Wow! The Sabres are ranked 21st on offense and Pittsburgh should dominate them as soon as the puck drops today. Murray has won three of his last four starts and gave up only two goals against Tampa Bay last time out. The young star in the making is 10-4-2 in his last 16 games with a .927 save % and a 2.30 GAA. He has won his last four starts and has allowed only four goals in his last three games. The Flames have won five in a row and tonight they welcome the Red Wings and their fifth worst offense to town. Like most Sunday slates, this is a weird one as we have a couple of early games, a few mid-afternoon games and a few evening games. With that being said, after digging a little deeper into the statistics pool, Corey Crawford stood out to me the most today. First of all, St. Louis is coming off of their long bye week and so far this year, most of the other teams have shown a ton of rust while in similar situations. Crawford has won his last two starts and while he allowed three goals in each of those two starts, he made some huge saves and should have a ton of confidence coming into this game. His career record against St. Louis is 15-6-5 with three shutouts which is pretty darned good.
