GOALIE Connor Hellebuyck FD - $8600 DK - $8400 Opponent - DET Proj Pts FD - 22.26 DK - 16.55 Targeting goalies against the Red Wings has most definitely become a thing and is the main reason I start the article with a road goalie on Thursday. Detroit comes into tonight having dropped 12 straight and 24 of their last 28 games and rank dead last offensively scoring just 2.1 goals per game on the season. Then there is Hellebuyck who has been one of the best goalies in the league since the start of November going 9-2-2 with an elite .943 save % while facing an average of 33.5 shots per game. Put it all together and you have our top projected goalie and my favorite option in all formats. John Gibson FD - $7800 DK - $7900 Opponent - LA Proj Pts FD - 20.25 DK - 15.04 Gibson has been up and down to start the season which has kept his price down making him in play in these plus matchups. The Ducks open as -150 home favorites against the Kings who rank 29th overall on offense(2.5 goals per game) and have scored under two goals per game over their last seven. More good news as Gibson has also been much better on home ice with a .920 save %(.900 on the road) while facing over 31 shots per game. I prefer Hellebuyck in cash but if you need the savings for a top forward or D-man I would not talk you off Gibson in any format. Also Consider: Tristan Jarry(PIT) CENTERS Jack Eichel FD - $8800 DK - $8100 Opponent - NAS Proj Pts FD - 23.72 DK - 19.05 Eichel's price has crept right up and is only slightly cheaper than McDavid on both sites and it makes sense as they are both averaging almost identical points per game on both sites. GOALIE Ben Bishop FD - $9200 DK - $8300 Opponent - NJ Proj Pts FD - 21.75 DK - 16.32 We get a huge 12-game slate on Tuesday night but at the goalie position, one player stands out as the clear #1 option. Since losing five of his first six games to start the season, Bishop has been arguably the top goalie in the league winning 10 of 13 games with an elite .944 save % while facing an average of 32.4 shots per game. It gets better as the Stars open as -220 home favorites against a Devils team that has lost five straight and eight of their last 10 while scoring just 2.4 goals per game and rank 29th in road offense on the season. Bishop tops the raw points projections tonight is my top goalie in all formats. Antti Raanta FD - $8500 DK - $8200 Opponent - CGY Proj Pts FD - 20.41 DK - 15.43 With Bishop likely taking on a lot of ownership tonight, it opens up some pivots and there are plenty on this slate. One game I am focusing on is the Flames and Coyotes as it is one of just four games with a 5.5 total. Despite the Flames hot streak(five straight wins), the Coyotes and their #1 overall defense open as -140 home favorites as the Flames are on a back to back on the road and third game in four nights. Raanta is projected to start and despite losing back to back starts, he has been solid in the backup role posting a .926 save % and the Flames have also been much worse offensively on the road(1.8 goals per game) than on home ice(3.4 goals per game). Raanta can be considered in all formats but his best value comes on Fanduel where is our #1 PTS/$ play.  Also Consider: Laurent Broissoit(WPG) as a value GPP play on FanDuel facing the Red Wings who have lost 11 straight games and rank dead last on offense CENTERS Steven Stamkos FD - $8100 DK - $6700 Opponent - FLA Proj Pts FD - 18.4 DK - 13.89 Aleksander Barkov FD - $8000 DK - $7700 Opponent - TB Proj Pts FD - 17.9 DK - 13.75 Despite the Lightning playing on a back to back and...

