With 42, 44, and 62 fantasy points in his last three games, Walker is contributing across all categories. The only thing that can stand in Kemba's way here is the potential blowout risk, and while that is a material concern tonight, I still think that Walker has the ball in his hands enough to breeze past the banged up Pistons. Kendrick Nunn FD - $5800 DK - $6500 Opponent - NY Proj Pts FD - 30.23 DK - 30.93 Any doubts about Nunn's role with Winslow sidelined were quieted against the Sixers, as the electric youngster stayed out there for 41 minutes in regulation, chipping in a 26/4/5 line in the process. The DraftKings price has caught up a little bit, but the FanDuel price is still far too cheap for what we've come to expect from Nunn. It's also a fantastic match-up against the Knicks, who have the 4th worst defensive efficiency in the NBA this system. There are a lot of good plays across the board tonight, and Nunn is a great way to invest cheaply at point guard to get access to the good big money plays elsewhere. Keep an eye on Jeremy Lamb's status. If he misses it could open up a path for Aaron Holiday to rejoin the starting lineup. Shooting Guard Josh Richardson FD - $5400 DK - $5600 Opponent - DAL Proj Pts FD - 29.85 DK - 30 It's always nice when we can catch a guy whose price is too low for his current opportunity, and that's exactly what we have with J-Rich. He stayed out there for 33 minutes in regulation in his "revenge game" against the Heat, and at just $5,400 he's criminally cheap here. He's been good for roughly 5x points per dollar in the games where he played 29+ minutes this season, and he'll have his best match-up of the season against the Nets here. Brooklyn has allowed the fourth most fantasy points per game to opposing point guards this year, and while Dinwiddie has been excellent offensively he is not the type of defender to scare us off Murray. Given that we are going to need money for other positions (more on those in a minute), I love Murray for cash games here. Rajon Rondo FD - $4600 DK - $4800 Opponent - MIL Proj Pts FD - 27.27 DK - 28 It's the marquee match-up of the season! With 8 losses between them, the Lakers and Bucks will face off for the first time this season, and are sure to pull out of all of the stops. Rondo has a tendency to rise to the occasion, and given that he's paid 6x+ points per dollar on his price in each of his last two games I sort of love him here. Milwaukee actually has some defenders to chase around Bron and Davis, but Rondo could go fairly unchecked, and I think he winds up with a lot of the ball-handling duties. Also considered: A number of guys. Patrick Beverley is a candidate to add more minutes. Spencer Dinwiddie looks pretty good. Russell Westbrook and George Hill don't look so bad, either. It's honestly hard to make a bad call at the position tonight. With Horford's potential absence in play here, we can turn to last game and see that Simmons should be capable of big things. He put together 24 points and 11 assists against the Pelicans, and chipped in 5 defensive stats while he was at it. Simmons hasn't faced the Nets yet this season, but they've allowed the third most fantasy points to opposing point guards this season, and he should be bringing a pretty solid floor here. Spencer Dinwiddie FD - $7700 DK - $8200 Opponent - PHI Proj Pts FD - 39.55 DK - 40.95 Dinwiddie has been the heart and soul of the Nets' gutty performances without Kyrie, and now you're getting him at a steep discount in an admittedly tough match-up. Our lineup optimizer thinks the price hate has gone too far, though, and has him penciled in for the best fantasy points per minute at the position besides Simmons. Dinwiddie has gone 12 straight games with 35 fantasy points or more, and even if you just take that rather respectable floor you're perfectly happy on this small and tough slate. Also considered: Trae Young.   Shooting Guard Kevin Huerter FD - $4800 DK - $4000 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 23.74 DK - 24.46 And you thought point guard was looking tough. Huerter's minutes limit was raised to 30 last game, and while he didn't get there fantasy wise this price is simply too cheap on DraftKings. We saw that his true rotation is still at least 35 minutes against Sacramento, and if that's the case you'll happily run him against a Detroit team with legitimately no one who can defend him. The Pistons aren't a great match-up in a vacuum, but on a small slate you can't get too picky. Monte Morris FD - $3600 DK - $3900 Opponent - POR Proj Pts FD - 29.88 DK - 29.84 With Jamal Murray likely to miss this one, you're going to see a lot of Monte Morris out there tonight. The match-up with Lillard and Portland is fine, but this is just a classic price and opportunity mismatch, and on a tiny slate you really can't ask for a whole lot more.     Shooting Guard C.J. McCollum FD - $7000 DK - $6800 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 35.11 DK - 35.76 Another player who's just a little bit too cheap after playing in repeated blowouts, McCollum comes in as a solid but unspectacular value at a really bad position tonight. McCollum's true rotation is around 37 minutes, and scoring just a fantasy point per minute should get you there. If some value opens up anywhere at shooting guard either of the guys listed here will fall off immediately, but in the meantime I think you're getting a reasonable floor in a game that shouldn't result in a blowout. DeMar DeRozan FD - $8200 DK - $7300 Opponent - CLE Proj Pts FD - 37.85 DK - 38 To address your concern straight-away: yes, there is likely a little bit of blowout risk here. The Seahawks 27.25 implied points are the second-highest of the main slate and Wilson should have his hand all over that number. He’s second only to Lamar Jackson in TD:INT rate this season and ranks fifth in quarterback rushing yards. I see this as a bounce back opportunity for Wilson with the price coming down in the short term. Dak Prescott FD 7800 DK 6300 Opponent LAR Proj Points FD - 21.01 DK - 22.07 Only two teams in football have a losing record and a positive point differential: the Colts (+1.0) and the Cowboys (+67!!). And yet here they are in a borderline must-win game against the Rams at home as they struggled to keep a grip on the NFC East. Dak ranks fourth in FanDuel points per game and fifth on DraftKings. From a game-to-game consistency standpoint, he ranks behind only Lamar Jackson in coefficient of variation and he could be in a high volume spot against the Rams on Sunday. Prescott is averaging more than 38 pass attempts per game because of game scripts this season and though the rushing is down against his career numbers, he still has 223 yards this year. I love the DraftKings price especially where he’s the seventh-most expensive quarterback on the main slate. Keep an eye on any injury fallout from the hand issue that cropped up in Week 14 against the Bears, but he should be good to go. Other thoughts Patrick Mahomes is in another great spot but I’m a little worried about the injury situation there.
