The NBA decided to switch things up this week and gave us a small slate on Wednesday and a huge one tonight. We haven't seen a Thursday slate this big in quite some time, but we're definitely not complaining. We'll open things up with one of the more exciting games of the slate. Portland and Lillard will host LBJ and the Cavs with a 222 over/under and just a five-point spread. We know Lillard prefers playing at home and he gets up for these big games. Cleveland ranks 25th against the PG position and haven't gotten any better with the addition of George Hill. Lillard has been downright phenomenal as of late, putting up 40+ fantasy points in seven of the last eight games and 50+ in four of them. He's still below $10k on both sites and can be played in every format. Kyle Lowry FD - $7300 DK - $7700Opponent - INDProj Pts FD - 35.34 DK - 36.79 If you're needing 35+ fantasy points and can't afford the pricey Damian Lillard, Kyle Lowry is a phenomenal pivot. He's in the mid-$7k's on both sites and is always one of the safest plays on the entire slate. He'll see both Cory Joseph and Darren Collison on defense and neither are all that scary. They've been a lot worse over the last 20 games against PG's than on the season and it probably has to do with the uptick in minutes for Joseph. Lowry is a bulldog and a lot stronger than both of those guys. He's going to put up 35 fantasy points with ease and can get to 50 if the game stays close. Lowry will never kill you in cash games. Get started for free by clicking the button below. Where do we begin? With Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green all out, the Warriors are wide open tonight. The same can be said for the Celtics with Kyrie, Horford, and Jaylen Brown. While we have just 4 games on this slate, there is plenty of news to look at. Let's jump in! START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! First time with NBA or NFL? Be sure to read our free NBA and NFL Ebooks on building lineups, general strategy and more. We've got you completely covered. What We Know Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson are out against the Lakers It looks like two teams have decided to a day off tonight. As for the Warriors, the only remaining member of the big 4 is Kevin Durant. He's obviously in play and one of the top plays on the entire slate. At guard, the optimizer has Livingston at 25, Cook at 30, and Young at 28. Give or take 4-5 on each of those guys, but they don't have any other option but to play big minutes. At forward, Iguodala and Casspi are projected to see over 30 minutes and Looney + Bell are each projected in the low/mid-20's. Personally, I'll have Durant in every lineup and 1 or 2 value guys from this squad. Casspi is my favorite with Bell and Cook following. You can't be faulted for playing any of these guys if you think the script leans their way. Kyrie Irving, Al Horford, Jaylen Brown, Marcus Smart, and Daniel Theis are all out against the Wizards Lots to look at here. At guard, Larkin, Rozier, and Nader are the only guys there. Nader is only expected to see 15-20 minutes, so I'm fine ignoring him with Nick Young available. Instead, Larkin and Rozier are two of the best plays on the team. Rozier has been stretched close to 40 minutes plenty and I don't see why he wouldn't be tonight. as well Marcus Morris and Jayson Tatum are both locked into 30+ minutes and are some more of my favorite plays on this tiny slate. At center, Aron Baynes and Greg Monroe will split minutes. Monroe is more effective per minute, but I have a sneaky suspicion that Banes sees more. Personally, I'm all over Rozier and Tatum. I think they step up without Kyrie and are the two drivers of this offense. Shane Larkin and Marcus Morris are concrete studs as...

We've got you completely covered. Point guard Terry Rozier FD - $7300 DK - $7100 Opponent - WAS Proj Pts FD - 36.19 DK - 36.67 Welcome to NBA Wednesday. The NBA has shaken things up with just 4 games tonight. There’s still a lot to look at and a few spots worth capitalizing on. With Kyrie Irving out, Terry Rozier is going to be one of the more popular plays on the entire slate. Already seeing around 30 minutes in most games, Rozier could very easily get to 40 minutes. He’s a dynamic player when on the floor and I see no reason why he can’t maintain the 1.21 fantasy points per minute he has on the year. The Wizards and Satoransky rank 20th against PG’s over the last 20 games and are far from anything to be scared of. Rozier stuffs the stat sheet like no other and is so, so safe because of it. His price is already up there a little bit, but 40-50 tonight is most definitely in the books. As of now, you won’t find a lineup of mine without Rozier. Lonzo Ball FD - $7300 DK - $7600 Opponent - GS Proj Pts FD - 36.31 DK - 36.42 There’s no evidence the Lakers go anywhere other than the 6-7 man rotation tonight. We did see them play huge minutes in Denver last night, so it’s definitely something you’ll want to pay attention to as the day progresses. Facing a Warriors team without Curry, Draymond, and possibly Klay, they will have the chance to stay in the game. As for these 2 point guards, it’s hard to say which one is liked more. Lonzo is on the court all game and is going to consistently put up numbers. He’s far from reliant on any 1 stat and will rarely disappoint in a fast-paced match-up. Ball ran 41 minutes last night against Denver with a five-point, nine rebound, eight assist line with steals and blocks thrown in. If the scoring rounds out even a little, his upside is tremendous in a game the Lakers should be able to keep close. Quinn Cook FD - $3500 DK - $3300 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 14.14 DK - 15.94 If you need to pay down, you can do...