Rask is projected to get the start again tonight and like I mentioned on Tuesday, he has been elite lately winning six straight while recording a .943 save % on 32.3 shots per game. The Bruins have yet to lose in regulation on home ice where they will be on Thursday night as -225 favorites against the Blackhawks who have dropped six of their last seven while scoring just 1.9 goals per game. Rask is in an elite spot tonight and my top goalie in all formats. Brian Elliott FD - $7600 DK - $8100 Opponent - ARI Proj Pts FD - 18.41 DK - 13.4 The Flyers have been on a tear lately winning five straight and six of their last seven games and a lot of the credit goes to the goalies. As a Flyers fan, I don't recall ever saying this before but here we are as Elliott has been tremendous lately winning three straight and four of his last five games while recording a .929 save % and facing a whopping 36.8 shots per game. The other good news here is that the Flyers have been terrific on home ice(9-1-4) and open as a -150 favorite against the Coyotes 18th ranked road offense. In cash games, I lean heavily to Rask on DraftKings but there is a case to be made on FanDuel where Elliott sits in the mid $7K range. Not only has he been great all season, he has been even better lately winning six straight while posting an elite .943 save % on an average of 32.3 shots per game. The matchup may not look amazing against the Hurricanes but they are scoring almost a full goal less per game on the road and have scored three or fewer in four straight and five of their last six games. The Bruins open as -150 home favorites and Rask is my top goalie in all formats. Chris Driedger FD - $7300 DK - $8100 Opponent - MIN Proj Pts FD - 17.49 DK - 12.68 Driedger has pretty much been a career minor-leaguer since being drafted 76th overall back in 2012 making just three career NHL starts for the Senators. He is still only 25-years-old and now with the Panthers getting an opportunity with Sergei Bobrovsky struggling(.884 save %) early in the season. Driedger made his season debut on Saturday and was tremendous shutting out the Predators. I am not fully ready to trust him in cash games yet but the upside is most definitely there for GPP in a matchup against the Wild and their 23rd ranked road offense. If you are considering in cash games, his best value comes on FanDuel in the low $7K range and allows us to absolutely load up elsewhere. Also Consider: Thatcher Demko(VAN) as a -185 home favorite facing a Sens team that ranks 28th in road offense CENTERS Bo Horvat FD - $5800 DK - $5400 Opponent - OTT Proj Pts FD - 15.46 DK - 12.49 Elias Pettersson FD - $7400 DK - $6300 Opponent - OTT Proj Pts FD - 16.36 DK - 13.23 The Canucks are in a great spot at home against the Senators who have lost four...

GOALIE Carter Hart FD - $7400 DK - $8200 Opponent - DET Proj Pts FD - 17.29 DK - 11.85 In terms of raw points, Bishop gets the edge in the system but I lead off with Hart who is in the better spot overall. It starts with the matchup as the Flyers open as huge -250 home favorites against the Red Wings who have been shutout in back to back games, rank dead last in offense(2.2 goals per game), and hold the worst record in the league. For the Flyers, they have been much better on home ice(7-1-4) led by their young netminder who is 5-1-2 at home with an elite .938 save %. We only get a slight $200 discount from Bishop on DraftKings making the decision a little tougher but on FanDuel, Hart is the play in the mid $7K range. Ben Bishop FD - $8900 DK - $8400 Opponent - STL Proj Pts FD - 18.37 DK - 13.43 Like I mentioned above, Bishop leads the positon in raw points projections but falls to second in my rankings for a couple of reasons starting with the matchup against the defending Stanley Cup champs. The good news is that their offense has not been nearly as powerful with Tarasenko on the IR and the Stars have been a much better team on home ice(9-3-1). Bishop has been a big reason for that with his .938 save % and he also comes in red-hot winning eight of his last nine starts with an eye-popping .954 save %. He is in play in all formats but most of my exposure will be on DraftKings as Hart is just too cheap on FanDuel tonight. GOALIE Antti Raanta FD - $7900 DK - $8300 Opponent - ANA Proj Pts FD - 22.12 DK - 16.61 It has been a 60/40 split in goal for the Coyotes this season with Raanta getting the nod at home on Wednesday in a great matchup. The Coyotes open as -150 favorites in one of just three games with a 5.5 total on this huge 13-game slate and face a Ducks team that has dropped eight of their last 11 road games while scoring just 2.3 goals per game. Raanta has been consistent all season(5-2-2/.926 save %) and has been red-hot lately coming off back to back wins vs. the Kings where he saved 74 of 76 shots he faced. All things considered, Raanta is my favorite goalie in all formats tonight. Tuukka Rask FD - $9000 DK - $8200 Opponent - OTT Proj Pts FD - 20.23 DK - 15.17 The Bruins are the only team playing on a back to back tonight and on the road which always raises some red flags in terms of targeting goalies but hear me out. First of all, the Bruins are an elite team both at home and on the road and have one of the best goalie duos in the league. Rask has been a little up and down this season but after losing two straight on the road earlier this month, he bounced back in a big way beating Toronto and New Jersey on the road holding them to just three combined goals and has won four straight overall coming into this one. The Bruins are also -165 favorites tonight as they take on the Senators and their 25th ranked offense. I am very high on Raanta and feel he is clearly the best cash game option tonight but feel Rask is an excellent GPP pivot.
