Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - Wednesday 1/16/19 Following a night of blowouts on Tuesday, we get an eight-game slate of NBA action on Wednesday. Point Guard Stephen Curry FD - $10000 DK - $10100 Opponent - NO Proj Pts FD - 50.69 DK - 53.5 The Warriors are playing on the back-to-back after the win over the Nuggets on Tuesday. It’s going to be interesting to see where the big money lands in terms of cash on Wednesday. You have Harden coming at peak prices but also on the run of a lifetime. But then there are a bunch of very solid plays like Curry coming about $3K cheaper. There could be reasons to fade the Beard here. Steph has seen the shooting come and go depending on the game, but is still hitting threes about 44% of the time in the short term and might see another volume game here against a Pelicans’ team playing the sixth-fastest pace in the league. Elfrid Payton FD - $5600 DK - $5700 Opponent - GS Proj Pts FD - 28.43 DK - 28.89 Coming the other way, I do think we could see a big Payton game in the near future. As he works his way back to healthy, the minutes should start trending up and over 30. If that’s the case then look for a possible stat-filling line. He won’t score in bunches, but he does rebound the position well and playing with Davis and Randle on the blocks means double-digit assists are in striking distance every night if things break right. I feel like we are buying low and if he can stay on the court against the Warriors’ guards in this matchup then there is real upside on these prices for Payton. If Shabazz Napier sits again then we could be looking at Spencer Dinwiddie as a value play in the mid-tier. The same is true for Jalen Brunson if Dennis Smith Jr. sits again. The former saw plenty of minutes last time around off the bench and would in line for similar run as the backup point guard if Smith is out. Shooting Guard James Harden FD - $14000...

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Wednesday 1/2/19

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - Wednesday 1/2/19 How’s 2019 treating you so far? So far, so good over here and we've got a big Wednesday in the NBA on tap to keep the good feels of the New Year going. Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA optimizer and our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! First time with NBA? Be sure to read our free NBA Ebooks on building lineups, general strategy and more. We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Tomas Satoransky FD - $6200 DK - $4600 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD - 28.8 DK - 28.66 With John Wall out for the remainder of the season, the Wiz should continue to deploy very tight rotations with the starters running (nearly) crazy amounts of minutes. Even if Otto Porter came back for this game, we should still see heavy run out of Satoransky, Beal and others. Satoransky put up 20 points, six assists and four rebounds in 33 minutes against the Hornets and sees almost nothing in the way of a price increase. I suspect the minutes’ floor is more than there even with Chesson Randle and Ron Baker behind him on the bench. The price is much better on DraftKings and he’ll likely be a popular play on that site. The FanDuel price has really corrected in the short term. Lonzo Ball FD - $6500 DK - $7200 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 32.14 DK - 32.33 Lonzo got buzzed off his minutes last game, running only 31 and finishing with a disappointing 13 points and six assists. Even without Lebron James and to a lesser extent Rajon Rondo, the Lakers don’t *need* to play Lonzo major minutes because they can run sets through Ingram and even use Josh Hart as a point of attack. That being said, it does seem like Lonzo has close to 40-minute upside. I’m still bullish on the FanDuel price because Lonzo has so many ways to pitch in alone the fantasy line. upside. Kyrie Irving is currently questionable after getting poked in the eye last time around. If he sat then we could see a lot of Terry Rozier for very cheap on FanDuel. Also, D.J. Augustin sitting again would open up things for Jerian Grant and Isaiah Briscoe. Shooting Guard Luka Doncic FD - $7800 DK - $7800 Opponent - CHA Proj Pts FD - 42.8 DK - 44.59 Doncic and the rest of the Mavs lost minutes last game when they got blown out by the Thunder. But they’ll have...

We've got you completely covered. Magic (-3.5) vs. Bulls (+3.5) DFSR Projected Score:Magic: 108.78 - Bulls: 93.19Vegas Projected Score: Magic: 103.5 - Bulls: 100DFSR Projected Total: 201.97Vegas Over/Under: 203.5DFSR Suggested Bet(s)Magic -3.5Magic -160 I'm not sure what to say about this one, to be honest. Orlando is 14-16 with a -3.9 point differential on the season, and Chicago is 7-25 with a -10.6 point differential. Orlando is still doing their best to win games, and Chicago is doing their best to acquire lottery balls. To go a little deeper, though, it can be helpful to try and figure out how and where teams are putting up their points. On the Orlando side, Nikola Vucevic is going to be returning from paternity leave, and he'll be running up against a Chicago team that's allowed the 2nd most fantasy points to opposing centers. Our system is going to give a little boost to Orlando since their best offensive player will go up against Chicago's weakest defensive link. Chicago has been a hair better at home this year, but the mismatch down low should more than account for that. Our system actually sees some blowout risk going Orlando's way here, and I've bet the Magic with the points and the money line. Jazz (2) vs. Trail Blazers (-2) DFSR Projected Score:Jazz: 105.87 - Trail Blazers: 116.38Vegas Projected Score: Jazz: 106 - Trail Blazers: 108DFSR Projected Total: 222.25Vegas Over/Under: 213DFSR Suggested Bet(s)Portland -2Over 213 We talked about this on today's podcast, but Utah's defensive reputation now officially outstrips reality. After years of being one of the 5 slowest teams in the league with the 5 best defenses, the Jazz have settled in as the 18th fastest team and the owners of the 8th best defense. Portland is playing a bottom 10 pace, but they pair that with a bottom 10 defensive efficiency. All this to say - these aren't great match-ups, but they aren't awful either. Utah has become something of a public team when it comes to betting the under, this game is kind of the inverse of the Chicago/Orlando game. Utah's most oppressive defender is Rudy Gobert, who can shut down bigs with ease. Portland doesn't really do a whole lot offensively down low, so his...
