Russell up baby! On Wednesday Westbrook came up just shy of a record 42nd triple-double for the season. Russell finished with 45 pts, 9 reb, and 10 ast (tilting AF), but tonight Westy gets the Phoenix Suns who give up the 2nd most fantasy points per game against point guards (52.5 FD). Hopefully Russell’s lofty salary on both sites will scare DFS players since I plan on locking him up since he has put up 84, 72, and 80 FD pts in the three times OKC has met Phoenix this year. There is no doubt in my mind that he will come out tonight motivated to break Oscar Robertson’s triple-double record and dispel any doubts that he should be this year’s MVP. The tiny 5’9” Tyler Ulis or any of the Sun’s NCAA skilled players have zero chance on containing the triple-double king; they can only hope to contain him. Tyler Ennis FD - $3800 DK - $5000 Opponent - SAC Proj Pts FD - 22.92 DK - 24.84 On Wednesday we got two Tyler’s that went off for over 30 fantasy points. Tyler Ulis of the Suns who cost over $6k and Tyler Ennis who was priced only at $3,600 on FD. Ennis’s 8X value was due to D’Angelo Russell being ruled out against the Spurs due to a sore knee despite never appearing on the Lakers’ injury report at any point throughout the day. While this news broke shortly after lock (how maddening), Ennis played 36 minutes and had 20 pts, 5 reb, and 6 ast with a 26% usage rating. Yesterday Jordan Clarkson had a limited practice (knee) and Russell is again questionable due to sitting out last game (knee). If Russell or Clarkson can’t go Ennis would be a massive value play against the Sacramento Kings on FD and decent cash play on DK due to his $5k salary. Some speculation might need to be taken since the Lakers could release info again after lock, so make sure to follow the Daily Fantasy NBA News and Injury Report Update article. Patty Mills...

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - 3/31/17 Eleven games in the NBA tonight with a bunch of bad defenses taking the court. We've got you completely covered. Point Guards Ish Smith FD - $5300 DK - $6100 Opponent - MIL Proj Pts FD - 29.39 DK - 31.03 After Tuesday’s crushing loss to the Miami Heat the Detroit Pistons playoff odds have plummeted to near zero (though thankfully they eked out a win against the lowly Nets last night). The Pistons have stopped short of declaring their star point guard shutdown for the year, but it is highly unlikely he will return. Without Jackson, Ish Smith will presumably get his 5th straight start and see up to 30+ minutes against the Milwaukee Bucks. For Smith’s last four starts he has been averaging 23 FD pts per game and really this average should be much higher if not for Orlando blowing out the Pistons where Smith only saw 15 minutes. Assuming the Pistons can keep it close (Bucks favored by 9.5 pts) I like Smith as a safe cash option. T.J. McConnell FD - $5600 DK - $6200 Opponent - CLE Proj Pts FD - 30.79 DK - 32.56 The White Mamba has been given some additional run since Sergio Rodríguez left with a left hamstring strain. Against Brooklyn he saw 35 minutes and dished out 10 ast and in his encore performance against Atlanta he saw 37 minutes and had 13 pts and 8 ast. The coaches son is a pure PG, so it isn’t unfathomable that TJ dishes out 9 ast and grabs multiple steals against the Cav’s defenseless Kyrie Irving. I really like TJ due to the fact that he has no true PG backup with Rodríguez and Bayless out. TJ’s reasonable salary makes him a safe cash option. Kemba Walker FD - $7600 DK - $8100 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 41.02 DK - 43.45 Buzz City has basically nothing to play for since they have basically been eliminated from the playoffs, but tonight they get a prime matchup against the Denver Nuggets who let up the most fantasy pts to point guards. Additionally the Nuggets let up the 2nd most amount of assists and steals and the third most...

