Quarterbacks Justin Herbert FD 7800 DK 6600 Opponent JAX Proj Points FD - 20.79 DK - 20.79 This wildcard matchup between the Chargers and Jaguars is where I will be focusing most of my exposure on Saturday and it starts with a total(47.5) that is almost a touchdown higher than the 49ers/Seahawks. For Herbert, he checks almost every box and it starts with the matchup against the Jags' defence that ranks 30th in DVOA against the pass and 24th in fantasy points against quarterbacks. While Herbert struggled to hit 3x value over his last four games, he did throw multiple touchdowns in each of the last two games. Herbert has the highest floor and ceiling on this small slate and is our top quarterback in all formats. Brock Purdy FD 7100 DK 5500 Opponent SEA Proj Points FD - 14.49 DK - 14.49 If you are looking to take the value route, especially on DraftKings, Brock Purdy is the cheapest option on the slate, the biggest favourite, and has played terrific down the stretch. Since taking over for the injured Jimmy G in week 13, Purdy thrown for multiple touchdowns in all five games while averaging 18.1 fantasy points per game. He is surrounded by talented playmakers and can easily be double-stacked and his price also allows us to load up on elite running backs on this slate. I will have a ton of exposure to Purdy in all formats. Running Back Austin Ekeler FD 9000 DK 8300 Opponent JAX Proj Points FD - 19 DK - 21.58 Travis Etienne Jr. FD 7100 DK 6300 Opponent LAC Proj Points FD - 16.65 DK - 17.83 All three top running backs on this slate are in play and can be stacked together with the value at other positions. In these teams' first meeting in Chicago, they combined for 61 points. Everything points to a shootout so let's get as much exposure as possible across all formats. The stack starts with Jared Goff as a value option as he is somehow outside the Top 10 in QB pricing on DraftKings this week. He has arguably been the best fantasy QB in football lately throwing for 300 or more yards in three of his last five games while averaging 23 DraftKings points per game during that stretch. You can most definitely double-stack here as both top receivers have been doing damage lately, as well. It starts with Amon-Ra St. Brown who has been a target monster collecting eight or more in nine straight with double-digits in six of those games. While he has only tallied three touchdowns in those games, he has averaged 86 receiving yards and 19.5 DK/14.7 FD points per game. DJ Chark Jr. has also stepped up and been a big contributor lately, as well, with 90 or more receiving yards in three of his last four games. Against a Bears defence that is dead last in overall defensive efficiency and 29th in DVOA against the pass, this is my core stack in week 17. Quarterbacks Tom Brady FD 7500 DK 5600 Opponent ARI Proj Points FD - 18.18 DK - 18.18 I am taking a veteran approach to the quarterback position on Christmas and it starts with the GOAT, Tom Brady. He hasn't exactly been an upside option with just one game posting 25 or more fantasy points but he has been consistent recently hitting the 3x threshold on DraftKings in four of his last five games with multiple touchdown passes in each of those. He has a very strong receiving core led by Mike Evans and Chris Godwin and the Bucs also get a plus matchup against the Cards who rank 20th in DVOA against the pass and 25th in fantasy points to quarterbacks. Fire up Tampa Tom in all formats on Christmas Day. Aaron Rodgers FD 7300 DK 5700 Opponent MIA Proj Points FD - 17.33 DK - 17.33 This marks the first time in 2022 I have targeted Aaron Rodgers outside of showdown as it has been a rough year. I much prefer Brady in the same price range as he has better surrounding targets but Rodgers is in play here against a Dolphins team that is much better against the run(11th) than against the pass(26th) and also give up the second-most fantasy points to quarterbacks. We don't like Rodgers in cash games but based on the data there is a game script where the Dolphins shut down Aaron Jones/AJ Dillon and Rodgers has to pass 35+ times. This could lead to a ceiling game and we are on board in GPP formats this week. Running Backs Raheem Mostert FD 7400 DK 5500 Opponent GB Proj Points FD - 14.12 DK - 15.6 When looking at the projections, we have four backs who are within a one point of each but it's Mostert who tops the list for me here. It starts with the matchup as he faces a Packers team that is dead last in DVOA against the rush and has given up 100+ rushing yards in 11 of 14 games and 150+ rushing yards in eight of those. Quarterbacks Josh Allen FD 9000 DK 8300 Opponent MIA Proj Points FD - 23.59 DK - 23.59 This slate is a little weak at quarterback on Saturday which has us spending right up for Josh Allen who is the class of the position. He has been a little more up and down in the second half of the season but we really like here is