Point Guard LaMelo Ball FD - $8500 DK - $8900 Opponent - LAC Proj Pts FD - 45.27 DK - 48.25 Ball is always one of the top players in our projection system, mainly due to his pricing. We expect this stud to be a $10K player sooner rather than later, and it's hard to believe both sites have him below $9,000. LaMelo has scored at least 41 DraftKings points in five straight games and has season-highs in his last two outings. This superstar is finally getting back to full health, and it's scary to think how much usage he'll have with Terry Rozier out as well. The Clippers are usually a concerning matchup, but they own a 14th OPRK against opposing guards. As long as Ball gets the 20 shots and 35 percent usage rate we're anticipating, he's one of the best bets for a sub-$9K player to reach 50 fantasy points. De'Aaron Fox FD - $8600 DK - $8700 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 43.55 DK - 44.49 Fox is in the middle of a breakout year, and if it weren't for a few injuries, more people would realize it. The speedster has scored at least 30 DraftKings points in all but three games, with two of those being shortened due to an injury. He's also generating a 45-point average in those other 23 outings, doing that damage in just 33 minutes a night. His biggest asset here is a matchup with the Lakers, though. Not only does Los Angeles own a 26th OPRK against opposing PGs, but they also rank third in pace. Guards Trae Young FD - $9800 DK - $10300 Opponent - ORL Proj Pts FD - 50.89 DK - 55.77 Bogdan Bogdanovic FD - $6000 DK - $6500 Opponent - ORL Proj Pts FD - 35.86 DK - 40.73 The Hawks are at home tonight and could be without Dejounte Murray for a sixth straight game and that turns our attention to their guard situation as a starting point for fantasy tonight. It starts with Trae who has been very consistent in Murray's absence having dished out at least nine assists with at least 19 points in all four games while tallying 42 or more DraftKings points in each of those. That consistent return is something he has provided all season so whether Murray sits out or not, I am on board with Trae in this matchup. The biggest beneficiary of Murray's absence has been Bogdanovic who made his season debut at the beginning of December. He got off to a slow start upon his return but over the last four without Murray in the lineup, he has been on fire shooting nearly 55% on an average of 17 shots a game and with the help of some excellent rebounding is averaging over 40 fantasy points per game, as well. The price is on the rise but the matchup and opportunity meet head-on if Murray is out making Bogdan a top PTS/$ guard for me tonight. De'Anthony Melton FD - $6300 DK - $6400 Opponent - TOR Proj Pts FD - 27.86 DK - 29.82 After Tyrese Maxey injury, it didn't take long for Melton's price to pop up to the high $7K/low $8K range as he stepped into the starting lineup. Great news here as the price has slowly adjusted back down into the mid $6k range on both sites and that has me very interested from a PTS/$ perspective. It has been night and day with Melton in his new role as he is playing nearly 35 minutes a game, taking just over 13 shots, and has provided a solid floor averaging around 35 fantasy points and has also flashed massive upside a few times, as well. He now gets a matchup against a Raptors defense that has struggled in the short term and fallen to 20th in defensive efficiency overall. I will have exposure to Melton in all...

