Click Here to Purchase MMA Lineups The middle card of International Fight Week gives us plenty to analyze in a short amount of time as DraftKings salaries were just released yesterday. It's hard to gauge the tournament finals because those fighters all have a very small sample size - though Tatiana Suarez would be my favorite of the bunch. Where else should you turn your attention to take advantage of this card? Keep reading and check out more research in the cheat sheet - lets get to it! Click here for Picks & Analysis of UFC 200 - #UFC200 (7/8/16) ***As we continue to improve our offering at DFSR, the cheat sheet and recaps below have been updated to include the Vegas Finish Prop and strikes landed per minute. Note – I’ll be checking the comments section right until lineup lockup, so let’s get the conversation going. I mean, what’s better than talking daily fantasy? VEGAS FAVORITE ($10,500+) Doo Ho Choi ($10,800) Vegas Line: -220 Finish Prop: -145 Career Record: 13-1 UFC Record: 2-0 Last 5: 5-0 Strikes Landed Per Minute: 6.14 (18+) Finishes: 10 KO / 1 Subs / 7 First-Round Losses by Stoppage: None Last Time Out: W, 1st Round KO - Sam Sicilia Doo Ho Choi two career UFC fights have only netted him a total of 1:51 of fighting time in the Octagon - registering two brutal first round knockouts. I had to adjust his strikes landed per minute in the cheat sheet to match the highest other fighter on the card because of his crazy UFC performances. Choi is the most likely to win by stoppage on the card with a -145 finish prop and he takes on Thiago Tavares, a guy who's been knocked out in two of his last five fights. I'll have heavy exposure to Choi in both cash and GPP formats - roster away as I'm looking for 100+ points from "The Korean Superboy".   MID-RANGE TARGET ($9,500-$10,400) Anthony Smith ($10,400) Vegas Line: -145 Finish Prop: +105 Career Record: 25-11 UFC Record: 1-1 Record In Last 5: 5-0 Strikes Landed Per Minute: 3.08 Finishes: 11 KO / 11 Subs / 13 First-Round Losses by Stoppage: 6 KO / 5 Subs Last Time Out: W, Unanimout Decision - Leonardo Guimaraes Anthony Smith - despite an unimpressive looking 25-11 record -  is a sneaky good play buried in the undercard...

Just click the button below, this is a separate service than our traditional monthly membership. Click Here to Purchase MMA Lineups Huge card, huge contests on DraftKings. UFC 200 brings us three title fights, the return of Brock Lesnar, three other former champions in action, and another look at young prodigy Sage Northcutt. If this card doesn't get you jacked up...go home, you're drunk. Saturday's action wraps up a wild three days in Las Vegas for International Fight Week and hopefully plenty of DFS profits for you. There are some crazy high fan and Vegas favorites to analyze, making value at the bottom of lineups a little hard to find. The anticipation for this card is months in the making, let's get to the picks. Click here for Picks & Analysis of UFC Fight Night 90 - #UFCVegas (7/7/16) ***As we continue to improve our offering at DFSR, the cheat sheet and recaps below have been updated to include the Vegas Finish Prop and strikes landed per minute. Note – I’ll be checking the comments section right until lineup lockup, so let’s get the conversation going. I mean, what’s better than talking daily fantasy? VEGAS FAVORITE ($10,500+) Jim Miller ($10,800) Vegas Line: -250 Finish Prop: +119 Career Record: 25-8, 1 NC UFC Record: 14-7, 1 NC Record In Last 5: 1-4 Strikes Landed Per Minute: 2.51 Finishes: 3 KO / 14 Subs / 9 First-Round Losses by Stoppage: 1 KO / 2 Subs Last Time Out: L, Unanimous Decision - Diego Sanchez There are literally tons of options for above $10,500, so I want to dive into one you probably haven't heard or know much about, Jim Miller. Miller is a grizzled UFC veteran (never underestimate a vet) and despite being 1-4 in his last five and it's worth noting that he has faced top flight competition as of late. He takes on Takanori Gomi who is just 2-3 in his last five fights and suffered back-to-back first-round TKO's in his last two outings. Though Gomi is also a veteran, he never had the same success as Miller against high level opponents. Miller is a great under the radar play among the favorites and is in the top-five in finish potential with a +119 prop to win inside the distance. I'm not knocking (insert any one of 3 or 4 names you're thinking here), but Miller could bring back huge...