the elite floor he provides as a mobile quarterback. Heis fourth in rushing attempts per game(7.6) among quarterbacks and I would bet on the over this week with the expected weather approaching Buffalo. He comes in with eight or more rush attempts in three straight with 10 rush attempts and at least 47 rushing yards and a touchdown in two of those. He also faces a Dolphins defence that has allowed the 2nd most rushing yards and the 4th most fantasy points to quarterbacks. Allen is our top quarterback and a building block in all formats. Matt Ryan FD 6900 DK 5200 Opponent MIN Proj Points FD - 15.89 DK - 15.89 Things get really dicey after Allen so I am going to defer not only to the cheapest quarterback on the board but also to the one with the best matchup. Ryan has been a boom-or-bust option this season but the good news is that he knows how to attack bad defences which has led to him tallying 20 or more fantasy points four times. That upside is most definitely there again this week as he goes up against a Vikings defence that has given up 400+ total yards in five straight games including 300+ yard passing in each of those. He also has a nice core of Pittman, Campbell, and Pierce to throw to and all things considered, is my top value QB on this slate. Running Backs Jonathan Taylor FD 9000 DK 7200 Opponent MIN Proj Points FD - 19.54 DK - 20.82 How many Colts is too many? Hockenson FD 6500 DK 5100 Opponent DET Proj Points FD - 10.94 DK - 13.65 Hard not to start with a game that currently sits with the second-highest total(53.5) of the entire season as Vegas is clearly expecting a track meet and it makes sense as this is one of two games that features two teams ranked Top 10 in pace. I will have several different core builds in this game but a majority of them will center around the passing game. At quarterback, it starts with Jared Goff who has been more consistent lately and comes cheaper than Cousins on both sites. He is also coming off one of his best games of the season throwing for 340 yards and two touchdowns in a blowout win against the Jags. He now gets a great matchup against a Vikings defense that has given up 300+ yards passing in four straight weeks, ranks 24th in DVOA against the pass, and 26th in fantasy points against quarterbacks. I love pairing him with his #1 option in Amon-Ra St. Brown who is back to elite status with eight or more targets in six straight games(average 10) while catching 80% of them for 555 yards and he has also scored three touchdowns in his last two games. He does move around the field quite a bit pre-snap, but has run over 50% of his routes in the slot and gets a great matchup against the Vikings who have not only allowed the 3rd most fantasy points to wideouts but have also allowed the 7th most receiving yards in the slot. We could double-stack this one in hopes of Detroit trailing in the second half but the waters are muddied a bit with Jameson Williams now in the mix. In the lineups where I double stack, I lean towards D.J. Chark who scored a...

Chargers/Raiders Game Stack Justin Herbert FD 8100 DK 7200 Opponent LV Proj Points FD - 23.73 DK - 23.73 Keenan Allen FD 7700 DK 6500 Opponent LV Proj Points FD - 15.3 DK - 18.85 Josh Jacobs FD 9500 DK 7900 Opponent LAC Proj Points FD - 27.08 DK - 29.29 This is one of three games with a 50+ total this week and gives us two below-average(LAC ranked 22nd) to terrible(LV ranked 32nd) defence's to target. If multi-entering, it makes sense to attack this game in multiple ways but if playing just one lineup, this is how I am attacking it, ownership or not. This combination gives us a ton of flexibility as all three players fall into the second tier of pricing at their positions and it also attacks both defence's biggest weaknesses and that starts with the Raiders who are dead last in DVOA against the pass. That is perfect timing for Justin Herbert who is coming off his best fantasy effort of the season last week and has tallied 20 or more DraftKings points in both games with Keenan Allen back in the lineup. It doesn't even feel like the two are fully on the same page yet either as Allen has caught just 10 of 15 balls but has 94 yards in one game and 49 yards and a touchdown in the other. If those are his floor games moving forward, I think there is a shot we could see the ceiling this week. Speaking of ceiling games, Josh Jacobs is coming off his in an overtime game against the Seahawks where he rushed 33 times for 229 yards and two touchdowns while also adding another 74 receiving yards. While I don't think he duplicates that effort, half those fantasy points would suffice, to be honest. Either way, Jacobs is getting elite usage averaging 25.9 touches per game going back to week four(8 games), has five 100+ yard rushing games in that time and is averaging 28 DK/24.2 FD points per game. He now faces a Chargers defense that ranks 29th in DVOA against...
