A quick heads up - we post an updates article every day in the early afternoon, EST, to catch everyone up on how things are changing as a result of whatever news has come through. We also have great talks in the comments of that article. Hope to see you there! Stacking in DFS MLB is such an important concept if you’re looking to take down a big tournament on FanDuel or DraftKings. It’s also a good way to diversify cash games because the variance in baseball can mean wild swings (ahem) in the scoring on a particular slate. The concept is easy. You want to pile players from one or two teams into your lineups because those guys compound scores by helping each other score runs when the going is good. Pitching Targets Jake Arrieta FD 12100 DK 12100 Opponent - PIT (Niese) Park - @PIT FD - 42.41 DK - 23.32 Our top cash-game play of the day is Jake Arrieta. He was dominant in 2015, and already has a no-hitter under his belt in 2016. Since 2015, Arrieta has been lights out with a 2.42 FIP (2nd in MLB), 26.8 K% (8th in MLB) and a 0.85 WHIP (T-1st in MLB). Not only has he been able to fan hitters and allow less than one walk/hit per inning, but he also owns a stellar 56.1 GB% (5th in MLB). This shows his ability to keep the ball low in the strike zone and force a lot of groundballs, which limits damage. The matchup isn't the prettiest for Arrieta, as he will be going up against the Pirates, but he will still do his thing and is the top cash-play game of the day. Matt Moore FD 7600 DK 8600 Opponent - LAD (Kazmir) Park - @TB FD - 27.24 DK - 13.74 Matt Moore is one of my top GPP...

Daily Fantasy MLB Hitter Stacks for FanDuel and DraftKings- 5/2/16 Welcome to our new daily article breaking down some of the other stacking targets on this slate. Stack Targets New York Mets vs. Mike Foltynewicz (Braves) Park - Citi Field Mike Foltynewicz has really struggled in the early going of his career, and I don't see things better for him tonight. He has a 5.05 FIP and 1.77 HR/9, which means he is allowing almost two homers per game. Foltynewicz has also struggled getting outs, as opposing hitters have a .306 AVG against him, which puts the Mets in a perfect position to do some damage. Now let's get to the bats I am looking to target against Foltynewicz. There isn't a clear-cut place to start with this Mets' lineup. A lot of these hitters hit right-handed pitching well, so I will look to see with which handiness of hitter Foltynewicz struggles with the most. And that is -- Left-handed batters. They have a career .401 wOBA and.582 SLG against him, so I will just start with Curtis Granderson, Neil Walker, Michael Conforto and Lucas Duda. These four left-handed bats will be hitting at the top of the order and will have plenty of opportunities to drive...

Pitching Targets Johnny Cueto FD 10600 DK 10800 Opponent - CIN (Finnegan) Park - @CIN FD - 36.75 DK - 19.93 I know he was in our MLB baseball picks article, but he is the clear No.1 pitcher on tonight's slate! Johnny Cueto has been outstanding to start the 2016 season, and I don't see the Cincinnati Reds slowing him down tonight. Cueto looks like the Cueto we were all accustomed to seeing when he was in a Reds' uniform. He has a 3.4 BB% (6th in MLB), which shows the control he has in his pitches. Not only has Cueto shown us that he has control of his pitches, but has also shown us his ability to punch guys out, as he owns a 22.6 K%. Speaking of strikeouts -- the Reds have a 22.2 K% (10th in MLB) against right-handed pitchers, in 2016. I see Cueto dominating the Reds tonight and is a great play in all formats! Dallas Keuchel FD 10500 DK 9900 Opponent - MIN (Berrios) Park - @HOUFD - 36.15 DK - 19.12 Next up on our list is -- Dallas Keuchel. Sure, some people might be afraid to use him, as he has allowed 11 earned runs in his last two outings, but he was pitching on the road. Tonight, he will be pitching at home, which is where he is dominant. Since 2015, he owns a 2.04 FIP and a 0.89 WHIP when pitching at home. And to make things better for Keuchel and his beard, they will be going up against the Twins. They have had a rough start to the season and have...
