise you they will be one of the 5-10 worst teams in the league against PG's while Griffin is out. It has forced the Clips to play extremely thin with about 0 strong perimeter defenders. These 2 teams played just a couple days ago and Jeff Teague put up 35 fantasy points while going just 3-for-10 from the field. If he makes the 6-9 baskets he typically does in a night, he would have been to 45 without much trouble. At an extremely fair $6.5k, Teague will need to grab you 30-35 in cash games. You can be guaranteed he will see 35+ minutes, so the upside is built in if he gets hot. You'll see people go a lot of different ways at PG and Teague is one of the safer ways to go. Kemba Walker FD - $8200 DK - $7800 Opponent - GS Proj Pts FD - 37.28 DK - 38.63 I don't know if I'll call Kemba safe tonight, but he's a lot safer than he would be if Stephen Curry was playing. Steph' is by no means a menace on defense, but the game has a much better chance at staying close now that the Warriors don't really have a PG. Shaun Livingston is back from his 1-game suspension and the Warriors haven't shown a willingness to stretch his minutes out very much. If I had to guess, I think McCaw and Iguodala see the point for most of the time. Durant may as well, but he won't be covering the PG. It will be a...

What We Know Anthony Davis, Nikola Jokic, Kristaps Porzingis, John Collins, Tim Hardaway Jr., Rodney Hood, and Dewayne Dedmon will all remain out These guys are recently injured, but this is not the first game they'll miss. Let's jump into some news that's not set in stone. Kemba Walker will return to action for the Hornets Walker is expected to be without any limitations, but it's always tough to trust a guy coming off of injury. Especially in an average match-up with plenty of other options to choose from. This hurts Batum, Dwight, and MCW, putting all of them out of play in cash games. I don't mind Howard in tournaments against Vucevic, but he's not a must. Rudy Gobert will return with a minutes limit tonight The Jazz have actually been playing well with Gobert, so this will be interesting. They've played much faster and have played small on most nights. With Gobert back, they will be forced to play a lot slower. Epke Udoh and Derrick Favors are both going to see fewer minutes and are not in play tonight. We'll also throw out Marcin Gortat, who'll have the league's toughest match-up. Brad Beal could also struggle if he can't hit his outside shot and is forced to come inside. Kyle Anderson has been ruled out against the Pistons It looks like Anderson will miss 2-3 weeks, which is a blessing after seeing the injury last night. With Rudy Gay expected to return tonight, he should pick up the 25-ish minutes that Anderson typically gets. Against another slow team in the Pistons, you don't need to focus on anyone from this game. Every Lineup Guys Enes Kanter FD - $6600 DK - $6200Opponent - INDProj Pts FD - 41.6 DK - 43.72 With both Kristaps Porzingis and Tim Hardaway Jr. both out, there are not only minutes, but excessive shots to choose from. Hardaway and Porzingis are the 2 top options on this offense and Kanter has been great with them out. Over the last 2 games, Kanter has been over 40 fantasy points in each. There are a ton of injuries we have to deal with and you'll soon realize that you'll have plenty of value to choose from. There are definitely some high-priced options worth considering and Curry is the one at PG. The Warriors played last night against the Heat and Curry only played 30 minutes. He played 36 minutes in his last B2B and has looked healthy since returning from injury. The Pelicans are a phenomenal match-up for PG's, though it's pretty useful to use their season stats as Rajon Rondo has only been back for less than a month. He's a bad defender and Curry will be able to do whatever he wants. The Pelicans don't play as fast as the Warriors, but they certainly don't mind running. Curry has stepped up his game quite a bit over the last couple weeks and I'm sure we'll see his price over $10k very soon. With so much value on the slate and PG not being as fruitful as usual, Curry could very well end up being worth it. He has a 40 FP floor with a ceiling we haven't seen yet. Jarrett Jack FD - $4800 DK - $3900 Opponent - IND Proj Pts FD - 24.32 DK - 25 With Tim Hardaway Jr. out, 30+ minutes open up at guard and Jack benefits. He won't see the crazy 35+ minutes he was seeing for a stretch earlier this year, but he should see 28-32 pretty safely. He saw 28 against the Magic yesterday in the same situation and now sees a better match-up against a Pacers squad that likes to run the floor and doesn't play much defense. Darren Collison is a fine perimeter defender, but he has no help behind him and is getting older. Jack is extremely cheap and only needs to hit 20 to come through in cash games. He is perfectly fine in tournaments as well, though you may be able to do better. He won't ever see more...

Bam Adebayo played 30 minutes and put up 20 fantasy points. His size will be needed against Dwight Howard, but I'm just not sure how much success he will have. There's upside in tournaments, but it's not a must. James Johnson and Kelly Olynyk could also pick up some minutes, but nothing is set in stone against a Hornets squad that can run both big and small. Dragic will get a few extra shots and has a solid match-up against MCW. Kemba Walker is out against the Heat with a shoulder injury Walker also missed last game, so we're in a similar situation. Michael Carter-Williams drew the start and played 32 minutes. He disappointed with 18 fantasy points, but was just extremely unlucky from the field. Malik Monk and Nicolas Batum also grabbed some minutes, but are far from musts. This Heat team likes to play slow and this isn't a game you have to love. There is a lot of value on the board, but it may end up over-owned. What We're Waiting to Know Jeff Teague is a game-time decision BIG surprise here. Not. Teague has been a GTD for about a week now and we're in the same situation tonight. If Teague plays, I don't have much interest. It's his first game off the block and Jones has been excellent. Now if Jeff Teague sits, Tyus Jones is an elite play in all formats. He has been getting 38+ minutes as a starter and is being treated just like any other veteran. He's deserved it too, smashing value in every single game so far. Myles Turner is questionable to play against the Raptors Turner is a huge piece of this offense, so we need to pay attention to this. If he plays, I don't have much interest. The Raptors are fine against centers and Turner is fairly priced. If Turner sits, Domantas Sabonis and Thad Young are both in play. Al Jefferson will also get some minutes, but will never get above 20 here. Turner also takes a lot of...

He even warmed up with the intention to play in the last 2. He should be close to returning, but it's tough to trust that when we've heard it every game and he ends up sitting. Tyus Jones has taken full advantage, playing minute totals of 32, 38, 39, and 41. He's being treated like any other starter and it's not tough to figure out why. In those 4 games, Tyus has put up 33, 51, 30, and 40 fantasy points. They've also been very sustainable games, never going over 17 points and never under 6 assists or 4 rebounds. He stuffs the stat sheet and looks to truly be a skilled PG that belongs in the NBA. You definitely get what I mean if you've been watching him play. If Teague does end up missing, I just don't see how you an possibly fade this guy in a fast-paced affair with the Thunder. With a guaranteed 38 minutes at mid-$5k, it'll be hard to go wrong. Make sure Teague is out and feel free to throw Jones in everywhere. Ricky Rubio FD - $5400 DK - $5600Opponent - NOProj Pts FD - 35.83 DK - 36.06 There's no reason for Ricky Rubio to be mid-$5k. He's a $6k+ player and can be relied upon for 25+ FP on a nightly basis. The Jazz rely on Ricky Rubio to play 30 minutes a night and put the ball in his hands every single possession. He's added the 3-point shot this year and is also working a lot faster without Rudy Gobert on the floor. They put up 120+ points just last night against an average Clippers defense that doesn't play very fast. He now sees a great match-up against a New Orleans Pelicans squad that's struggled against point guards. Over the last 10 games (Rondo back), they have been dead last in basketball with 57 fantasy points per game allowed. Rubio is far too cheap on both sites and makes for a strong play in both cash games and...