Three cards in three days from Las Vegas, buckle up fight fans! This post will cover the first event, UFC Fight Night 90 - make sure to check back the rest of the week for coverage on the TUF 23 Finale and the BIG ONE: UFC 200. Right off the bat. Fight Night 90 gives us a title showdown as Rafael dos Anjos defends the lightweight strap against Eddie Alvarez. I definitely like RDA but there are better value plays on the card, let's dig in. ***As we continue to improve our offering at DFSR, the cheat sheet and recaps below have been updated to include the Vegas Finish Prop and strikes landed per minute. Note – I’ll be checking the comments section right until lineup lockup, so let’s get the conversation going. I mean, what’s better than talking daily fantasy? VEGAS FAVORITE ($10,500+) Joseph Duffy ($11,100) Vegas Line: -410 Finish Prop: -105 Career Record: 14-2 UFC Record: 2-1 Record In Last 5: 4-1 Strikes Landed Per Minute: 3.02 Finishes: 4 KO / 9 Subs / 12 First-Round Losses by Stoppage: 1 Sub Last Time Out: L, Unanimous Decision - Dustin Poirier Sometimes it's best not to overthink things. Joseph Duffy is the highest priced fighter and biggest favorite on the card for a reason. Least of which is his opponent, Mitch Clarke returns to the Octagon after a year away from the UFC. From a fantasy perspective, Duffy is a finisher with 13 of his 14 wins coming without the judges, including 12 first-round victories. Duffy has the third highest finish prop on the card at -105 and should be a safe bet to score plenty of points. Roster him everywhere in cash games but you may need some more diversity when building GPP lineups.   MID-RANGE TARGET ($9,500-$10,400) Alan Jouban ($10,000) Vegas Line: -140 Finish Prop: +185 Career Record: 13-4 UFC Record: 4-2 Record In Last 5: 3-2 Strikes Landed Per Minute: 5.16 Finishes: 9 KO / 1 Sub / 7 First-Round Losses by Stoppage: None Last Time Out: W, 1st Round TKO - Brendan O'Reilly There are plenty of signs that point to Alan Jouban as a strong play, but we'll start with his opponent. Jouban squares-off with Belal Muhammad who despite being undefeated is making his...

Daily Fantasy MMA Picks for UFC Fight Night 89 – 6/18/16

Daily Fantasy MMA Picks for UFC Fight Night 89 - 6/18/16 DFSR is proud to bring you Shaun Ihasz. He'll be providing MMA picks, analysis, and breakdowns to help you cash on DraftKings. Give him a follow on Twitter @ShaunEyeHas Want to see how these picks and more fit into lineups for UFC Fight Night 89? Shaun is selling lineups for only $5 for DraftKings Cash Games & Tournaments. Just click the button below, this is a separate service than our traditional monthly membership. CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE MMA LINEUPS A top-heavy card for UFC Fight Night 89 from Ottawa, Canada leaves us with plenty of options and several guys the majority of MMA fans know nothing about. As a fight fan, I want to be super jacked about this card, but I'm just counting down the days until International Fight Week in early July. BUT - as a DFS player, these cards often offer the best opportunity to capitalize on limited mainstream information. Fight Night cards have turned out my biggest scores this year, let's see if we can continue the trend. Note – I’ll be checking the comments section right until lineup lockup, so let’s get the conversation going. I mean, what’s better than talking daily fantasy? VEGAS FAVORITE ($10,500+) Steve Bosse ($10,700) Vegas Line: -150 Career Record: 11-2 UFC Record: 1-1 Record In Last 5: 4-1 Finishes: 9 KO / 1 Sub / 9 First-Round Losses by Stoppage: 2 KO Last Time Out: W, 1st Round KO - James Te Huna Do. Not. Blink. This fight should be over quick. The line on Bosse has fallen throughout the week but I'm still a believer as the TriStar Gym member takes on Sean O'Connell. Bosse's two UFC fights have both lasted under a minute, with one going each way. On the other side, O'Connell has been finished in six of his seven career losses and that plays into the KO machine that is Bosse -nine knockouts in 13 career fights as well as nine first-round finishes. There are no heavyweight fights on the card so I'll have to settle for a light heavyweight scrap and I think Bosse is the most likely to score a quick KO for over 100 points.   MID-RANGE TARGET ($9,500-$10,400) Stephen Thompson ($9,800) Vegas Line: -115 Career Record: 12-1 UFC Record: 7-1 Record In Last 5: 5-0 Finishes: 7 KO / 1 Sub / 5 First-Round Losses by Stoppage: None Last Time Out: W, 1st Round TKO - Johnny Hendricks Here's your disclaimer - I'm recommending a main event stack in cash game lineups. But, if I had to narrow down the main event (and you do in GPP), I'll take Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson. He looked nothing short of incredible against former champ Johnny Hendricks in February and a win over Rory MacDonald almost...

