We've got you completely covered. Pitcher Gerrit Cole FD 10400 DK 12600 Opponent - OAK (Trevor Cahill) Park - HOU FD - 40.83 DK - 21.87 Welcome to Sunday baseball! We have a full slate of games on our hands, with 12 games on the main slate. We have a couple different pitching options, but I wouldn't call it an easy slate for pitching. The top option on the slate is Gerrit Cole, who will host the Athletics in Minute Maid Park. The A's are projected for just 3.18 runs and can struggle against right-handers, striking out 23% of the time. Cole is a guy who is absolutely disgusting against righties, sporting a .297 wOBA and 9 K/9. He struggled against lefties last year, but was still serviceable at a .330 wOBA against. If you look at the lineup, it's not hard to figure out why Vegas likes Cole. Joyce, Lowrie, and Olson are the only lefties. If he's able to get around them, the righties shouldn't be much of an issue. He's more expensive on DK than FD, but can be worth it on either site. He's pitched 7 innings in every single game and is one of the more consistent pitchers on the season. Jose Berrios FD 9500 DK 11900 Opponent - CIN (Tyler Mahle) Park - MIN FD - 35.11 DK - 18.29 If you're not a fan of Gerrit Cole or you just can't afford him, Jose Berrios is a solid pivot. He struggled in his last start against the Yankees but has been great otherwise. In the two starts prior, he struck out 16 over 14 innings, while giving up no runs. He'll now face off with the Reds, who aren't a very scary lineup. Sure, they have Joey Votto and he can do a lot of damage, but Scooter Gennett and Adam Duvall are the only other guys that are at all scary, which says a lot. The Reds rank 26th against righties in terms of wOBA (.291). The lineup is filled with subpar hitters that don't have much power potential. Berrios is one of the best young pitchers in the game and has shown the ability to go 7+ consistently. Personally, I like him just as much as Gerrit Cole and will have them evenly spread across my teams....

Pitcher Jacob deGrom FD 10400 DK 12400 Opponent - SD (Clayton Richard) Park - SDFD - 39.78 DK - 21.5 It gets interesting early on with pitcher being very difficult. On the high-end, you have Kluber, DeGrom, Severino, and Strasburg. They’re honestly all in play and nobody would be surprised to see any of them have a huge game. As for us, we’ll be highlighting Kluber and DeGrom. DeGrom stands out for me, hosting one of the worst teams in baseball in the San Diego Padres. Even after two long series in Coors Field, they rank 25th in baseball against righties with a .309 team wOBA and pitiful 29% strikeout rate. The best lefty on the team is Eric Hosmer, telling you more than you need to know. They’re implied to score just 3.11 runs, so Vegas does think DeGrom turns the lights out here. He’s safe in all formats and has immense upside given the match-up. He’ll be the guy you find in most of my lineups. Corey Kluber FD 11500 DK 12900 Opponent - SEA (Erasmo Ramirez) Park - CLEFD - 44 DK - 24.19 If you’re unsure about DeGrom or just want to go with the best pitcher, Corey Kluber is the guy. Not only is Kluber one of the three best pitchers in baseball, he may be the best for DFS right now. He’s an absolute workhorse, going for 7 innings in every game and reaching 8 innings twice in just 5 games. He’s controlling every at-bat and seems to be coasting when on the mound. He’s sported a combined wOBA allowed under .230 against both sides of the plate and he’s striking out 9.16 batters per 9 innings. Tonight, he faces off with the Seattle Mariners at home in Progressive Field. The Mariners rank just 19th in baseball against righties, sporting a .312 wOBA and .298 OBP. They aren’t a huge strikeout team, but you don’t have to be when facing Kluber. He has it covered. The match-up...

