Point Guard Jordan Poole FD - $7600 DK - $8600 Opponent - UTA Proj Pts FD - 42.83 DK - 45.52 We've seen two different Pooles this season. The one who starts and the one who comes off the bench. The good news is that we're seeing the starting JP right now, starting at point guard in the absence of Stephen Curry. That's quite the role to step into, with Poole leading the team with a 34 percent usage rate when Chef Curry is off the floor. He's also scored at least 28 DraftKings points in 14 of his 16 starts, generating a 37-point average in those 14 games. The simple fact is, he's seeing a massive boost in usage, minutes, and shot attempts as long as Curry is sidelined. We adore that against Utah, with the Jazz allowing the most fantasy points to opposing guards this season. Markelle Fultz FD - $6300 DK - $5900 Opponent - DET Proj Pts FD - 29.09 DK - 29.06 It's been sad watching Fultz deal with injuries year after year, but Orlando fans are ecstatic to see him fully healthy for the first time in his career. Fultz has been starting at point guard for a month now, scoring at least 27 DK points in six of his last seven games. He's also providing a 35-point average in that span, stuffing the stat sheet at ease. That's why he was the top pick in the draft back in 2017, and we have to believe he'll get better the more he plays, and the more he gets acclimated with this offense. Facing Detroit is also delicious, with the Pistons ranked 29th in both defensive efficiency and points allowed. Kyle Lowry (FD $6400 DK $6900) could be a monster if Bam and Butler are out again. Shooting Guard Tyler Herro FD - $7900 DK - $9300 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 46.53 DK - 48.6 It's hard to understand why there's such a discrepancy in terms of pricing, but Herro is one of the best plays out there, no matter what site you play on. The Sixth Man of the Year winner has broken out in the...

DFS NBA Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Monday 12/26

Guards LaMelo Ball FD - $8900 DK - $10200 Opponent - POR Proj Pts FD - 46.22 DK - 51.49 We are going to want plenty of exposure to this game with a monster 237.5 total with two teams facing each other who both rank outside the Top 20 in defensive efficiency. It is very close between Lillard and Ball at point guard here, but the recency bias has me leaning the latter as my top pick. Since returning from injury in mid-December, Ball has been terrific with three double-doubles, a triple-double, and is averaging nearly 50 fantasy points a game. All things considered, Ball is my top guard and in play in all formats, especially on FanDuel at a sub $9K price tag. CJ McCollum FD - $8800 DK - $8600 Opponent - IND Proj Pts FD - 44.76 DK - 48.23 Speaking of rising prices, we have CJ McCollum who is approaching the $9K territory but with Brandon Ingram out for one more game, I am not concerned at all. Over his last eight games without Ingram, he has been very efficient for fantasy averaging 25.5 points, 5.9 rebounds and 6.6 assists giving us a return of nearly 50 fantasy points a game. He may lose a little bit of volume with Zion back tonight but in a game with a 233 total where both teams rank Top 15 in pace, there should be more than enough meat on the bone for CJ to thrive once again. Norman Powell FD - $5200 DK - $5200 Opponent - DET Proj Pts FD - 25.93 DK - 28.09 For value at the guard position, stay tuned to the Clippers starting lineup as Powell is projected to start and while the total is lower the matchup stands out as the Pistons are 29th in defense and run an above-average pace. Powell made his return from injury last week and has looked good off the bench putting up 14 and 21 points in those two games while adding six assists and six rebounds. At this current price, we are only looking for about 25-28 fantasy points and if he starts and plays 25-30 minutes, I have no concern of him hitting value for us. If he starts I will have exposure in all formats. Small Forward DeMar DeRozan FD - $8500 DK -...

Daily Fantasy NFL Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Week 16 Christmas Slate

Daily Fantasy NFL Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - Week 16 Christmas Slate Merry Christmas football fans. We have a very special three-game slate today and we got you covered with some of our top picks at each position. Let's dig in. Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NFL and MLB optimizers and our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! Quarterbacks Tom Brady FD 7500 DK 5600 Opponent ARI Proj Points FD - 18.18 DK - 18.18 I am taking a veteran approach to the quarterback position on Christmas and it starts with the GOAT, Tom Brady. He hasn't exactly been an upside option with just one game posting 25 or more fantasy points but he has been consistent recently hitting the 3x threshold on DraftKings in four of his last five games with multiple touchdown passes in each of those. He has a very strong receiving core led by Mike Evans and Chris Godwin and the Bucs also get a plus matchup against the Cards who rank 20th in DVOA against the pass and 25th in fantasy points to quarterbacks. Fire up Tampa Tom in all formats on Christmas Day. Aaron Rodgers FD 7300 DK 5700 Opponent MIA Proj Points FD - 17.33 DK - 17.33 This marks the first time in 2022 I have targeted Aaron Rodgers outside of showdown as it has been a rough year. I much prefer Brady in the same price range as he has better surrounding targets but Rodgers is in play here against a Dolphins team that is much better against the run(11th) than against the pass(26th) and also give up the second-most fantasy points to quarterbacks. We don't like Rodgers in cash games but based on the data there is a game script where the Dolphins shut down Aaron Jones/AJ Dillon and Rodgers has to pass 35+ times. This could lead to a ceiling game and we are on board in GPP formats this week. Running Backs Raheem Mostert FD 7400 DK 5500 Opponent GB Proj Points FD - 14.12 DK - 15.6 When looking at the projections, we have four backs who are within a one point of each but it's Mostert who tops the list for me here. It starts with the matchup as he faces a Packers team that is dead last in DVOA against the rush and has given up 100+ rushing yards in 11 of 14 games and 150+ rushing yards in eight of those. Mostert also checks the boxes we are looking for in a running back as a home favorite in a game with...

