That is mainly because this game will be played in New York. Well, Montreal loves travelling to Manhattan as they won both regular season meetings there this season and they won easily last game by a score of 3-1. Price was about two minutes away from a shut-out. All three home teams are currently small favorites to win today and even though Talbot has two shutouts in a row, I don't see him shutting the Sharks down in the shark tank again this evening. Montreal is out-playing New York right now and look for Price and the Habs to come away with another road victory. The superstar goalie has faced an average of 30 shots per game this series while allowing only five goals in three games.   MONTREAL CANADIENS VS. The Blues won the first two games in a very tough atmosphere in Minnesota and now they travel home to play the next two games. I said before the playoffs started that St. Louis was my upset pick of the first round and they aren't letting me down so far. After being out-shot 52-26 in the first game, they tightened up on defense and Minnesota only out-shot them 24-22 last game. The Wild won't go down without a fight though and it should be another close game today. Jake Allen FD - $8900 DK - $7900 Opponent - MIN Proj Pts FD - 14.96 DK - 3.74 The Blues are currently only -110 favorites to win today, but Allen faced 76 shots in the first two games, so even if the Wild pull away with a victory, he should still exceed value. I personally think that the Blues are currently too strong for Minnesota and they will go up 3-0 in the series. Allen has only allowed two goals so far in both games and he is my favorite goalie in all formats today. The Rangers won the first game 2-0 with the second goal being an empty netter. The teams both fired 31 shots on the opposing goalie, so we could have a higher scoring game today. On that note, both goalies played exceptional as they usually do, so that makes both offenses very hard to target from a fantasy perspective.   Max Pacioretty FD - $7400 DK - $7100 Opponent - NYR Proj Pts FD - 15.29 DK - 4.45 I'm staying far away from this game in cash games, but I do like a couple of guys for GPP's, especially if they happen to score a pile of goals. Stranger things have happened. Pacioretty had five shots on goal in the first game of the series. He plays on the top line and the #1 PP unit and has arguably the most upside of anyone. Derek Stepan FD - $5700 DK - $6100 Opponent - MON Proj Pts FD - 10.27 DK - 3.01 Here we have another guy who plays on the top line and #1 PP unit for his team. He logged 19 minutes of ice-time last game which was five minutes more than the second-line center, Mike Zibanejad. As long as Price stays healthy, I don't see the Rangers putting up too much of a fight as they've gotten worse as the year has moved on. Montreal won all three games against the Rangers this season with two of them were in New York. The Rangers won the last series 4-2 in 2014, so look for the Habs to have revenge on their minds. It's a boring matchup from a fantasy perspective except for their stud goalie who we need to talk about. This pick isn't as much about Howard as it is about the team as a whole. The Red Wings are playing their last game at the legendary Joe Louis Arena this evening and you can bet that they will want to win. Howard is a backup at this point in his successful career and it is fitting that he gets the nod today against the Devils and their 29th ranked offense. The veteran tender has lost his last three starts, but don't think about that. Think about the fact that New Jersey is bad and Detroit is listed as a -175 favorite this evening. Look for Howard and the Wings to pull out a victory for their city and he is a solid play in all formats.     Braden Holtby FD - $9400 DK - $8400 Opponent - FLA Proj Pts FD - 19.11 DK - 4.78 On a day like this where there isn't much to play for, we have to look for other reasons to roster certain players. Normally, with the Capitals having first place in the entire league locked up, they may let Holtby rest half-way through the game. Well, that isn't the case today since Grubauer played a full game yesterday. Holtby will play the entire game today (knock on wood) against the Panthers and their 16th ranked defense. Florida defeated buffalo 3-0...
