Point Guard Damian Lillard FD - $10000 DK - $11000 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 54.19 DK - 56.71 It seems like five lifetimes ago that the Trial Blazers played in the Western Conference finals against the Warriors, but it seems a lot more recent when you look at how the Blazers have played over the last couple weeks. Lillard has been the poster boy for the restart, pouring in 31+ points on 40+ minutes in each of his last five games. The floor here is truly outrageous, and while the price is getting up there on DraftKings, he could have 90%+ ownership on FanDuel. The Lakers just can't contain him behind the three point line AND in the paint, and it sure looks like Dame is going to eat in some capacity over the course of this series. Goran Dragic FD - $6200 DK - $5900 Opponent - IND Proj Pts FD - 32.09 DK - 33.8 Dragic was flat out awesome in game one against the Pacers, and Spoelstra has a history of sticking with what works until the other team figures out how to stop it. Dragic led the team with 19 shots, and was second on the team in each of points, rebounds, and assists. He's still priced like the guy who was playing 28-30 minutes a game during the restart, and getting the bonus minutes and usage makes him a great cash game play. Also considered: Alex Caruso, if Rondo sits again. He didn't do much on his 29 minutes in game one, but he really should have a 5x points per dollar floor with that kind of run. Shooting Guard James Harden FD - $11800 DK - $11700 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 69.71 DK - 72.78 Harden didn't even need to do everything he is capable of in Houston's embarrassment of the Thunder in game one, and our projection system thinks he has more to give here. While the 34 minutes he played in game one might look like full run for a guy like Giannis, we know that the Rockets won't be shy about playing him 40+ in close...

Instead of going position by position, I think it will be more useful to take things game by game to highlight where we might find a semblance of safety during one of the crazier stretches of NBA DFS I can imagine. Let's get to it. Milwaukee Bucks at the Memphis Grizzlies For starters, if you're playing any Bucks here you're doing so because you're trying to catch some random lightning in a bottle. Giannis started and played ten minutes last game, and he's suspended for this one for headbutting Moritz Wagner. Sterling Brown led the team with 29 minutes. Maybe you have a direct line to Coach Bud and you know who is playing in this one. If so, play those guys. I'll be avoiding the Bucks like the plague. The Grizzlies, however, are extremely interesting. With their whole season on the line, you can bet that Rookie of the Year favorite Ja Morant will be out there for 40 minutes again. Dillon Brooks has been the other Grizzly that has been indispensable to their plans, playing 33 and 35 minutes in the last two games. The rest of the Grizz? They seem to come and go. You could see Jonas Valanciunas topping 30 minutes, but it hasn't been a guarantee, and could largely depend on how the Bucks treat the match-up. Anthony Tolliver has been playing minutes, but does next to nothing out there, and doesn't look like a cash game option. The Dallas Mavericks at the Phoenix Suns Tread carefully with this one, at least on the Mavericks' side. The Mavs had a chance to fade the Clippers in round one, but after their loss to the Trail Blazers that's off the table now. That officially renders this game meaningless, and what Carlisle does with this game is anybody's guess. We should have news on this before lock since the Mavs/Suns game is the first on the slate, but I can't venture a guess as to who the good Mavs are until we see the starting lineup. The Suns, however, are looking juicy. We rode them to the top of the leaderboard on Tuesday, and I expect that we'll...

Point Guard Kemba Walker FD - $5700 DK - $6100 Opponent - ORL Proj Pts FD - 33.91 DK - 35.17 Kemba was given the all clear to play 30 minutes against the Thunder, but the Celtics wound up not needing his services in the blowout. He'll presumably have the same minutes later (or higher) against the Magic, and that means he's still a little under-priced. It's not a phenomenal match-up against the Magic by any means, but Walker is probably 10% too cheap for his underlying talent in 30+ minutes per game, and you can expect him to have solid cash game ownership here. Reggie Jackson FD - $3800 DK - $5500 Opponent - BKN Proj Pts FD - 22.98 DK - 24.35 R-Jax got another start on Saturday and performed admirably, compiling 25.9 FanDuel points against the Blazers in a full run of minutes. While the Clippers seem to be proceeding cautiously with their core pieces, they seem to be perfectly fine letting Jackson handle the primary ball handling duties while they moonwalk into the playoffs. The DraftKings price has caught up a little bit, but the FanDuel price is begging you to partake here, and the match-up with Brooklyn is as good as it gets on this slate. Also considered: Kyle Lowry if you need a safer option. Shooting Guard James Harden FD - $10800 DK - $11300 Opponent - SAC Proj Pts FD - 62.59 DK - 65.12 Rule number one as we head toward the end of the season is that you need to sniff out teams that are still trying. The Rockets seem to qualify there, with Harden topping 33 minutes in each of his bubble games so far. While he was playing slightly more than that in close games during the season, the added benefit of Westbrook likely missing this game means we're getting a huge usage bump to offset our minutes losses. Harden is about $1200-$2200 cheaper than he's been with Westbrook sidelined earlier this season, and I expect him to pay these prices handily in a great match-up with Sacramento. Bogdan Bogdanovic FD - $5400 DK - $5300 Opponent - HOU Proj...

