FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Wednesday, 3/17/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Wednesday, 3/17/21 If this first week of the second half is any indicator of what's to come, we're in for a crazy final three months. The good news is that we haven't had any COVID breakouts recently, and that makes our jobs a little easier. We do have a ton of close games expected on this slate, though, and that's a pleasant surprise with so many blowouts seemingly every night. There's a lot to discuss, so let's go ahead and get into it! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Delon Wright FD - $5400 DK - $5800 Opponent - TOR Proj Pts FD - 32.97 DK - 32.26 Wright has been a favorite of mine all season long, and it's peculiar to see him remain below $6,000. We say that because he averaged 32 DraftKings points per game in the 21 games before getting injured. We'd understand the price drop if he was struggling, but he has at least 30 fantasy points in two of his three games since returning. That's really all you can hope for from a sub-$6K player, and he's going to do more ball-handling than ever with Blake Griffin in Brooklyn and Dennis Smith Jr sidelined. The matchup with Toronto isn't too bad either, with the Raptors ranked 17th in defensive efficiency while surrendering a triple-double to DSJ in Detroit's last matchup with Toronto. Tomas Satoransky FD - $3900 DK - $3800 Opponent - SA Proj Pts FD - 24.66 DK - 25.47 Strangely, Chicago has benched youngsters like Coby White and Wendell Carter Jr, but two wins with this new lineup is certainly an encouraging sign. The biggest bump went to Sato here, starting at PG for Chicago. He actually averaged 25 fantasy points per game in that role last season and has collected 23 points, eight rebounds, 14 assists, four steals, and two blocks combined in his first two games in this role. That means he's scored at least 30 fantasy points in both of those, which is truly absurd from a player below $4,000. The matchup isn't terrible either, with San Antonio owning a 27th OPRK against opposing PGs this year. Derrick White has at least 40 fantasy points in two...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Tuesday, 3/16/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Tuesday, 3/16/21 Yours truly was right in line to take down the single-entry series on FanDuel last week, but I fell just a tiny bit short. That means our process has been money recently, and we're going to look to keep that momentum rolling here. There's a lot to discuss, so let's go ahead and get into it! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Damian Lillard FD - $10100 DK - $10800 Opponent - NO Proj Pts FD - 50.13 DK - 52.96 If you're looking for a guaranteed 50 fantasy points, Lillard is probably your guy. We say that because Dame has at least 47 fantasy points in 21 of his last 25 games. That's amazing consistency, and it's led to a 51-point average in that span. The reason he's been so reliable recently is his role, posting a usage rate north of 30 percent with C.J. McCollum and Jusuf Nurkic off the floor. While there's some talk that McCollum might return here, the matchup nullifies any of that risk. New Orleans currently ranks 27th in points allowed and 28th in defensive efficiency, with Dame dropping a crazy 79 fantasy points on them in their one meeting earlier this season. Tomas Satoransky FD - $4200 DK - $3600 Opponent - OKC Proj Pts FD - 23.62 DK - 24.53 The Bulls made an unprecedented move by benching Coby White and Wendell Carter Jr on Sunday but that forced Satoransky into the starting lineup. The former Wizards starter had a great game, providing 10 points, six rebounds, and seven assists. That's the guy we saw in Washington, stuffing the stat sheet there as their starter over the last few seasons. That makes it hard to believe he's hovering around $4K on both sites, and if you get word that he's starting again, Sato should be universally owned. The matchup isn't too bad either, with Oklahoma City owning a 16th OPRK against opposing PGs this season. Trae Young is just $9,000 on FanDuel and is one of the best plays of the day over there. Shooting Guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander FD - $8000 DK - $8800 Opponent - CHI Proj Pts FD - 43.35 DK - 45.03 With Al Horford,...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Friday, 3/12/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Friday, 3/12/21 Thursday's slate was incredible, and we're ecstatic for more action here. What needs to be taken into consideration is that we're going to be looking at a condensed schedule. That means more games every night and more teams playing back-to-backs. That's going to cause chaos for DFS, but we're going to do our best to evaluate these situations and bank on some of these decisions to rest players. So, without further ado, let's get into this Friday slate! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our NFL Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Darius Garland FD - $6200 DK - $6600 Opponent - NO Proj Pts FD - 30.79 DK - 32.04 Garland has been way too cheap all season long, and it's a wonder why. Before getting injured early on, the stud sophomore averaged 34 fantasy points per game. That's pretty much the guy we've seen recently, with Garlans scoring at least 21 DraftKings points in 18 of his last 19 games while averaging 29.2 fantasy points per game in that span. That even includes numerous blowouts, making Garland's upside even higher. What really adds to his value here is the matchup, though, with New Orleans surrendering the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing point guards while ranked 29th in defensive efficiency. Mike Conley FD - $6000 DK - $6400 Opponent - HOU Proj Pts FD - 35.01 DK - 35.84 How often do you see an All-Star priced around $6,000? That alone makes Conley a great value, averaging 33 fantasy points per game for the season. That makes him look like a great buy, and this price is even more difficult to understand when you look at his recent form. The former Memphis guard has scored at least 25 DK points in five straight outings, averaging 33 fantasy points per game in that span. That's right on par with the season average, making the price drop all the more baffling. The matchup is simply the icing on the cake, with Houston having the worst record over the last month while sitting 21st in point allowed. Not to mention, the Rockets own a 22nd OPRK against opposing PGs as well. Michael Carter-Williams is the starting point guard in Orlando and is always in play with...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Thursday, 3/11/21
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Thursday, 3/11/21 It's been a week since my last article, and I'm ready for a big second half! We had a ton of craziness in the first half, and it appears there's no let-up when you look at all the news on this slate. We have a million guys questionable, and players already ruled out because of COVID protocols. It's also frustrating that so many teams haven't dropped much injury news after a long break but be sure to watch out for all the news that will surely drop during the day today! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our NFL Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard De'Aaron Fox FD - $8500 DK - $9100 Opponent - HOU Proj Pts FD - 47.54 DK - 48.36 Fox is a regular in these articles, and if you look at his recent form, it appears we're doing something right. Amazingly, Fox has at least 28 DraftKings points in 22-straight games, averaging 44.4 fantasy points per game in that span. That's a crazy total from a guy who's growing by the day, and it's scary to think that he's been doing this damage with the Kings struggling mightily. What we love about him here is this matchup, facing a Houston club in the midst of a 12-game losing streak. A big reason for that is their 21st-ranked defense, owning a 22nd OPRK against opposing PGs as well. That's also clear when you see that Fox has over 87 combined fantasy points in his two meetings with the Rockets this year. Elfrid Payton FD - $4900 DK - $5600 Opponent - MIL Proj Pts FD - 32.52 DK - 33.11 Payton can be a frustrating guy to own in season-long formats, but we're talking about DFS here. That means we only need him to be successful for this one slate, which seems like a strong possibility when you look at all the variables. The biggest aspect is the fact that Derrick Rose is expected to miss this game. That means Payton will start and play his usual 30 minutes at point guard. He did just that in the last game before the break, collecting 43 DK points in one of the best games of the season. That's a crazy total...
FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Thursday, 3/4/21
Member Login Username: Password: FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Thursday, 3/4/21 This marks the final day before the All-Star break! If Wednesday was any indication, this slate should be absolutely nuts. We literally had two Pistons record triple-doubles, and T.J. McConnell pick up nine first-half steals yesterday! Yeah, that's where we're at right now in the NBA. In any case, we're looking to end the first half of the season strong, so let's get into this final slate! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard De'Aaron Fox FD - $8300 DK - $8900 Opponent - POR Proj Pts FD - 46.42 DK - 47.79 Fox didn't get much All-Star consideration because of how chaotic the Kings are, but this guy has played at an All-Star level for over a month now. In fact, Fox has scored at least 32 DraftKings points in 20 straight games, averaging 25.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 8.8 assists, and 1.1 steals in that span. That equates to a 44-point average, making him a bargain below $9K on both sites. The best part about this is the matchup, though, with Portland ranked 28th in defensive efficiency while surrendering the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing PGs. In their last meeting, De'Aaron collected 29 points, six rebounds, and six assists if you needed any more incentive. Malcolm Brogdon FD - $6700 DK - $8000 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 41.67 DK - 42.94 It's pretty insane that Brogdon is down to $6,700 on FanDuel. That's downright criminal, with the $8K price tag on DraftKings being more indicative of how good this guy is. We're talking about a blossoming point guard who's averaging 40 fantasy points per game, which is right on par with what he's been doing over the last eight games. That makes the recent price drop hard to understand, especially in a matchup like this. Denver currently sits 16th in total defense while owning a 23rd OPRK against opposing point guards. They're also a Top-5 team in terms of pace, and that only adds to Brogdon's intrigue. If you have the salary, Damian Lillard should wreak havoc on a terrible Kings defense. Shooting Guard Paul George FD - $7900 DK - $8600 Opponent - WAS Proj Pts FD -...