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings – 3/24/17

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - 3/24/17 We've got a full Friday in the NBA coming down the pike with a ton of upper tier guys to consider. Harden, Butler, Wall, Cousins, Thomas and more are all on the table. Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA optimizer, our NFL Optimizer, and our new NFL player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guards Tyler Ulis FD - $6200 DK - $7100 Opponent - BOS Proj Pts FD - 35.54 DK - 37.56 As long as DFS sites don’t count FG%, Tyler the Creator is an elite option even at his elevated price. In his first four starts Tyler has averaged 41 minutes per game and 33 fantasy pts. Against MIA he attempted 11 FGA which is a bountiful amount, but in his prior three starts he took 18, 17, and 24 attempts and for a guy that has shot only 36% from the field in his first four starts it will be imperative he gets a full load of shots in order to make value. Facing Isaiah Thomas, Ulis gets one of the easiest PG matchups in the game (Thomas has a -4.31 Defensive Real Plus-Minus) but he faces the upward battle of keeping the game from blowing out since the Celtics are favored by 15 pts. Even if the game turns lopsided I still think Tyler will see his full set of minutes and with 40+ fantasy pt upside I like Tyler in all formats. Isaiah Thomas FD - $8500 DK - $8200 Opponent - PHO Proj Pts FD - 43.04 DK - 45.84 Isaiah Thomas shouldn’t have a problem against the pint size 5’9” and 150 pound Tyler Ulis. So let the battle of the tiny point guards begin! While Ulis will safely see anywhere from 35-40 minutes I can’t say the same for Thomas who has averaged only 31 minutes per game in the last two weeks. Additionally with Boston being favored by 15 pts, the fourth-quarter killer might be limited to only three quarters if the Suns can’t keep it close. Earlier this month when Eric Bledsoe was still playing the Suns managed to only loose by three points against Boston (106-109) and Thomas scored 48 fantasy pts at a $9k+ salary. Thomas can get it cooking in a hurry so a floor of 30 fantasy pts will not kill you but lets hope he can play all four...

Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel and DraftKings - 3/17/17 It's a not-so-full Friday in the NBA but that shouldn't get us down. What it might lack in overall games it more than makes up for in high totals, bad defenses and some possibly exciting matchups. Now’s your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA optimizer, our NFL Optimizer, and our new NFL player lab! Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW! First time with NBA? Be sure to read our free NBA Ebook on building lineups, general strategy and more. We've got you completely covered. Point Guards Tyler Ulis FD - $5400 DK - $5700Opponent - ORLProj Pts FD - 28.05 DK - 29.67 What a joke the Suns organization is by letting Bledsoe warm up last game and then last minute pulling him for the season. Tyler Ulis, or should I say "Steve Nash-lite", crushed in his first start going 8X by logging 41 minutes and putting up 13 points on 18 FGA and with 13 rebounds. He was the first Sun’s rookie to do 12 points and 12 assists in a game since Nash did it in 1996. With this said I think Ulis can smash again but I think 34 minutes and mid teens in terms of FGA is more appropriate. Tyler is no longer a sub $5k guy but even at these slightly elevated prices I think Tyler will be a fantastic yet chalky cash and GPP play. Shed a small tear for Bledsoe, move on and play Ulis! Marcus Smart FD - $6300 DK - $4900Opponent - BKNProj Pts FD - 31.52 DK - 33.57 NBA players are dropping like flies. Lucky for us that means great value. Usually Brad Stevens is not one to sit his players when healthy but with the Celtics playing Brooklyn tonight and the 76ers on Sunday I think the Celtics will survive without their MVP. This brings us to Marcus Smart who presumably will start and face the horrific Brooklyn squad. With one of the highest totals of the night targeting this game would be smart and as bad as the Nets are I think they can keep it close with only a 9 point o/u. I think mid thirties for minutes for Smart should be in the cards, but Smart at $6,300 on FD is definitely more of a GPP play compared to his $4,900 salary on DK which makes him both cash and GPP. Rajon Rondo FD - $5800 DK - $6500Opponent - WASProj Pts FD - 29.42 DK - 31.84 With death comes life and with Dwayne Wade dying as...