I always love when we have between 6-8 games because it leaves us with plenty of players to talk about without oversaturating the field. There's still plenty to discuss, though, so let's go ahead and get into it! The All-Star has scored at least 35 DraftKings points in five straight fixtures, posting a 49-point average in that span. His last two games have been even more absurd, scoring 56 and 67 DraftKings points in both of those. That makes him a heck of a value at just $8,300, but it's no surprise since he's being asked to do more in the absence of OG Anunoby. It was just a matter of time before this dude started rolling, and we expect it to continue against Golden State. The Warriors rank 26th in total defense, with FVV dropping 66.3 DK points in their most recent matchup. LaMelo Ball FD - $8000 DK - $8500 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 43.83 DK - 46.47 Ball just made his return from an injury a week ago, and it's strange these DFS sites kept him in this $8K price range. This guy can be a $10K player, and it's just a matter of time before he gets there. The former Top-3 pick has at least 33 DK points in all five games he's played, posting a 39-point average in that span. We expect that to be his floor for most of the season, averaging 43 DK points per game last year. Denver used to be a challenging matchup, but the Nuggets rank 28th in defensive efficiency. LaMelo averaged 45 fantasy points per game in their two matchups last season, which is all you need for Ball to be an excellent value! Guards Ja Morant FD - $10700 DK - $10600 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 51.77 DK - 55.83 Dillon Brooks FD - $6300 DK - $6600 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 32.94 DK - 35.9 The Grizzlies are in a great spot tonight against a struggling Thunder team that has dropped five straight, ranks 19th in defensive efficiency, and runs at a Top 5 pace. When looking at superstar pay-ups on this slate, there are only two players(Giannis/Luka) projected higher in our system than Ja Morant and both are significantly more expensive. While the overall numbers aren't quite in line with those other two, they sure have been close in the short term as Morant has been on a team since early November. It starts with volume as he has taken 20 or more shots in 13 of his last 15 games and delivered 40 or more DraftKings points in each of those games while averaging 26.9 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 8.4 assists. In this matchup coming in that second tier of pricing, Morant is my favorite guard and one of my top overall plays on this slate. Staying in the same game, we can't ignore the solid production we have been getting from Dillon Brooks over the last month with Desmond Bane out of the lineup. In those 15 games, he is averaging over three more shots a game and nearly seven more fantasy points per game. He hasn't been on our radar as much lately with the pricing peaking on both sites but the good news is that it's trending back down and at the right time as the Griz get a terrific matchup on Saturday. There is flashes of huge upside here at times but I much prefer Brooks in cash games on both sites tonight. CJ McCollum FD - $7800 DK - $7400 Opponent - PHO Proj Pts FD - 36.14 DK - 39.28 We are not usually out to target matchups between two teams with Top 10 defence's but considering this game has the second-highest total on this smaller five-game slate, I am on board. McCollum battled an illness in late November and upon returning took some easing back into game shape but seems to be back in form. He has taken an average of 20.5 shots over his last four games,...

The former All-Star has scored at least 33 DraftKings points in 10 straight games while flirting with a 40-point average in that span. That's the stud we saw in his Brooklyn days, but it's no surprise since he's seeing a massive boost in usage, minutes, and shot attempts in the absence of KAT. Facing the Clippers used to be concerning, but Russell has at least 34 DraftKings points in five of his last six matchups with Los Angeles. Jordan Goodwin FD - $5200 DK - $5600 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 34.88 DK - 33.63 Washington has been obliterated by injuries once again, but it's made Goodwin a fantasy-relevant option. Bradley Beal, Monte Morris, Delon Wright, and Kristaps Porzingis are all nicked up right now, forcing JG into a 35-minute role as the starting point guard. Over his last three games, Goodwin is generating a 37-point average across 36 minutes a night. That's the production you usually see from a $7K player, and it's right on par with our projections. Denver is far from a devastating matchup, with the Nuggets ranked 27th in defensive efficiency ratings this season. Jordan Poole (FD $6700 DK $7800) is averaging nearly 40 fantasy points per game as a starter this season and could see an expanded role if some of these starters are rested in the second half of a back-to-back set. These teams meet for the second time in three nights after hitting the over on Saturday with a handful of players providing excellent PTS/$ value. For Lillard, he put up 22 shot including 11 from behind the arc and ended up with 50+ fantasy points for the second straight game. The Timberwolves are only slightly below average defensively(18th) but run fast(3rd in pace) and have given up the second-most fantasy points to the guard position. This is a great spot for Lillard and he is my top guard in all formats. Kyrie Irving FD - $8700 DK - $8700 Opponent - WAS Proj Pts FD - 42.54 DK - 45.54 The Nets seemed to have put their drama-filled and poor start behind them and their recent success has in large part been thanks to their superstars. Kyrie has been playing some of his best basketball of the season recently shooting over 55% on 45 shots over the last two games while dropping 33 points in each along with 16 rebounds and 12 assists which has also led to 50+ fantasy-point performances in both. He and the Nets now face a Wizards team that is short Bradley Beal and possibly Monte Morris and has really struggled lately losing nine of their last 10. At these sub $9K prices, Kyrie is in play for me in all formats tonight. Caris LeVert FD - $5500 DK - $5000 Opponent - SA Proj Pts FD - 34.1 DK - 37.53 This one is a bit speculative as we will be waiting on the Donovan Mitchell news to make the final decision but if he misses his third straight game, Levert is once again a top PTS/$ play in our system. He started each of the last two games and saw a huge usage boost taking 21 and 22 shots and not only dropped 22 points in each but also added 10 rebounds and 10 assists, as well.
