What We Know Kawhi Leonard and Kyle Lowry will both rest tonight against the Suns We'll start with the biggest news of the night. it's not necessarily surprising, with both of these guys playing tough minutes in a thriller against Boston less than 24 hours ago. We'll see a ton of guys move into relevancy here, with most attention on Fred VanVleet, Pascal Siakam, Serge Ibaka, and Delon Wright. All four are legitimate phenomenal plays in cash games. You're going to have to figure out who you want at each price point. Personally, Siakam, Wright, and Powell are my favorites. This is just a tough situation as there is no real reason to get off of any of these guys. You can safely expect 30+ minutes and at least two of these guys to blow value completely out of the water. Wendell Carter Jr. has been ruled out tonight against the Nuggets He was upgraded to doubtful after the Bulls learned there was no serious injury, but he experienced pain this morning and has been ruled out. With the size of Jokic, I think the Bulls would like to go Portis and Markkanen, but may struggle. They may be forced to give minutes to Robin Lopez and Cristiano Felicio, though I'm far from interested in either on a slate with much better value. I actually think Portis will see an extra 5-7 minutes and is a great option in every format. He's one of my hidden gems of the night. What We're Waiting to Know Joel Embiid and Wilson Chandler are both questionable to play against the Pacers This is huge news. Let's get Chandler out of the way. He's going to leave behind 25-30 minutes and quite a few shots if he's out. With that said, I think it's 4 or 5 guys that take his load. Butler, Redick, Shamet, Brewer, and Korkmaz should also see a few extra minutes and shots, but nothing that makes a huge difference. The real opportunity comes with the...

We have a solid five game slate on our hands with plenty of injury info to decipher through. We'll kick things off with the biggest sure thing of the night, Russell Westbrook. He's obviously going to cost you an arm and leg, but it's almost always worth it with what he's giving you on a nightly basis. He's playing 35+ minutes every game and has eclipsed 50 fantasy points in eight of the last nine contests. He faced this same Lakers squad just a few games ago and put up nearly 60. They rank middle of the road against opposing point guards, but Westbrook just dominated them with a triple-double on the road. They'll host the Lakers tonight in OKC with a 118 projected total and 10 point line. They should control the game throughout and we should get another 55-65 fantasy points. It obviously just comes down to your preferred roster construction and whether you can afford the $12k price tag or not. If you can, he's the safest play on the entire slate. Kyle Lowry FD - $8000 DK - $7400 Opponent - PHO Proj Pts FD - 38.84 DK - 39.63 Kyle Lowry and the Raptors played a tough match-up against the Celtics last night, but they didn't get extended for too many minutes. Kyle Lowry, who's one of the more consistent players on this team, played just 33 minutes. He's going to see 30+ once again and now sees a tremendous match-up against the Phoenix Suns. They rank 25th in basketball against opposing point guards and don't have anybody that can stay with the strength of Lowry on the inside. He's going to put up 30+ fantasy points and you're getting him for a solid price. Lowry is one of the safer options at the position. Lonzo Ball FD - $7700 DK - $6400 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 35.31 DK - 35.49 With LeBron James out, there isn't much to dislike about Lonzo Ball. He's not only playing huge minutes, but has been...

We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Russell Westbrook FD - $12400 DK - $11800Opponent - SAProj Pts FD - 58.98 DK - 61.13 We'll kick things off at point guard in Oklahoma City, where the Thunder will host the Spurs. These teams played an intense OT game just two nights ago and it'll be a fun rematch. Westbrook dominated the Spurs interior and ended up with 78 fantasy points, including a whopping 24 assists. He does whatever he wants against White and Forbes and we should see another 55+ easy fantasy points. The game is expected to be close and this Spurs team is no longer a match-up to be worried about. Especially against premier athletes that can get to the rim. Their interior is putrid. Westbrook is an elite play in all formats and it just comes down to the price. Kyrie Irving FD - $8300 DK - $8700Opponent - ORLProj Pts FD - 41.23 DK - 41.93 Kyrie hasn't went off since returning from injury, but he got over 30 minutes last game and should start turning the corner tonight. The Magic are an average match-up for point guards and play at a relatively slower PACE. Kyrie should be able dominate D.J. Augustin and his price is just too low if he's going to get 30+ minutes. He consistently sits over 45+ fantasy points when healthy and I don't think we will see his ownership get over 25%. I'm fine with Irving in both cash games and tournaments. De'Anthony Melton FD - $4400 DK - $4800Opponent - DENProj Pts FD - 26.76 DK - 25.83 If you're looking to pay down at point guard, De'Anthony Melton is a solid option. His minutes have been a bit up and down as of late, but they are a bit safer with Devin Booker out. He's currently doubtful to play and all signs point to him at least taking one more game off. If Melton grabs the start, it's safe to expect 30 minutes and 25 fantasy points. He's...