Daily Fantasy MMA Picks for UFC 199 – 6/4/16

Daily Fantasy MMA Picks for UFC 199 - 6/4/16 DFSR is proud to bring you Shaun Ihasz. He'll be providing MMA picks, analysis, and breakdowns to help you cash on DraftKings. Give him a follow on Twitter @ShaunEyeHas Want to see how these picks and more fit into lineups for UFC Fight Night 199? Shaun is selling lineups for only $5 for DraftKings Cash Games & Tournaments. Just click the button below, this is a separate service than our traditional monthly membership. Click Here to Purchase MMA Lineups   What. A. Card. Sometimes, even as a big-time UFC fan, I'm a bit reluctant to shell out the cash to order a PPV. I do it, but I don't feel great about it. That's not the case for UFC 199, we get two title fights, Rockhold vs. Bisping 2 & Cruz vs. Faber 3, and a whole lot of bad blood. We also have a ton of DFS strategy to discuss with big-name, high-priced guys at the top of the pool and some sneaky good GPP value right in the middle. Pick time! Note – I’ll be checking the comments section right until lineup lockup, so let’s get the conversation going. I mean, what’s better than talking daily fantasy? VEGAS FAVORITE ($10,500+) Hector Lombard ($11,000) Vegas Line: -380 Career Record: 34-5-1, 2 NC UFC Record: 3-3, 1 NC Record In Last 5: 2-2, 1 NC Finishes: 19 KO / 7 Subs / 20 First-Round Losses by Stoppage: 1 KO Last Time Out: L, 3rd Round TKO – Neil Magny The loser of Hector Lombard vs. Dan Henderson could very well end up retiring as two of the older fighters on the UFC roster clash Saturday night. Lombard was in an absolute WAR last time out with Neil Magny and simply gassed out after Magny somehow survived a savage beating in the first round.  Lombard is super aggressive and Hendo (sadly) just can't take much punishment anymore. Henderson has been put away in the first-round of three of his last six fights and if Lombard connects with any power punch, I suspect the lights will go out. The only hesitation I have is Lombard's short turnaround after the Magny fight. But with such great potential for 100+ points, it's not enough to scare me off Lombard - I'll be leaning on him heavily for UFC 199.   MID-RANGE TARGET ($9,500-$10,400) Elvis Mutapcic ($9,600) Vegas Line: -155 Career Record: 15-4 UFC Record: 0-1 Record In Last 5: 3-2 Finishes: 5 KO / 7 Subs / 9 First-Round Losses by Stoppage: None Last Time Out: L, Unanimous Decision - Francimar Barroso Yes. In theory I know how to pronounce his last name. No, I never get it right. If you had told me before research that Mutapcic would land here, I probably would have...

Daily Fantasy MMA Picks for UFC Fight Night 88 – 5/29/16

Just click the button below, this is a separate service than our traditional monthly membership. Click Here to Purchase MMA Lineups Let the good times roll! It’s Memorial Day weekend, we have a solid MMA card on Sunday, and get another chance to share our blazing-hot UFC picks (hopefully not a KOD) and cheat sheet here at DFSR. UFC Fight Night 88 is incredibly interesting in terms of fantasy with a pretty clear lack of guys (or gals) who scream first-round finish. There’s plenty to dig into, let’s get to it! Note – I’ll be checking the comments section all wakened right until lineup lockup, so let’s get the conversation going. I mean, what’s better than talking daily fantasy?   VEGAS FAVORITE ($10,500+) Vitor Miranda ($10,500) Vegas Line: -200 Career Record: 12-4 UFC Record: 0-0 Record In Last 5: 4-1 Finishes: 9 KO / 2 Subs / 8 First-Round Losses by Stoppage: 1 Sub Last Time Out: W, 2nd Round KO – Marcelo Guimaraes I know, there are way sexier names on this card, but Vitor Miranda offers what I think is the greatest chance of an early finish. Miranda has won three straight UFC fights, all by stoppage, and none of his previous seven wins (out of 8 fights) was left to the judges. “Lex Luthor” has the look of an up-and-coming star and KO’ing a guy with the name recognition of Chris Camozzi will put him on the radar of most MMA fans. Speaking of Miranda’s opponent, Camozzi has won 4-of-5, but none of those wins really stands out as impressive. Before that Camozzi had lost four straight and looked pretty bad. Among the higher priced fighters, Miranda is my choice to rack up some bonus points.   MID-RANGE TARGET ($9,500-$10,400) Thomas Almeida ($10,200) Vegas Line: -165 Career Record: 20-0 UFC Record: 9-3 Record In Last 5: 5-0 Finishes: 16 KO / 3 Subs / 16 First-Round Losses by Stoppage: None Last Time Out: W, 1st Round KO – Anthony Birchak Almeida gets the slight edge over Renan Berao here for a couple of reasons. One, Almeida is in the main event so he theoretically has more opportunity to score points in a decision. The second is Berao is debuting at a new weight class on Sunday. Obviously, this is the biggest test of Almeida’s career against another undefeated fighter in Cody Garbrandt. I think...
