Game by Game Breakdown for Thanksgiving 2019 on FanDuel and DraftKings Happy Turkey Day! We've got three real stinkers on the slate today, but we aren't worried about watching good games, we want to win some money at DFS! And even on a tough slate, that's absolutely a possibility. Let's get you in and out and back to that loving family of yours! Want access to the projections that power these picks? For a limited time we're offering a free one week trial to all the sports that we cover - that's optimal lineups for NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB - for the same low price. Get started now! START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! Chicago Bears at the Detroit Lions The Bears are favored by 3 in a game with a 38.5 point total. Here's one for the ages. Driskel! Trubisky! A cheese plate, and small talk with your early guests! What more could you ask for? Still, on a three game slate we can't really just cross anything off, so let's look at a few options here. The Detroit Lions Bo Scarbrough FD 6100 DK 4700 Opponent CHI Proj Points FD - 11.15 DK - 10.82 The Lions finally seem to have made up their mind about what to do at running back, and last week Scarbrough had 19 touches for 98 yards. It just looks like they don't totally want to trust Driskel, and if that's the case he could be in line for the, ahem, Lion's share of the workload once again. The troubling thing, of course, is that the Bears have a great defense and Scarbrough himself isn't exactly amazing. On a three game slate, though, a cheap running back could be just what the doctor ordered. Marvin Jones FD 6400 DK 5300 Opponent CHI Proj Points FD - 12.53 DK - 14.67 Kenny Golladay FD 7100 DK 6100 Opponent CHI Proj Points FD - 14.82 DK - 16.98 This is as good as the getting gets from this game, at least on FanDuel. There aren't a lot of nice things to say about these two, but let's see how we do. First, the bad. Chicago is a top 6 defense by DVOA's standards. The Lions will likely be playing Jeff Driskel, and even he isn't a sure thing. Not exactly what you're looking for. On the good side, though, these two accounted for 16 of Driskel's 33 attempts last week, with Jones getting more volume and Golladay being more efficient. The big thing here is likely the price tier these guys fall into. Our lineup optimizer thinks you sort of need an extra WR in this price range, and you don't have a lot...

Point Guard Jamal Murray FD - $7200 DK - $7300 Opponent - PHO Proj Pts FD - 35.99 DK - 36.8 It's hard to imagine Murray not hitting some pretty huge ownership today. Phoenix isn't as bad on defense as they've been in the past, but they are playing a top 10 pace, and on a four game slate that means they are one of the best match-ups going. For his part, Murray is just underpriced relative to his current opportunity. As we saw in the Boston game, Murray has 38 minute upside, and that's a fantastic deal for a guy who will average a little bit more than a fantasy point per minute. Everything is trending up for Murray at the moment. He's got 11 steals in his past three game. He's actually exceeded his season averages in every stat except rebounds in that stretch. Grabbing him on a small slate as a high floor play seems pretty easy to me. Tyler Johnson FD - $4200 DK - $4200 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 20.79 DK - 21.17 Frank Ntilikina FD - $4400 DK - $4500 Opponent - BKN Proj Pts FD - 23.34 DK - 22.44 With the two best point guard plays of the day going in the 3:30 game, we are left with precious little to choose from at PG today. I can see a strong case for running either of these cheapies, though. Ntilikina's production hasn't always been there, but since returning to the team he's clearly been in line for 32-37 minute rotations in close games, and Vegas only sees the Knicks as two point dogs to the Kyrie-less Nets. Johnson is another guy whose price should be on the rise, as the 30 minute rotations he's playing right now are not accounted for in his price. He becomes unplayable if Rubio plays, but that looks unlikely at this point. All in all both of these represent a way to get away from a tough position cheaply.   Shooting Guard Spencer Dinwiddie FD - $7900 DK - $7700 Opponent - NY Proj Pts FD - 42.01 DK - 43.42 Dinwiddie has been...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Friday, 11/22/19

Posted by on Nov 21, 2019 in Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks, DraftKings NBA Picks, FanDuel NBA Picks, featured, News | 0 comments

