Point guard Delon Wright FD - $5700 DK - $4900 Opponent - CLE Proj Pts FD - 28.94 DK - 28.04 After a juicy Wednesday NBA slate, we have just 3 games on the main slate. There's another game earlier in the day, but we'll be ignoring that one. We kick things off at PG with some injury-dependent value. Lowry is officially questionable, but has looked closer to doubtful. In his absence last game, Delon Wright player 29 minutes and put up 33 fantasy points. It was a tough match-up with a Heat team that plays slow and does a decent job against PG's. tonight, he'll draw Isaiah Thomas and no rim protection. LeBron should be all over DeRozan and there will be plenty of usage to go around. If Lowry is out, bank 28-35 minutes and 25+ fantasy points for Wright. The ceiling is a lot closer to 50 and very realistic. His price has slightly risen, but he can be played on either site. Jawun Evans FD - $5100 DK - $5300 Opponent - SAC Proj Pts FD - 26.22 DK - 26.52 With Milos Teodosic and Austin Rivers both out in the last 2 games, Jawun Evans has played 39 and 36 minutes. He struggled against the Warriors last night (18 FP), but put up 43 and 30 fantasy points the 2 games prior. The Warriors are always a weird match-up and even more so with guys like Livingston and Iguodala playing most minutes at PG. Tonight, they face off with a porous Kings defense. They're league average against PG's on paper, but De'Aaron Fox has a long way to go as a defender and he doesn't have the best help behind him. Evans is far from reliant on any 1 stat and has done a good job of keeping himself involved even after...

What We Know Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson have been ruled out against the Clippers Kevin Durant came into the day in question, but it's Curry and Thompson who are going to sit out. Minutes-wise, Shaun Livingston and Quinn Cook will fill in for Curry. Nick Young and Patrick McCaw will fill in for Thompson. Livingston and Young are the 2 guys who I have a lot of cash game interest in. Usage and shots-wise, Durant, Iguodala, and Draymond all see huge boosts. Against a weak Clippers defense, they are all in play. Without Curry and Thompson, I think the game stays close. Durant and Green are both elite plays in all formats that will come in higher owned. Myles Turner has been ruled out against the Heat Turner has been pretty disappointing lately, but he still plays a healthy amount of minutes and takes a lot of shots in them. Al Jefferson hasn't played much of late, but could get up to 15-ish minutes. The real guy to pay attention to is Domantas Sabonis. He will get the start at center and could get close to 38-40 minutes. He's been an insanely efficient DFS player and is one of the top value options on the board. Milos Teodosic and Austin Rivers have been ruled out against the Warriors With both of these guys out last game, Juwan Evans picked up 39 minutes. He put up 44 fantasy points and played a really solid game. He should be back over 35 minutes and will face off against the Warriors 2nd string guards. Tyrone Wallace could also pick up 20+ minutes, but you can do better on this slate. James Johnson will serve his suspension tonight After exchanging hands with Serge Ibaka last night, he'll receive a quick slap on the wrist with a 1-game suspension. Johnson plays 25-30 minutes a game, but has been hurt for a lot of the season. Expect Jordan Mickey to get back around 10-15 minutes and for Kelly Olynyk to pick up the other 5-10. The Pacers are a strong match-up and will be playing small tonight with Sabonis at the 4. I don't love anyone on the Heat, but Olynyk is the one guy I'd have GPP exposure...
Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – 1/10/18
Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - 1/10/18 Welcome to NBA Wednesday! We have 11 action-packed games on the board with plenty of injuries to dissect. The value is sufficient, but so are the ways to pay up. With 5 games over a 210+ O/U and none of them expected blowouts, this will be a high-scoring night. Let's jump in and break down the top plays at each position. Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA optimizer, our NFL Optimizer, and our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point guard Russell Westbrook FD - $11100 DK - $11400 Opponent - MIN Proj Pts FD - 60.56 DK - 64.07 We kick things off on the high-end with Russell Westbrook. He's one of the 3 most expensive players on the slate and deservedly so. He's putting up 55+ on most nights with the rather-frequent 70 burgers. He's not taking quite as many shots as last year, but holds a similar usage rate in games that he gets hot. The Timberwolves rank dead average against PG's and are in a bit of a weird situation with Jeff Teague coming off of an injury. Vegas has this game at a 211 over/under with a -4 spread, so it's expected to be high-scoring and competitive. We know Westy will get over 35 minutes here and could see 40 if the game goes a certain way. Westbrook will continue his dominance again tonight and can be booked for a floor of 50 if it stays close. His ceiling is hypothetical and you never really know what he can do on any given night. We do know the Timberwolves are going to have trouble with him on the perimeter and don't have any rim protectors to help. He's one of the top superstars of the night and should be considered everywhere. Chris Paul FD - $10300 DK - $9700 Opponent - POR Proj Pts FD - 48.21 DK - 50.56 You have to love Chris Paul tonight. He's doing exactly what we thought without James Harden and doing it consistently. With 45+ in 4 of the last 5, he's one of the safest plays on the entire slate. The ball is in his hands all game long and we know his minutes have no cap. Whether the Blazers have Lillard or Napier at the helm doesn't really matter. Neither are any good at defense and...

