FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Sunday, 3/1/20 Welcome to a night of Sunday DFS NBA action! It's a modest four game slate that's honestly a little bit nuts, so let's get right to it. We've got you completely covered. Point Guard De'Aaron Fox FD - $7200 DK - $7700 Opponent - DET Proj Pts FD - 41.96 DK - 42.16 Fox was a late scratch on Thursday, and a late add on Friday. Concerns about his abdomen issue appear to have been overblown, as he racked up 42.3 FanDuel points in 33 minutes of action against the Grizzlies. Well, his FanDuel price is still down from his injury, and point guard is pretty rough tonight. A great match-up with what's left of the Pistons is just the icing on the cake, and it's hard to imagine Fox not being in all my FanDuel lineups tonight. Kyle Lowry FD - $7500 DK - $8100 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 39.66 DK - 40.93 Point guard drops off very quickly after Fox, as far as our model is concerned. That said, if Fred VanVleet were to miss this one (he's currently questionable), Lowry would go from a solid play to a great one. With FVV and Ibaka out of the lineup against Charlotte, Lowry was 67% owned in cash and delivered 47.2 fantasy points. Taking VanVleet's ball handling off the court just leaves Lowry with almost all of the non-Siakam ball handling duties, and in those cases he's easily an $8k player. Even if the Raptors are healthy here, point guard is thin enough that Lowry should deliver a reasonably high floor in what Vegas sees as a five point game. Shooting Guard Bradley Beal FD - $9900 DK - $10400 Opponent - GS Proj Pts FD - 50.75 DK - 52.34 Beal is just playing angry out there right now, and while the price has gone up some it probably still isn't fully adjusted for his absurd usage and time of possession right now. In his last five games Beal has averaged 29 shots a game - a 30% increase over his season averages - and he's paid his price handily in his last four. Tonight he gets the best match-up of...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Friday 2/28/20

Point Guard Spencer Dinwiddie FD - $7300 DK - $7900 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD - 39.7 DK - 41.37 Dinwiddie was a chalk option FanDuel against the Wizards, and was a pretty big disappointment on a night where Caris Levert stole the spot light. While it was a discouraging result, there was some context. Dinwiddie got in some foul trouble early, and then Levert was just so red hot that the game sort of got away from him. He started picking it up in the second half, but it wound up being a little too late. The good news for us is that we can live to fight another day in a match-up with arguably the worst point guard defender in all of basketball in Trae Young. This game has the second highest total on the slate, and with a tight 2 point spread I'm looking for all these guys to get their full run here. Trae Young FD - $9700 DK - $10500 Opponent - BKN Proj Pts FD - 52.73 DK - 57.58 Jeff Teague FD - $3800 DK - $3600 Opponent - BKN Proj Pts FD - 20.97 DK - 21.31 Trae Young is questionable as of this writing, and while is status is uncertain, one thing we can be pretty sure about is that there will be a good point guard playing coming out of Atlanta today. If Young plays he's in a fantastic position against Dinwiddie and the Nets, and if he sits? Things get even in better. Teague looked great against Orlando in his last game, and if he assumes the starting point guard duties he could be the highest owned player on the entire slate. Also considered: Darius Garland as a sneaky punt option. Shooting Guard Bogdan Bogdanovic FD - $4800 DK - $5200 Opponent - MEM Proj Pts FD - 33.41 DK - 34.97 So this is mostly a play if De'Aaron Fox sits, but I'd expect the Kings to be cautious with their young star given that he just sat last night. I'm writing this before the Kings played their Thursday night game, but Bogdan has taken over a lot...

Point Guard Aaron Holiday FD - $4200 DK - $4800 Opponent - POR Proj Pts FD - 27.85 DK - 28.83 Malcolm Brogdon FD - $5900 DK - $7300 Opponent - POR Proj Pts FD - 37.83 DK - 39.22 Oladipo is questionable here, and his return would obviously sour the deal on Holiday in particular. Even if he returns, though, I think you can run Malcolm Brogdon out there. The price has come down on FD as a result of a couple of tough DFS performances, but the discerning DFS eye knows that this has just created an opportunity for us. The Pacers' last two games have been decided by a combined 85 points, and while Vegas sees this as a 9.5 point game in its own right I think you should assume that the Pacers play their full run here. Brogdon is an auto include on FanDuel in any format at these prices, and Holiday might wind up being the play of the day if Dipo sits. Chris Paul FD - $7400 DK - $7900 Opponent - SAC Proj Pts FD - 39.39 DK - 39.88 CP3 typifies a certain kind of pick you need to make tonight, where you're going to wind up with a decent number of plays that are solid but unexciting. Paul has averaged roughly 5x fantasy points per dollar on his FD price this season, and is playing 33-34 minutes in close games right now. He and SGA have really found a groove together, and both are thriving in the current offense. The Kings are a tougher match-up than they've been in the past, but they are still allowing the 12th most fantasy points per minute to opposing PGs this season. Like I said - this is solid, if unspectacular. Also considered: De'Aaron Fox on a cheap price tag going the other way. Shooting Guard Josh Richardson FD - $5200 DK - $5300 Opponent - NY Proj Pts FD - 29.78 DK - 29.97 It's the second half of a back to back, but with Ben Simmons still out of the picture Richardson is firmly on the list of guys who are just under-priced...