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Friday, 11/22/19   After a two game slate on Thursday we're back with the full Monte on Friday, and there are no shortage of interesting situations to break down. Let's get to it. Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our NFL Optimizer and NHL Projections as well. Plus our new player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! First time with NBA or NFL? Be sure to read our free NBA and NFL Ebooks on building lineups, general strategy and more. We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Luka Doncic FD - $12100 DK - $11400 Opponent - CLE Proj Pts FD - 59.14 DK - 62.87 Luka's crusade for the best 20 year old season ever continued against the Warriors, where we were blessed to own him as he put up 70.1 FanDuel points in 25 minutes of play. He had 25/5/5 after the first quarter, and he finally answered how he would perform against NCAA level talent. It'll be a stiffer challenge against Cleveland tonight, but sort of not really. The Mavs are 10 point favorites here, but as Luka taught us last night, if the Mavs are on the good end of blowouts it's because he's doing the, er, blowing. Shaquille Harrison FD - $4400 DK - $5000 Opponent - MIA Proj Pts FD - 25.65 DK - 25.21 So I went from calling Harrison a classic trap play on Thursday to cursing his name, since he and Daniel Theis were all that stood in the way of our optimal lineup on FanDuel winning the big tournaments. Harrison put up an incredible 15/11/5/1/3 in a complete tour de force, and after he crushed his opportunity so thoroughly it stands to reason that he could see even more than 26 minutes in this one. With the Bulls thirsty for moral victories, I wouldn't be surprised if we were still buying low on Harrison here. Also considered: Lots of guys! There are just a lot of plays tonight, and this will be a theme at most positions. Some other guys in different price tiers you can look at are Kemba Walker, Trae Young, and Cory Joseph if he's starting again. Shooting Guard Spencer Dinwiddie FD - $7500 DK - $7600 Opponent - SAC Proj Pts FD - 40.64 DK - 41.9 Dinwiddie filled in for Kyrie on Wednesday, and was a chalk option, popping off for 20/4/8 and his second straight 8 assist game. Sacramento has played slow this season, but they have still been...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Thursday, 11/21/19

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Thursday, 11/21/19   With a 2 game slate tonight, we'll deviate from the usual format to give you a window into everything you need to know for each of the two games. You're going to have to mix and match plays regardless, so this should help you get started with what you need to know. Portland Trail Blazers at the Milwaukee Bucks There is no total or line for this game since there is outstanding injury news. With Damian Lillard already ruled out for this one, we have to at least be a little worried about blowout risk. That being said, there are a few clear plays from this game. Anfernee Simons FD - $4800 DK - $4700 Opponent - MIL Proj Pts FD - 30.18 DK - 32.52 The easiest play of your life on this slate. Simons played 36 minutes against the Pelicans, and while he didn't totally get there, I think his points per minute production from earlier this season should round back into shape. It's a two game slate, and he's under-priced. Just do it. There are a few Trail Blazers you can play here. Carmelo Anthony played more minutes than expected last game. Hassan Whiteside is a playable center option. CJ McCollum should have a high floor. Hell, even Kent Bazemore could make an appearance in my lineups. Short slates, man. Giannis Antetokounmpo FD - $12600 DK - $10600 Opponent - POR Proj Pts FD - 67.64 DK - 69.75 Who knows if you'll be able to afford it, but Giannis has been averaging almost 2 fantasy points a minute since Middleton went down. He's the clear pay-up option today, though like I said, this game isn't without blowout risk. Eric Bledsoe has been great on a per-minute basis recently as well, and is a solid option against the banged up Portland back-court. Donte DiVincenzo and George Hill round out the other guys I could consider here. New Orleans Pelicans at the Phoenix Suns Phoenix is favored 6 by in a game with a 233 total. No Rubio, no Baynes? No problem. Vegas still sees the Suns as 6 point favorites here in spite of their injuries, which...

Daily Fantasy Football Cash Game Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 12 – 11/24/19

Daily Fantasy Football Cash Game Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings Week 12 - 11/24/19 Welcome to Week 12! With a bunch of great plays on byes or off the main slate this week, things get right at positions where we're used to having terrific depth. Fear not, however - our experts are ready to find you those diamonds in the rough. Join James and Doug as they break it all down. Want access to the projections that power these picks? For a limited time we're offering a free one week trial to all the sports that we cover - that's optimal lineups for NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB - for the same low price. Get started now! START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! Quarterbacks Russell Wilson FD 8200 DK 6800 Opponent PHI Proj Points FD - 23.21 DK - 24.08 Only one of the top five DraftKings per game scoring quarterbacks is playing on the main slate. Want to guess who it is or did his picture and name already give things away? Wilson is coming off the bye week following an OT win over the 49ers and is now set to put in work against the Eagles. Entering Week 11 the Eagles were a middle of the pack team against the pass, ranking 15th in DVOA. They were generally good against Tom Brady in the loss, but this still represents a plus matchup for Wilson. He’s damn efficient, completing 69% of his passes and throwing for 23 touchdowns with only two interceptions on the season. That’s easily the best TD:INT rate among quarterbacks and a big reason he’s among the league-leaders in scoring despite coming in with fewer passing attempts than the rest of the top tier except Lamar Jackson. Going on the road, across the country isn’t the best situation, but the bye week helps alleviate some of those concerns. Jameis Winston FD 7600 DK 6200 Opponent ATL Proj Points FD - 21.14 DK - 22.31 If you decide to roster him in cash, and believe me there’s a strong case to do it, I’d suggest not tuning into this game or even following along with it. Instead just check the box score when it’s all over. Jameis can be that frustrating. He has errant passes, throws picks, makes the wrong decisions and just does about everything to make you go crazy. But, when it’s all said and done, the dude has thrown for over 300 yards in seven of his last eight games with 20+ yards rushing in three of the last four. The 13 picks in the last five games is the kind of stuff that makes you go bald early, but it also means the...