We've got you completely covered. What We Know Damian Lillard has been ruled out against the Thunder We know what to do. Shabazz Napier is way too cheap and we'll look at him in a second. C.J. McCollum will also pick up a few extra shots and should be considered in all formats with Andre Roberson out of the lineup. Nurkic and Aminu may also pick up a few extra shots, but are still somewhat unpredictable. Kyle Lowry has been ruled out against the Heat with a back injury Lowry went down last night in what looked like a scary injury. I think he's going to end up being just fine, but will miss at least a game or two. In his absence, Deleon Wright and Fred Van Vleet will split the minutes. Both are in play as value PG's in all formats. DeMar DeRozan will also pick up a few extra shots and is the clear top SG on the slate. The rest of the starters may see and extra shot or two, but nothing that makes them stand out. What We're Waiting to Know Jonathon Simmons is questionable to play vs the Mavs This is another somewhat cut and dry situation. With Simmons out last game, Mario Hezonja stepped in for 36 minutes and put up 30 fantasy points. If Simmons is out again, he's one of the top value plays on the entire slate. Wes Iwundu would also pick up over 20 minutes, but you can do a lot better. Chalk up an extra 2 or 3 shots each for Fournier and Gordon. Every Lineup Guys Shabazz Napier FD - $4800 DK - $5400Opponent - OKCProj Pts FD - 28.67 DK - 28.75 Easy. Napier should be $6.5k here and would still be worth considering. He's only priced down because Damian Lillard returned for 2 games. He's always over 30 fantasy points and has only burned you once out of 10 games. It was still hit value. The Thunder like to play fast and the Blazers have no problem matching. As long as Napier stays out of foul trouble, I find it hard to believe he'll be under 30 fantasy points. The price is just ridiculous for a guy with a ceiling in the 50's of...

We've got you completely covered. What We Know Kawhi Leonard is out against the Kings with a partial torn shoulder This sounds a lot more serious than it is, but he'll still miss at least a game or two. Kyle Anderson will jump into 35 minutes and deserves a lot of attention as a value option in all formats. With Manu Ginobili out as well, Bryn Forbes should get to 30 minutes at close to minimum-price. LaMarcus Aldridge also sees a bump as the offense will revolve solely around him. The Kings are a poor defensive team and he could have a big night at low ownership. Kevin Durant has been ruled out against the Nuggets with a calf strain This will 3 straight for Durant, so at least we know what to expect. We saw examples of 22 very different games and what we can expect tonight. If it stays close, these superstars are in some of the best spots all season long. If the Warriors come out hot and blow these guys away, Curry and Dray will only see 30-ish minutes and will have to reach for value. Personally, with just a 10 point spread, I'm willing to bet on it being close. In turn, Curry and Dray are 2 of my favorite options on the entire slate. Andre Iguodala is also a phenomenal spend-down option at SF. Nikola Mirotic is doubtful to play against the Rockets I think this is bigger news on the surface than it truly is. While Mirotic is a stud, he's only getting 20-25 minutes a night and the Bulls are pretty set on their rotations. I think Bobby Portis may grab about 5 extra minutes, but I still don't see him getting over that 25 mark. Paul Zipser and Quincy Pondexter are the other 2 guys who pick up minutes here, but I don't like either. Markkanen and Portis are both pretty safe and have a lot of upside ina fast-paced affair with Houston. Portis is the guy I'll probably end up with the most exposure to. What We're Waiting to Know Andre Drummond is a GTD against the Pelicans Drummond is supposedly closer to playing than not, but who really knows with the NBA. Against AD, Boogie, and the Pelicans,...