With the NFL playoffs under way, most eyes will be on that. However, there will be plenty of opportunity to take advantage of on this NBA slate. We have seven games on the slate and there is plenty of news to decipher. We'll kick things off in Portland, where the Blazers will host the red hot Houston Rockets. With an OT victory against the Warriors two nights ago, they have now won 11 of their last 12 games. They will have another tough obstacle in front of them tonight with Lillard and McCollum looking to end the streak. With Chris Paul out and Eric Gordon joining him, the Rockets don't have much in terms of defense at point guard. It'll be Austin Rivers and James Harden for the most part, with P.J. Tucker likely switching if he gets hot. In that case, Lillard would already be having a big game and Tucker can't stop a hot Lillard. There is some concern about him playing on the second half of a back to back, here, but his price is fair on both sites and he's my favorite way to pay up at point guard. Elfrid Payton FD - $6200 DK - $5700Opponent - CLEProj Pts FD - 35.96 DK - 36.45 Elfrid Payton finally got over 30 minutes for the first time last game and it should be on the up and up from here on out. He went for 25 and 7, and it was very encouraging to see how involved in the offense he was given the cast around him. His price is far too low on both sites and I love him in all formats. The match-up against Cleveland is a solid one, with them ranking 25th against opposing point guards. Collin Sexton is a poor defender and he doesn't have any help defense behind him. The game is expected to be close and Payton will touch the ball on every possession down the stretch. Holiday will take some plays at point guard, but Payton is still involved on the...

We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Tomas Satoransky FD - $3800 DK - $3300 Opponent - CHA Proj Pts FD - 29.68 DK - 29.57 Welcome to NBA Saturday! We have eight games on the slate tonight and plenty of news to analyze. We'll jump right in with the Wizards, who have frequented the injury report on the daily as of late. John Wall is officially doubtful as we stand, and is fully expected to sit this one out on the second leg of a back to back. If he does, we know exactly what to expect. Satoransky will play 35+ minutes and be a huge part of the offense. He's also absurdly cheap on both sites, making him close to a must play in cash games. The Hornets are a middle of the road match-up and Kemba Walker will likely struggle with the size of Satoransky. He has a ton of upside and at his price, I can't recommend fading him in either cash games or tournaments. With that said, point guard is always plentiful and anything can happen on the second leg of a back to back. Trae Young FD - $6600 DK - $6200 Opponent - CLE Proj Pts FD - 33.38 DK - 34.99 Young has been over thirty minutes in two of the last three games and things have been looking up for him in general. He now draws a match-up against the Cavaliers, who rank 25th against opposing point guards. Collin Sexton is a terrible individual defender and the Cavs as a whole rank in the bottom 10 defensively. They give up a ton of open perimeter shots. Trae Young doesn't have anyone to compete with for shots and he'll shoot 15+ if hot. With a 218 over/under and 4 point spread, Young should get another 30 minutes in this one. His price is solid on both sites and you're really not worried much about him being the reason you lose. Let's look at another savings option. Emmanuel Mudiay FD - $5800 DK - $5700 Opponent - UTA Proj Pts FD - 33.37 DK - 34.19 Emmanuel Mudiay is seeing 30+ minutes in just about every single game and is very reliable at...
