He missed the first three games of the series but has been money since his return shooting 51% on 43 shots in two games and averaging around 55 fantasy points on both sites.  During the regular season on a larger slate I would likely have avoided this matchup but Dallas has had Utah's number outscoring them by over six points, the second-largest margin in the playoffs. It won't be easy building around an 11K player but worth it as he has an elite floor and upside. Chris Paul FD - $10200 DK - $9300 Opponent - NO Proj Pts FD - 48.95 DK - 51.37 The Suns will be without Booker for a fourth straight game and that immediately puts Chris Paul on the fantasy radar. The price has risen but he has put the team on his back leading the Suns to a 3-2 series lead with a chance to close things out in New Orleans tonight. For the series, he has taken at least 16 shots in four of the five games while shooting 49% and averaging a double-double on 20.2 points and 12 assists per game. He has also hit value in four of five games and we have him projected to hit and exceed it once again putting him in play in all formats. Jordan Clarkson FD - $6300 DK - $5800 Opponent - DAL Proj Pts FD - 23.19 DK - 26.08 Value is tough to come by at the guard position tonight so I will dive into the Utah bench and roll with one of the best 6th men in the league. Clarkson got off to a slow start in the first three games of the series but has picked it up considerably over the last two and it starts with the volume as he has taken 31 shots while shooting a smooth 58% from...

Let's start with Luka who made his return to the lineup for the first time in the series and looked good playing 34 min, taking 21 shots from the field(10 from behind the arc), and posting a double-double on 30 points and 10 rebounds. The price in the $10K range gives us a very nice PTS/$ floor here with a ton of upside as Doncic should get extended run in his second game. On the other side of this game, we have Donovan Mitchell who is my top PTS/$ play on the entire slate. Through four games in this series, he is averaging over 40 minutes, averaging 25 shots a game, and has dropped at least 45 DK/43 FD points in all four. Elite play in all formats. James Harden FD - $9200 DK - $9200 Opponent - TOR Proj Pts FD - 52.71 DK - 58.04 With the likely guard ownership with the two above, we might get Harden at a bit of an ownership discount tonight and if that's the case, sign me up! He may not be getting the volume like the two guards above but he is an elite contributor in almost every category and is averaging just over 45 fantasy points a game(5x at these prices) on both sites. With Embiid banged up and playing through injury, Harden could most definitely take on more usage which would make his price massively underpriced for the upside. Marcus Smart FD - $6000 DK - $6300 Opponent - BKN Proj Pts FD - 34.6 DK - 36.96 There isn't a whole lot of value on this slate but the system does like the PTS/$ floor with Marcus Smart. The upside is somewhat limited but he has been a solid producer against the Nets through three games scoring 12 or more points and dishing out five or more assists...

He dropped 8 of 16 shots and came just one rebound shy of a triple-double and has now dropped 50+ fantasy points in both games. With the price remaining under $10K on both sites for a player who is carrying his team on his back, I will have a ton of exposure in all formats tonight. Jalen Brunson FD - $8000 DK - $8000 Opponent - UTA Proj Pts FD - 41 DK - 44.06 We aren't going to know the status of Luka Doncic until closer to game-time and even if he plays there is a strong chance he won't get a full run coming off that calf injury. That means we are clear to fire up Jalen Brunson who has been terrific in Luka's absence playing 40+ minutes in both games and taking an insane 49 shots combined and shooting nearly 50% from the field. Shooting is not all we get with Brunson, either, as he has combined for 15 rebounds and 10 assists in the first two games of the series. Obviously, it will be a bit of a downgrade if Luka plays but Brunson is in play for me either way in game three. Will Barton FD - $6000 DK - $5800 Opponent - GS Proj Pts FD - 31.64 DK - 34.92 The Nuggets have been manhandled in the first two games and now return home finding themselves in a 0-2 hole. MVP candidate, Nikola Jokic, provides a very solid fantasy floor but at his price it makes lineup construction nearly impossible on this small slate. With that, I turn to Will Barton who comes in the mid-range of pricing on both sites and has been very solid in both games. First things first, Luka is doubtful and is likely to miss a second straight game and that should lead to another heavy workload for Jalen Brunson. With Luka off the floor this season, Brinson seen around a 5% boost up to 29% usage and that carried over in game one as he had a team-high 24 shots and ended with 39.8 DK/38 FD points. The price remains the same so let's lock in that PTS/$ value in all formats. On the other side of that game one was Donovan Mitchell who led all players with 29 shot attempts finishing the game with 32 points and 12 rebounds+assists for 50+ fantasy points. It was a similar performance(fantasy points wise) to James harden but Mitchell comes at a discount of over $1,000 on both sites. This has him slightly ahead on my priority list tonight and safe in all formats. Will Barton FD - $5700 DK - $5500 Opponent - GS Proj Pts FD - 31.64 DK - 34.92 We have joked about Barton all season as the system always loves him but I truly agree here as he is sub $6K on both sites on a small slate loaded with top plays. He is also coming off one of his best games of the season in game one where he made 10 of 18 shots putting up 24-6-5 for 40.5 DK/38.7 FD points. This is still a tough matchup against the Warriors so I am not expecting a similar performance in game two but at these prices, at least in cash games, we don't need that ceiling game anyway. Most teams are just treading water until the playoffs or their season is well over. But the 76ers still have a chance to make it to the three seed in the East if they want and that should be enough motivation to play the starters at least moderate minutes. Sure, they are likely to completely demolish the Pacers who have been trying to lose with a fury over the last month, but Harden’s floor should be high enough in this one to justify the expense. And seeing as how there will be plenty of cheap plays in other places we are likely to just pay up for him and Embiid and call it a day in that tier. Jordan Poole FD - $7900 DK - $8000Opponent - SAProj Pts FD - 39.86 DK - 41.99 It’s hard to know how much the Warriors value the three seed in the West though one has to assume they still see this as a very winnable game considering the Spurs have chosen to sit basically their entire starting five. Even in limited minutes Poole could be in for major usage considering Stephen Curry is already out and Klay Thompson is going to sit as well. This scenario played out two games ago against the Kings and Poole ran 34 minutes, putting up 15 shots and dropping 22 points, five rebounds, and four assists. He and Wiggins should lead the way in usage with the only question becoming if they play enough minutes to hit value. Tre Jones FD - $6500 DK - $5400Opponent - GSProj Pts FD - 30.49 DK - 30.46 The Spurs are sitting basically everyone out for this game including Dejounte Murray, Devin Vassell, Keldon Johnson, and Jakob Poeltl. Pat Bev has missed two straight games and is questionable again tonight and that has me all over Russell who has been terrific in the short-term putting up 12 or more shots and dropping 35 or more DK points in three straight games. Both teams also rank Top 5 in pace so I expect a ton of points. Fire up Russell in all formats as a top guard on this slate. All kidding aside, the Nuggets are the only other team really playing for anything these last couple of days and it's hard to argue with a player who is getting around 35 minutes and double-digit shot attempts per game while sitting under $6K on both sites. More good news as he has been consistent down the stretch shooting around 47% and putting up over 30 DK points per game over his last seven games. I will have exposure in all formats.