We've got you completely covered. What We Know Kent Bazemore and Jaylen Morris are out against the Thunder and Bazemore will miss 6-8 weeks Bazemore doesn't do much for us in terms of DFS, but he takes a healthy load of minutes. Morris is irrelevant, but he's played a few minutes in each of the last few games. With both out, a lot of guys will see a slight uptick in minutes. Isaiah Taylor, Tyler Dorsey, Taurean Prince, Andrew White, and DeAndre Bembry are all candidates to see extended minutes and are all in play against the Thunder. For me, Dorsey and Prince are some of my favorite plays on the slate for the price. Let's get to some of the unknowns. What We're Waiting to Know Steven Adams is questionable to play against the Hawks Adams ended up leaving the game last night after entering questionable, so I don't see how he gets up and plays on the second leg of a B2B. If he does play, I don't have much interest in the situation. If he's out, Patrick Patterson would likely grab the start and play close to 30 minutes. Collison and Grant will also grab some minutes, though I don't love either. Grant is a fine tournament option. I'll stick with Patterson in cash games if I'm looking for value at PF. Dario Saric is questionable with the stomach flu Saric plays 25-30 minutes a night and does produce a ton. With that being said, I don't think it's fair to say his absence matters all that much. Robert Covington, Richaun Holmes, Ersan Ilyasova, and Amir Johnson will all see a couple minutes and you can play them in tournaments. I just don't love any of them against the Pacers. Simmons is locked into 30+ minutes and is always a candidate for 45+ fantasy points. Rodney Hood has been upgraded to questionable against the Suns I'd prefer Hood miss this game. It would open up guys like J.R. Smith, Jordan Clarkson, and Kyle Korver for a few minutes each. Smith and Clarkson would be my 2 favorites against the fast-paced Suns squad. If Hood plays, it kind of muddies the whole position. I think you can still play any of them in tournaments, but it's almost...

We've got you completely covered. What We Know LaMarcus Aldridge and Manu Ginobili will be rested against the Rockets Aldridge is the most important piece on this team with Kawhi on and off of the injury report and they can't afford to go into the playoffs with him at all fatigued. Manu is just old and you don't want to wear him out if you don't need to. With Aldridge out, Pau Gasol and Davis Bertans will both pick up minutes. We will get to Gasol in a bit. Manu only grabs 15 or 20 minutes a night, but those should go to Bryn Forbes and Danny Green. Neither jump off the page, but are serviceable against a fast-paced Houston team. Hassan Whiteside and Dwyane Wade are out against the Blazers These are 2 of the most injury-prone guys of the last few seasons and they'll join each other on the bench tonight. Whiteside plays decent minutes, but the problem is how many backups he has. Depending on how Miami runs their offense, it could be Bam Adebayo, Kelly Olynyk, or James Johnson that pick up substantial minutes. I don't love any of them, but Adebayo and Johnson make the most sense in this match-up with Portland. With Wade out, Ellington and Johnson will split minutes and I like both as cheap pivots at guard. What We're Waiting to Know Steven Adams is questionable to play with an ankle injury Adams is an obvious integral part of this offense and there is a lot to look at if he's out. Let's say he plays. I like WCS less. I like Pat-Pat and Grant less. I like Westbrook more. If he misses, I'll go with a lot of Patrick Patterson and WCS. Adams is a great defender, so WCS would be able to dominate if he's not in there. As for Patterson, he will see 25-30+ minutes and has a ton of upside against a center who doesn't love the perimeter. Jarell Martin is questionable to play against the Bucks Martin played 30 minutes in each of the last 2 games, so this is certainly something worth paying attention to. If Martin plays, I'm not a huge fan of JaMychal Green. If he misses, I am. Green can pick up...