Daily Fantasy MLB Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - 4/25/18 Welcome to Wednesday baseball! We have a full day of games on our hands, but the main slate doesn’t start until 7 PM EST. We've got you completely covered. Pitcher Clayton Kershaw FD 11500 DK 14000 Opponent - MIA (Trevor Richards) Park - LAD FD - 50.52 DK - 28.37 Expect Clayton Kershaw to be the unanimous top pitcher of the night and one of the betters plays of the year so far. The Dodgers are sitting at -370 favorites, which is easily the highest on the season and it really doesn’t get any more extreme. The Marlins are projected for just over two runs and it’ll be interesting to see if they can even get one. Kershaw is still the same pitcher he always has been, sporting a .250 combined wOBA with a 10+ K/9. The Marlins are the worst offense in baseball and should be targeted on a regular basis.this is baseball and weirder things happen every day, but I’d be shocked if Kershaw doesn’t just coast through this order for 7 or 8 innings and pick up 10 K’s and a win. Jake Arrieta FD 8800 DK 8500 Opponent - ARI (Zack Greinke) Park - PHI FD - 35.95 DK - 18.65 There’s a cut and dry top play on this slate in Clayton Kershaw. I just want to be clear in saying that if you can afford him, play him. He can’t be in a better spot than this and it’s hard to find any spot as safe as this in baseball. With that being said, there are times to pay down and look for a bit of value. Jake Arrieta and Zack Greinke will face off in Citizens Bank Park, with Arrieta the current favorite. The Diamondbacks are a whole lot worse on the road and can get dominated by righties, sporting a .308 team wOBA and a 27% strikeout rate. Arrieta on the other hand has turned things around and is looking like the ace we’re used to. He was bad against lefties in 2017 but worked on it in the offseason and it looks like his demons may have been conquered. Remember, this is a very smart pitcher that was able to change...
Daily Fantasy MLB Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – 4/23/18
Daily Fantasy MLB Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - 4/23/18 Welcome to a Monday baseball! We have a solid 8-game slate on our hands with a few pitching options and plenty of bats in high-upside spots. There’s also a game in Coors Field with a team expected to score over six runs, so there’s that added dynamic as well. Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our MLB optimizer and our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! Pitcher Gerrit Cole FD 10700 DK 12600 Opponent - LAA (Tyler Skaggs) Park - HOU FD - 37.92 DK - 20.21 On the high-end of pitchers we have Gerrit Cole who will host the Angels in Minute Maid Park. While the Angels are a very good offense against both righties and lefties, the Angels typically toss out 7 of 9 right-handers. It only matters so much because of this match-up. Against lefties, Cole has struggled with a .335 wOBA. Against righties, he allowed just a .297 wOBA and struck out 8.5 batters per nine innings. There are certainly some scary bats to get through here, but they’re from the right side and I think Cole gets it done. He’s been one of the best pitchers in all of baseball to begin the campaign and I expect another 7+ inning performance. Carlos Carrasco FD 9600 DK 11700 Opponent - BAL (Kevin Gausman) Park - BAL FD - 38.38 DK - 20.84 If paying up for Gerrit Cole doesn’t sound like a good plan, you probably want to pivot over to Carlos Carrasco. He started off the season a bit rocky, but has evened things out and has gone 7 and 9 innings in each of the last two games. He gave up just a single run after striking out 13 total. He was well over 10 K/9 in 2017 and held a .273 wOBA against batters from the right side. He faces off with the Orioles tonight, who are one of the league's more disappointing offenses. Against righties, they’re 27th in strikeouts at 27% and 23rd in wOBA at .335. Simply put, they strike out a lot and don’t make up for it with any power. Carrasco can be as elite as anyone in baseball when on his game and the Orioles swing-happy order will only help. I personally still think a Gerrit Cole is just a tad bit safer, but I’ll admittedly have exposure to both on a lot of teams....

We have a full slate of games on our hands, but only 9 games made it to the main slate. We have a clear top option on the slate and he’s going to cost you a fortune, but could very well be worth it. Corey Kluber and the Indians will go into Camden Yards with the Orioles holding just a 2.73 implied run total. You rarely see that with Kershaw. The Orioles rank 26th in baseball in terms of wOBA and dead last in strikeouts at close to 30%. The Ballpark doesn’t help Kluber, but you can’t hit it out if you can’t hit it. This Orioles lineup is packed full of strikeouts and I wouldn’t be surprised to see Kluber coast over that 10 mark tonight on his way to an easy W and 7+ innings. If you have the funds and are a fan of some cheaper bats, Kluber is the easy choice. Lance McCullers Jr. FD 8800 DK 11200 Opponent - CHW (Reynaldo Lopez) Park - CHW FD - 37.6 DK - 20.19 If you’re looking to save some funds and find yourself looking in the $8k’s, I think you have another extremely easy choice. Lance McCullers has his best outing of 2018 last time out and ended up striking out 11 Mariners. He went seven innings and gave up just one solo homer in the 1st inning to Robbie Cano. When his pitches are working, McCullers is as effective as anyone in baseball. He’s facing off white a White Sox lineup tonight that is one of the least intimidating in baseball. They rank in the bottom 10 against righties and strikeout 26% of the time. There are obviously 2 or 3 bats to be scared of, but the rest are absolutely horrid. McCullers has been priced down a bit and is in a phenomenal spot to go 7 innings with 10 strikeouts once again. Strongly consider David Price as a -134 favorite against the A's. It's not the best matchup in the world but he's coming rather cheap these days after an uneven start to the season. Patrick Corbin also deserves a nod...