DFS NBA Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Wednesday 12/21

Posted by on Dec 21, 2022 in Daily Fantasy Basketball Lineups, Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks, DraftKings NBA Picks, FanDuel NBA Picks, featured |

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Wednesday, 12/21/22 This scheduling by the NBA this week is mind-boggling. We have 11 games today, two on Thursday, and then 14 on Friday. It would have been much nicer to see nine on each day, but the NBA has other motivations. In any case, it leaves us with a colossal card here and plenty to discuss. With that in mind, let's start with two of the most exciting point guards in the NBA. Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! First time with NBA or NFL? Be sure to read our free NBA and NFL Ebooks on building lineups, general strategy, and more. We've got you completely covered. Point Guard LaMelo Ball FD - $8500 DK - $8900 Opponent - LAC Proj Pts FD - 45.27 DK - 48.25 Ball is always one of the top players in our projection system, mainly due to his pricing. We expect this stud to be a $10K player sooner rather than later, and it's hard to believe both sites have him below $9,000. LaMelo has scored at least 41 DraftKings points in five straight games and has season-highs in his last two outings. This superstar is finally getting back to full health, and it's scary to think how much usage he'll have with Terry Rozier out as well. The Clippers are usually a concerning matchup, but they own a 14th OPRK against opposing guards. As long as Ball gets the 20 shots and 35 percent usage rate we're anticipating, he's one of the best bets for a sub-$9K player to reach 50 fantasy points. De'Aaron Fox FD - $8600 DK - $8700 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 43.55 DK - 44.49 Fox is in the middle of a breakout year, and if it weren't for a few injuries, more people would realize it. The speedster has scored at least 30 DraftKings points in all but three games, with two of those being shortened due to an injury. He's also generating a 45-point average in those other 23 outings, doing that damage in just 33 minutes a night. His biggest asset here is a matchup with the Lakers, though. Not only does Los Angeles own a 26th OPRK against opposing PGs, but they also rank third in pace. That blistering pace is a massive advantage for the fastest player in the NBA, with De'Aaron dropping 64 DraftKings points in their...

DFS NBA Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Monday 12/19

Plus our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! Guards Trae Young FD - $9800 DK - $10300 Opponent - ORL Proj Pts FD - 50.89 DK - 55.77 Bogdan Bogdanovic FD - $6000 DK - $6500 Opponent - ORL Proj Pts FD - 35.86 DK - 40.73 The Hawks are at home tonight and could be without Dejounte Murray for a sixth straight game and that turns our attention to their guard situation as a starting point for fantasy tonight. It starts with Trae who has been very consistent in Murray's absence having dished out at least nine assists with at least 19 points in all four games while tallying 42 or more DraftKings points in each of those. That consistent return is something he has provided all season so whether Murray sits out or not, I am on board with Trae in this matchup. The biggest beneficiary of Murray's absence has been Bogdanovic who made his season debut at the beginning of December. He got off to a slow start upon his return but over the last four without Murray in the lineup, he has been on fire shooting nearly 55% on an average of 17 shots a game and with the help of some excellent rebounding is averaging over 40 fantasy points per game, as well. The price is on the rise but the matchup and opportunity meet head-on if Murray is out making Bogdan a top PTS/$ guard for me tonight. De'Anthony Melton FD - $6300 DK - $6400 Opponent - TOR Proj Pts FD - 27.86 DK - 29.82 After Tyrese Maxey injury, it didn't take long for Melton's price to pop up to the high $7K/low $8K range as he stepped into the starting lineup. Great news here as the price has slowly adjusted back down into the mid $6k range on both sites and that has me very interested from a PTS/$ perspective. It has been night and day with Melton in his new role as he is playing nearly 35 minutes a game, taking just over 13 shots, and has provided a solid floor averaging around 35 fantasy points and has also flashed massive upside a few times, as well. He now gets a matchup against a Raptors defense that has struggled in the short term and fallen to 20th in defensive efficiency overall. I will have exposure to Melton in all...

DFS NBA Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – Sunday, 12/18

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Sunday, 12/18/22 This should be an interesting Sunday slate. We have seven games in total, and that's the perfect amount for DFS. I always love when we have between 6-8 games because it leaves us with plenty of players to talk about without oversaturating the field. There's still plenty to discuss, though, so let's go ahead and get into it! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Fred VanVleet FD - $9400 DK - $8300 Opponent - GS Proj Pts FD - 44.79 DK - 45.72 VanVleet got off to a rough start this season, but he's been crushing it recently. The All-Star has scored at least 35 DraftKings points in five straight fixtures, posting a 49-point average in that span. His last two games have been even more absurd, scoring 56 and 67 DraftKings points in both of those. That makes him a heck of a value at just $8,300, but it's no surprise since he's being asked to do more in the absence of OG Anunoby. It was just a matter of time before this dude started rolling, and we expect it to continue against Golden State. The Warriors rank 26th in total defense, with FVV dropping 66.3 DK points in their most recent matchup. LaMelo Ball FD - $8000 DK - $8500 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 43.83 DK - 46.47 Ball just made his return from an injury a week ago, and it's strange these DFS sites kept him in this $8K price range. This guy can be a $10K player, and it's just a matter of time before he gets there. The former Top-3 pick has at least 33 DK points in all five games he's played, posting a 39-point average in that span. We expect that to be his floor for most of the season, averaging 43 DK points per game last year. Denver used to be a challenging matchup, but the Nuggets rank 28th in defensive efficiency. LaMelo averaged 45 fantasy points per game in their two matchups last season, which is all you need for Ball to be an excellent value! Jaylen Nowell (FD $5300 DK $4900) could see a massive role with Karl-Anthony Towns, D'Angelo Russell, and Rudy Gobert all nicked...
