We've got you completely covered.   Pitchers Kyle Hendricks FD 9000 DK 7800 Opponent - STL (Wacha) Park - @CHC FD - 33.59 DK - 22.03 We touched on Chris Sale and Justin Verlander in the main picks article and both of those guys remain very much in play. We now have 2 guys who are aren't quite as good plays, but will be lower owned and have the ability to have a very solid game. Kyle Hendricks has been coming around as of late and remains one of the safer options when on the mound. While he's not going to strikeout 10 or go 9 innings, he will usually go around 6-7 innings and K 6-8. His price is a lot lower than it should be and on DraftKings, he maybe a play in cash games. The Cardinals lineup is not very good and in Wrigley Field, they should struggle. While there are plenty of guys with the ability hurt Hendricks, the Cardinals have struck out 21% of the time and have been much worse on the road. 5-9 in this order is very weak, with Yadier Molina being the only guy who has much of a chance to put one out. On FanDuel, I don't think Hendricks is necessary. He is too expensive and it just makes more sense to go Sale or Verlander. All in all, Hendricks is pretty safe and makes for a very nice play on DraftKings, where he is far too cheap. Jose Berrios FD 9200 DK 8000  Opponent - LAA (Nolasco) Park - @LAA FD - 26.48 DK - 17.61 Jose Berrios was one of the top prospects in baseball  for the past few years and we're now seeing why. He has ace stuff and is already throwing quality games on the regular. He's posted a great .271 wOBA  against both lefties and righties and you can make the case for him n both cash and tournaments at his low DK price. This Angels lineup is absolutely horrible without Mike Trout ad we should be targeting them. Albert Pujols is the only plus hitter and he strikes out 26%...

We've got you completely covered.   Houston Astros Martin Perez may not be as bad as a lot of people make him out to be,  but I'll assure you he's not very good at all. Perez is a lefty who has struggled every single year against righties, sitting somewhere between .340 and .360 in each of the last 5 seasons. He's also struggled against lefties to start this season, so I don't hate a tournament flier on a guy like Reddick if he's in the lineup. Jose Altuve, George Springer, and Carlos Correa will all be very popular and make for extremely solid plays at their respective positions. Honestly, the Astros have about 7 guys you can play comfortably. Gattis, Gonzalez, and Gurriel are all best suited for stacks where the top 4 will be much higher owned. In cash games, just go ahead and play the chalk bats. They are chalk for a reason and that reason is a .400 wOBA by both Springer and Altuve against lefties. They also move from Minute Maid Park to Globe Life Park in Arlington, which is a big deal. The entire Astros lineup is in play here and you can get super sneaky in tournaments if you'd like. Main Stack - Jose Altuve, Carlos Correa, George Springer, Evan Gattis Sneaky Stack - Jose Altuve, Carlos Correa, Marwin Gonzalez, Alex Bergman Los Angeles Dodgers The Dodgers are rarely one of the top stacks, as the environment in LA is rarely conducive to runs. The Dodgers head on the road to take on the Brewers in Miller Park. Miller Park was a top 10 park for power in 2016 and rated 8th the year before. They face off with a pitcher in Zach Davies who has been absolutely atrocious. While I doubt we can expect the horrid numbers he has posted so far this year to continue, you can expect him to struggle against both sides of the plate. He has no great pitch and relies on painting the corners. The Dodgers are not a team to mess with, littered with big bats all through the lineup. Corey Seager and...

We've got you completely covered.   Pitcher Chris Sale FD 11400 DK 12800 Opponent - BAL (Tillman) Park - @BAL FD - 44.66 DK - 29.48 Welcome to Sunday baseball! We have a very interesting slate on our hands with plenty of pitching and more than a few offenses with implied totals over 5. Per usual, FanDuel and DraftKings have very different pricing structures. FanDuel is a lot more lenient and will let you pay up for a few bats, as well as an elite pitcher. On DraftKings, you have to be a bit more conservative. If you do elect to go Sale, you will have to pay down at most of your other spots. Either way, you have to consider Chris Sale. Sale has been great this year, even by his own standards. He is holding both lefties and righties to a sub .265 wOBA while striking out nearly 13 batters per 9 innings. This is his best start to any season and while we may see righties improve a little, his strikeout numbers look to be legitimate. Even when he struggled against the White Sox, he struck out 9 batters and kept you alive in cash games. His upside is higher than any pitcher in the league and the Red Sox have been letting him go well over 100 pitches. The Baltimore Orioles lineup is a very interesting one against a pitcher like Sale. They Strikeout a lot and rely on the power stroke for runs. I think Sale will likely give up a couple runs, but strikeout more than enough guys to make up for it. Camden Yards is a tough place to pitch, so don't be surprised if a guy like Trumbo or Machado connects once and sends one over. All in all, Sale is the top option on the board in all formats. He has the highest upside and floor at a price than can be managed on both sites. Justin Verlander FD 9800 DK 9600 Opponent - CHW (Holmberg) Park - @DET FD - 37.05 DK - 24.44 Verlander seems to always be in the mix. He has remained consistent and kept healthy for what seems like over 2 years at this point. Once a guy expected to fall off the earth like Matt...