Point Guard Lonzo Ball FD - $6200  DK - $7300 Opponent - GS Proj Pts FD - 37.49 DK - 38.65 Ball has been the absolute vision of consistency recently, going for 30+ fantasy points in 10 straight games and 22 of his last 23. Ridiculous. DraftKings has caught up with the price, but FanDuel is characteristically falling behind, and he could be unanimously owned there against a terrible Golden State team that has allowed the fourth most fantasy points to opposing point guards this season. Malcolm Brogdon FD - $6100  DK - $7000 Opponent - TOR Proj Pts FD - 36.3 DK - 37.45 Oladipo has been listed as doubtful for this game, and taking his time on ball away directly feeds Malcolm Brogdon. The Pacers' point guard had 34.2 and 35.2 FanDuel points in back to back games against the Raptors right before the All-Star break, and taking Oladipo out of the picture only sweetens the deal. I don't know that Brogdon has big tournament upside in a tough match-up here, but he should be a rock solid cash game inclusion. If you believe in the minutes, Dejounte Murray is a great value today. Shooting Guard C.J. McCollum FD - $7000  DK - $8400 Opponent - DET Proj Pts FD - 39.44 DK - 40.66 With Lillard already ruled out of this game, it's shaping up to be another 90%+ ownership CJ night. I'm not sure who is asleep at the wheel over at FanDuel where this price is truly comical, but I think you can easily justify it on DraftKings as well. The Trail Blazers went into the fourth quarter down 19 to the Pelicans and McCollum still managed 37 minutes and 44 fantasy points. Going up against the G-League Pistons should mean McCollum's minutes are nearly guaranteed, and he should also be guaranteed to be in your cash game lineups. Malik Beasley FD - $5200  DK - $5800 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 26.94 DK - 27.59 The new look Wolves might not be great, but they are at least playing consistent minutes. Beasley has averaged 27.5 points on 36 minutes in his last two...

Point Guard JA Morant FD - $6700 DK - $7000 Opponent - SAC Proj Pts FD - 37.13 DK - 38.05 De'Aaron Fox FD - $7800 DK - $7400 Opponent - MEM Proj Pts FD - 42.86 DK - 42.98 We kick things off after the All-Star break with two of the league's most exciting young point guards squaring off against one another in Ja Morant and De'Aaron Fox. Our system was picking up on Morant's increased role in Memphis' offense to great effect leading up to the ASB, with Morant averaging 20 shots and 9.5 assists per game in the last two games before the break. I don't expect those totals to persist, but even splitting the difference between those numbers and his season averages would have him paying these prices handily. Fox has just been very steady on these prices all season, averaging exactly 5x points per dollar on these FanDuel prices to this point. The Kings' up and down season has caused him to miss his minutes in many games, but Vegas likes this one as being the most even contest on the slate, and both of these guys should be in for big minutes. Terry Rozier FD - $5600 DK - $5700 Opponent - CHI Proj Pts FD - 32.07 DK - 33.58 This is sort of a dumb price point for Rozier, right? He's been in the same role for Charlotte all season long, and has averaged roughly what we're projecting him for in this game. If these has been inconsistency in his performance it's largely been because his team has so much difficulty staying in games, but as chance would have it they are playing in the game with the second tightest spread on the evening. The Bulls aren't as good a match-up as you might expect for opposing point guards, but all that really matters here is the game staying close. Rozier is just a rock solid value play. Shooting Guard Bruce Brown Jr. FD - $3800 DK - $5200 Opponent - MIL Proj Pts FD - 21.79 DK - 21.26 With Reggie Jackson out of the picture in Detroit and Derrick Rose likely...