Point Guard Malcolm Brogdon FD - $6600 DK - $6900 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 34.02 DK - 35.03 Brogdon has looked locked in after his unplanned vacation, and has paid these prices handily in two of his three games in August. He came close in a tough match-up against the Magic as well. Today he'll draw the Lakers, and it's important to set aside regular season defensive metrics when analyzing this match-up. The Lakers have had trouble with quick point guards all season, and their best wing defender in Avery Bradley hasn't helped matters. I love Brogdon's floor, even if his ceiling isn't outrageously high. Monte Morris FD - $4400 DK - $4400 Opponent - UTA Proj Pts FD - 24.92 DK - 24.66 Morris has been somewhat hit or miss since filling in for Jamal Murray, but the prices remains low enough that I'm still intrigued. He was bad against the Trail Blazers, but topped 30 FanDuel points in his two previous games against Portland and San Antonio. Malone behaved unpredictably with the minutes against the Blazers, and has stated that his main goal is to keep his key pieces healthy for the playoffs. But given how short they are on ball handlers I still think the plan is to leave Morris out there for 30+ minutes. At these prices, that's a good value. Keep a close eye on the Miami Heat. Kendrick Nunn has already been ruled out, which would normally make it an ideal situation for Goran Dragic, but he's also listed as questionable. Whether it's Dragic or Herro, someone is going to get a lot of minutes and usage here. Also considered: Damian Lillard on his current minutes and volume, but it's obviously a very scary match-up. Still, he's a reasonable option if you find yourself with money left over. Shooting Guard Paul George FD - $7700 DK - $8000 Opponent - POR Proj Pts FD - 43.73 DK - 45.2 The price just hasn't moved on George, and our projection system and lineup optimizer are puzzled. I understand if the minutes were a potential unknown heading into the bubble, but four games in...

Point Guard Dejounte Murray FD - $5700 DK - $6200 Opponent - PHI Proj Pts FD - 32.37 DK - 31.95 Derrick White FD - $5900 DK - $5700 Opponent - PHI Proj Pts FD - 30.72 DK - 30.5 The Spurs point guards each had around 50% ownership on Sunday, and had these prices paid through three quarters. It won't be quite as easy as it came against Memphis, but the opportunity should be there in spades given San Antonio's banged up back court. Monte Morris FD - $4000 DK - $5000 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 27.6 DK - 27.43 With Jamal Murray currently listed as "very questionable" for this game, it's important to highlight Morris as potentially one of the best FanDuel plays on the day. Morris didn't wow the crowdless arena against the Heat, but he still paid his price regardless. You'd almost have to think that game represented his floor, with plenty of starters losing minutes as the game got out of hand. The DraftKings price makes it pretty close over there, but I'm happy to double down on FanDuel. Also considered: De'Aaron Fox. Shooting Guard Fred Vanvleet FD - $6600 DK - $ Opponent - MIA Proj Pts FD - 35.25 DK - 35.8 Nobody gave the Raptors the memo that these bubble games aren't super meaningful for them, as they ran VanVleet out there for 40 minutes in regulation against the Lakers on Saturday. He put together a balanced 13/5/11 line en route to 38.4 FanDuel pointsin a brutal match-up with the Lakers, and while the Heat aren't a great match-up (bottom 5 pace, top 12 defensive efficiency) they can't be worse than the Lakers. This game rates to be a highly contested match-up of two of the East's best teams, and VanVleet is a heavy favorite to get huge run again, giving him one of the highest floors at the position. Victor Oladipo FD - $5500 DK - $5900 Opponent - WAS Proj Pts FD - 38.44 DK - 40.27 Oladipo was supposed to be limited to 28 minutes going into Saturday's game, but wound up playing 32 in a nail...