We've got you completely covered. Cleveland Indians With 2 pretty small slates on our hands, we can't be picky here. Fortunately, we have quite a few offenses with some solid implied run totals. The Cleveland Indians come into the fist game of the day expected to score close to 6 runs. They host the Oakland Athletics, who will be tossing Jharel Cotton. While Cotton isn't a horrid pitcher, he's not very good at all. He's allowed a .341 combined wOBA and has been a bit worse against righties. Remember, these numbers are with half of his innings in the spacious O.Co Coliseum. The Indians lineup is one that's a pretty safe stack. They rarely put up a bad performance and will generally keep you afloat. On a day like this, they could en up being highly owned, though it's very relative to only a few options at each position. Santana and Brantley are the 2 best bats against righties, with Lindor and Kipnis coming up next. Encarnacion has unlimited upside as well and makes for a fantastic pivot from Santana. Looking lower in the lineup, Bradley Zimmer andJose Ramirez are both in play. They are super cheap across the industry and will have a RBI opportunity or two. Main Stack - Jason Kipnis, Francisco Lindor, Michael Brantley, Carlos Santana Sneaky Stack - Francisco Lindor, Edwin Encarnacion, Jose Ramirez, Bradley Zimmer Toronto Blue Jays On the late slate, there is no 1 offense that stands out. However, the Blue Jays are facing a righty with their replenished lineup. We know Josh Donaldson and his history vs southpaws, making him my top play in all formats, without price considered. You then move into the likes of Bautista, Tulo, and Morales. They all hit lefties well and have been gluing as an offense. Pillar and Russell Martin are in play as well, but make a bit more sense in cash games. The opposing pitcher, C.C. Sabathia, while not horrible, has been on a steady decline against righties. He's allowed a .323 wOBA so far while giving up 8 homers in less than 50 innings. With all of...

We've got you completely covered.   Pitcher Max Scherzer FD 11500 DK 13300 Opponent - SF (Cain) Park - @SF FD - 41.71 DK - 27.5 This is a slate with some very interesting pitching options, so let's jump right in. When Max Scherzer is on the mound, he's generally at the top of this article as well. On a slate like this, nothing changes. Scherzer is in one of the best spots he will be in all year, heading to AT&T Park to face the Giants. While facing the Giants in AT&T Park is usually one of the scariest match-ups in baseball, that DEFINITELY can't be said in 2017. In fact, they have been the absolute worst team in baseball against righties, as well as the worst team in baseball at home. I know, it's hard to believe the Giants may be one of the worst offenses around. However, when you look past the reputation of the Giants, the lineup is very meh. Starting with the stars, we have Brandon Belt and Buster Posey. Both are very viable against righties, but strikeout over 20% of the time and held sub .365 wOBA's in 2016. In the heart of the order, we're looking at guys like Christian Arroyo, Mac Williamson, and Eduardo Nunez. While those guys aren't horrible players, they don't have much to offer in this stadium. It ranked dead last in terms of power to both righties and lefties in 2016 and it averaged the least amount of HR per game. We all know how great Scherzer is, but let's take a look. He's struck out over 14 righties per 9 innings this year, while holding both sides of the plate to a combined .251 wOBA. His only real issue is with the HR ball, which this ballpark will help a ton with. Scherzer will cost you tonight, but it very well may end up being worth it. There are ways to pay down for bats and if you need to get Scherzer, you can. Jacob deGrom FD 11200 DK 12000 Opponent - MIL (Guerra) Park - @NYM FD - 41 DK - 26.91 If you want to take a step down from Scherzer, there is nothing wrong with a pivot to Jacob DeGrom. You can also...
